Two of your lawn service technicians decided it was a good idea to blow the leaves and debris from the yard they serviced into my yard I just seeded yesterday. I told them to get the leaves out of my yard and they didn’t. My two son ages 10 and 11 were out there with me and witnessed the passenger side employee flip me the middle finger as they drove away. Very unprofessional behavior and they did it in front of my kids. I expect better behavior from a professional company. I have pictures and video surveillance.
We've had Bis-Man work on our properties for a couple years now. Jake is very professional and knowledgeable. Ever since they've been taking care of our properties, we haven't had an issues. Completely headache free!

Requested power raking from company which they agreed to do, and had done for years. They charged more than what most other companies charged for power raking, and suddenly in the last two years the job was done very fast and poor. I finally mentioned to the owner this year that I felt I wasn't getting the quality for what I was paying for power raking. He then informed he it’s de-thatching only and always has been, and I can go screw myself because I'm not getting a "free bill". I was completely taken aback. I had been a customer for years and was treated awful. I went back and found invoices and they did indeed say power raking for the last 5 years, until last year where they switched it to de-thatching without informing anyone, but INCREASED their prices even more than power raking! A complete bait-and-switch to customers. Owner was so hostile and dishonest about the whole thing when I called him out on it because he knew he was caught red handed. I knew then I will never be using their services again. If you're looking for a company that cheats long time customers and gets extremely hostile when they are called out on it, these are your guys. *Edit*. In response to the reply from the owner..... “We had been performing de-thatching only for you for several years”. That’s false. I had originally contracted you to provide power raking which you did and I showed you the invoices to prove it from 2017 and 2018. When I requested service this year and last year I SPECIFICALLY said power raking (like I do every year), which you AGREED to provide as a I pointed out in our text messages, and you made no correction or even mention that it wouldn’t be power raking. It was only after the fact I called you out on the poor performance of power raking that you suddenly mentioned it is only de-thatching and showed the receipt from 2019 that it was detaching. So you had already done it to me in 2019, and I just paid the bill without examining It closely which yes, that’s my fault. But why would I think a service that I had been requesting and receiving for years would suddenly change WITH NO NOTIFICATION OR ANNOUNCEMENT TO CUSTOMERS!? Especially when I was specifically requesting power raking and you didn’t make any correction? That’s the very definition of deceiving customers. All I wanted was acknowledgment, that a mistake was made. Instead, when prompted with the problem, I got the “you’re not getting a free bill, try somewhere else” from you. If that’s not telling someone to go screw themselves, I don’t know what is. How exactly should a customer feel if you were in my shoes?
The lawn is done weekly in a timely manner with mowing and blowing of sidewalks and driveway. They are quick yet complete.

Called gentleman about snow removal of two drifts on my roof and that I needed them removed so an inspector could look at the roof, he hung up the phone. I felt maybe a No or something would have been good, I called back thinking he lost connection and hung up again.

Called for weed spraying on our two acre lot on Wednesday and by Friday morning the yard had already been sprayed. I really like the ability to pay online as well.
Great crew to work with on our yard. Very timely and careful around sensitive areas.
Quick and inexpensive. Our lawn shows a bit of improvement after one application and hopefully continues to improve as we keep using their services throughout the season.
They were hired by a Townhome association I belong to for a one time application. They came back again and expected to get paid. Claimed they never do just one application. What business doesn t do a job just once. Poor ethics.
