Had some sprinkler issues that my husband couldn’t figure out. The 2 guys that came did their job quickly and efficiently. Got our bill and believe it to be very honest and fair. We will use them again and refer them to our friends.
If I could rate them zero stars, that would be too many. These guys, and especially the owner, are nothing but a bunch of clowns. Absolutely zero skills in communication and owning up to issues they caused and created. They completely messed up a sprinkler system because they clearly don’t know what they are doing, fought about taking responsibility for their screw ups, and 5 trips later, they STILL continue to mess things up and think they are good to go. I wouldn’t use these clowns to hook up a garden hose to a sprayer, let alone truck them with a sprinkler system. Absolute trash.
I have used this company for many years, but for the last two seasons, the customer service has gotten very poor. After inquiring what our charges would be for this season, the office manager reasurred me she would talk to the field supervisor and call me back. This never happened, I called and left 2 more messages. They came and sprayed a second time, and just sent me a bill. I always pay in full in advance, as I have for years, her lack of concern for not returning my calls is not acceptable. I paid for my two sprays and after many years, will find another service company.

We’re looking forward to keep on going! 💚💫 And, UPDATE 2 years later: 80a% of plants and tree DIED 2x’s… I would NOT recommend this company! They wouldn’t help me keep my plants alive. I was so bummed as I am not a landscaping designer.
LOVE their "shooter truck" - it's amazing and worth every penny. It was perfect for re-soiling the yard. And their soil! They are mining it from an old cattle feed lot so the organic content couldn't be better. Their prices and costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend!
This is the end of a whole season with Green Up Lawn, Landscape, and Sprinkler. They never fail to be here when they said they would, do what they said they would do, and complete the job with professionalism and courtesy. I believe their work ethic really shows when I am treated like a high value customer always, but the reality is I have a very small job, with no aspirations for them that my old lady, lunch box sized yard will turn into anything but what it is🥰
GreenUp started working on our front and back yard last week and have done an amazing job so far. We hired them to install a new sprinkler system, paver patio, new sod/plants/edging and mulch. The crews have been extremely professional and attentive to our needs. The work has been done in a timely fashion with great attention to detail. The work has turned out beautiful so far. James and his crew truly care about providing customers with a finished product that will be affordable, long lasting, and remain beautiful for years to come. Doing business with them has been easy and stress free.

The young man who came to start my sprinkler system ran into a bunch of issues not of his doing. He was persistent, conscientious and knowledgeable. He got the job done well in spite of the roadblocks. I would recommend him to anyone!

Requested assistance with my lawn because the ground is very hard due to it being mostly clay underneath. I needed something that would help soften the ground and I was advised that aerating would help and the gentleman went on to explain what was going on with my ground. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and the service personnel arrived on time and did an excellent job of aerating. Everyone associated with me from customer service to getting information and scheduling were all professional and understood their duties as such. Thank you Greenup Lawn and Sprinklers for everything.

Had them doing weed and feed also line blow out for winter. The winter line blow out wasnt to satisfaction we had many areas with completely shattered pipes from freeze.
They are very responsive to my calls for service, are reliable, friendly and provide excellent customer service.

I had my mom change from Nitro Green to Greenup for a five-treatment service. This was huge mistake! Yes, Greenup, is less expensive, but there is a big difference in services. First Nitro Green most always answers the phone and definitely calls you back. AND Nitro Green uses a liquid treatment to fertilize and kill weeds. When Greenup finally got around to the first treatment of her lawn, it was at the middle of May, 2020 (two weeks after Nitro Green already serviced residential yards). I watched the guy on camera struggling with some ride on fertilizer machine. He could not get the machine in her back yard, so he did a Scotts spreader-type of equipment, no liquid was dispensed on her lawn. Huge clumps of fertilizer were just dumped in her yard. It burnt her lawn in multiple places. If I had not come by a couple of nights later and threw the fertilizer with my hands, it would have been more burnt. I called and left a message for the owner to call me. A week later and no called, I went up there and spoke with a foreman. Later that afternoon, the owner finally called me back. I told him how horrible her lawn looked. He went to her house and said he would put in sod or spray some chemical to remedy the killed grass. I chose spray as I didnt want to deal with new sod. I left the Greenup flag in the burnt grass. The owner removed the sign. I guess he did not want to be associated with such a horrible looking lawn. Needless to say, I dont think anyone ever did ANYTHING. The lawn is still badly damaged. I called on June 3, 2020 for the owner to call me and NOTHING. Two weeks later, June 19, 2020, I called and requested that my mom be fully refunded of all her money since her yard was damaged by Greenup. I was told she would have to speak to the owner. Well, no call back, no surprise, and no refund. I know for a fact Nitro Green and Tru Green have already done second applications. She is supposed to get five treatments and six and a half months into the year she has had one treatment. FYI, she did not pay for six which would have included a winterization treatment. I have had to kill the weeds using Ortho weed killer for the lawns. She has mushrooms growing all over and wild morning glory in her grass. I use Ortho weed killer for the lawn and my lawn looks nicer and more green than her professionally treated lawn. Professionally treated should be used very loosely in this instance because I feel Greenup is far from professional. And BTW, the owner used the excuse, the guy who did her lawn was fired. You know what they say about excuses!
These guys do our snow plowing. They always have it done before I get to work and do a fantastic job!

Very professional and reliable
They are efficient and prompt with my weatherization for sprinklers. I would not recommend them for landscaping, especially out of town. They did my mothers yard in weather laden Shelby and ignored her about plants that arent hardy there. When they died, they did nothing about them.
We had extremely poor service and were over charged significantly at our business. We were charged for plowing on weekends and a number and 2 or three charges in a day. The invoices were untimely and they were inflexible when we tried to negotiate a reasonable settlement. If we had continued to use this company they may have put us out of business with excessive charges. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Greenup Lawn & Sprinklers gets my sprinkler system fired up in the spring, and then throughout the year they keep it maintained. Generally, we are very satisfied with their work. When they say they are going to be there, they are there.
Greenup Lawn helps me start up my sprinkler system and also help maintain it, and then they also aerate and power rake my lawn. Theres nothing else I can ask of them. I know that they do other things, but all I need from them is what they are doing now. Thanks.
