Brendel's Lawn Sprinkling in Bismarck

Wonderful prompt service with great communication! We had a new yard put in and they coordinated with the landscapers perfectly and responded and repaired a location issue on our end within a day.

Called and asked for service repair. We were told someone would come that day, 07/20/23 and if not for sure the next day. 07/21/23.We called after waiting for most of the next day, 07/21/23. We were told we were on the schedule for today. It's now 8 pm. Still waiting.

Called to get a sprinkler system serviced for winter and was told they only work on systems they installed with no reason as to why. Go to their website and it states they work or any and all systems for service, winterization, repair, ect??? Just not mine I guess. lol. What I didnt tell them was I was also looking to have my garage floor finished. (I just called Garage Pro btw) If you guys have recently changed your policy then maybe update your website?? Also its kind of a good idea to respond to your facebook messages after you read them.

We built a new house 2018. We were having our daughter's graduation celebration at our house and needed Brendels to come install a sprinkling system ASAP. As construction goes, nothing is ever on schedule. Brendels was wonderful, they squeezed us in on short notice so our sod could be put in and not be delayed any further. We also had a drip system added for all our bushes, trees, and flowers for proper irrigation. Our yard turned out beautiful along with all our plants! Thank you Brendels for doing an awesome job!
