Unprofessional and Dishonest Experience I initially reached out to this company for a quote to install a walkway to an entrance of my building. Dave came out and verbally quoted me $2,200 for the job, stating he would follow up with an email confirmation and complete the work the following week. After a few days with no email, I called to follow up. At that point, Dave informed me he had miscalculated and needed to increase the price to $2,400. While I wasn’t pleased with the sudden change, I agreed to move forward. On the day of the job, he arrived and claimed that removing the brick pillar was not included in the original quote, which was incorrect, as the attached documentation confirms. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, he became argumentative, made dismissive comments about his company’s revenue in a condescending tone, and continued to deny what had been quoted. After attempting to change the price and scope of work multiple times, I decided to cancel the job and asked him to leave the property. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company based on their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to honor their original commitments.

I'm not a former employee, my thoughts on the work performed was really not worth the money I prepaid for, the power raker moved very fast over my lawn and so it missed loosening the stuff up, could have done a lot better on the leaf raking, completely missed power raking the area by my garage, which is part of my property, I was given a call on wed, was told by the receptionist that the team would be out on Thursday the next day and or maybe Friday, no show both days, called first thing Monday and the receptionist said they be out Tues or wed, all the time, kinda laughing about it, which I thought was not very professional, there business is going to suffer if changes aren't made.
Omg the qoute I got from Outdoor Sulutions is beyond fair. We're more then ready for him n his crew to come remodel our backyard. I knew the last several comments must be from an angry employee who couldn't keep a standard. Thank you Dave for holding that high standard. We won't do work with anyone but Outdoor Sulutions .
I recently had a disappointing experience with Mr. Green Landscape Solutions/Outdoor Solutions. Despite their promising advertisements, the service left much to be desired. The appointment scheduling was a hassle, with multiple reschedules that were initiated by them at the last minute. When they finally arrived, they seemed rushed and not particularly attentive to detail. Areas of my lawn were unevenly cut, and they completely missed trimming around the garden edges, which was specifically mentioned when I booked the service. Additionally, they left a mess of grass clippings on my driveway and sidewalk, which I had to clean up myself. Communication was also lacking, as my attempts to discuss these issues were met with generic responses and no real resolution. Overall, I was very underwhelmed by the service provided and will be looking elsewhere for my lawn care needs in the future.
Outdoor Solutions did a backyard landscape for me and my family , including a hardscapes bbq and outdoor kitchen . great work done within the date they told Me and it came out awesome!!! will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors
The recent negative reviews against Outdoor Solution/ Mr. Green are FALSE, Gold and Carter staton have never had work done by us. These are falsified ,Alse These are due to a disgruntled employee that work for us for just a short time under 15 days. We have reported these false allegations to Google. We are waiting patiently for them to resolve this ! ! Please help us stop these things from happening and causing our business harm. Thank you for your understanding . The absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced, they will not be getting my business, owner is a hot head who cannot keep his word
Outdoor Solutions has done a wonderful job on my rentals. They do all my yard cleanups, sprinklers. They always make my yards look great.Thanks Guys. Did I mention they are always courteous and respectful.

Answered prayer! Weve been snowed in a couple of times this winter, and Mr Green has come to our rescue. Friendly and professional - the kind of service that makes you smile from the inside out. Thank you, Dave and crew! Editing to add - since leaving the previous review about a year ago, we have had additional occasions to need to call for snow removal. Dave and his wife and the guys at Mr Green continue to raise the bar on great service. We are so very blessed and pleased to know just who to call when we need a snow plow! Dave is my angel!! I live at the end of a dead-end street, and had gotten stuck in the snow TWICE in front of my own house! I was terrified I was going to get stuck again, so I called Mr.Green, and Dave was there with his plow truck in 10 minutes!!! Such a blessing! And he was super nice and professional, too! He was quite efficient, and in no time at all, I was able to drive my car (which is AWD, btw), into my garage with no problems! Cannot sing Mr. Greens (Dave!) praises enough!!! Thank you, thank you!!!! :)
My Condo Association hired Mr. Green on the basis of their solid reputation. We will not be hiring them again. Everything started friendly and helpful, but as delays occurred they did not keep me informed. I had to keep calling to get information and to push for work to be done on the schedule we hired them under. They offered some additional service to make up for the delays after finishing the original work we hired them for but did not complete the extra service. They claimed that they couldn t do it because of parked cars, but had not given us a day or time so that I could ask residents to move since it was a Saturday morning and people weren t leaving for work. They did not alert me when they arrived and did not inform me that they d even tried for another six days. I called and texted to try and find out what was going on with no response. They only contacted me again to send in the invoice. When I expressed dissatisfaction and tried to point out the communication issues, I was yelled at by David even as I was trying to give him information to send in the invoice. When trying to confirm that the invoice would match the estimate given that I d already been alerted that there would be extra charges for chemicals use, I was threatened with a lien and shouted over when trying to explain my meaning. They simply did a poor job of communicating any kind of schedule and keeping me in the loop as to what they needed, and when this problem was pointed out they turned aggressive and threatening. Having them work for us was a very bad experience. They were badly overbooked and taking their frustrations out on customers who had already been patient with two major delays in getting work done. While they got the original work done, they turned this process into a very stressful and time consuming issue.
I highly recommend this company. They take care of every aspect of our lot for my 3 restaurants in town. Their attention to detail is unparalleled to any other company we ve used in the past. Great customer service and are always there in a quick and timely manner. We don t have to worry about the outside, which gives us more time to take care of our customers inside!
