Valley Turf and Topsoil in Birmingham

Always get served with a smile & its always a smooth process getting the turf when I arrive. Couldn’t recommend them more.

2 weeks ago, I visited the place to see & learn about topsoil as I needed it to top my Dad's grave, I bought a mix of topsoil & compost, for my Dad's grave, it was very important to me that the compost was 100% plant based & organic, I was comfortably assured of this. I arranged to purchase the topsoil over the phone wen I was ready, arranged delivery to the cemetry, I was given the couriers number & they wer given my number so we can meet at mutual agreed time. Everything was perfect. THANK YOU very much

Absolutely superb service! Spoke with a lovely guy Sunday afternoon to order 80 rolls of garden turf, was delivered bright and early Tues morning. Incredibly easy and quick to order. Hubby was very impressed with the quality; thick and sturdy base, not flimsy like some rolls, and still wet. Excellent turf. Cannot recommend enough, many thanks!

Bought a bulk bag of lawn lay mix top soil for £82, which I think is reasonable. I really liked he fact I could decide the day for my delivery without paying an extra fee. However, it was indeed a mix of things in the bag: nice top soil - easy to spread - with bits of electric wires, glass, ceramic, pebbles

This is an excellent company with superb products, Unfortunately they are now so popular - and rightly so - they are only able to take on-line orders. The ordering process is straightforward until I get to the point of explaining how to get to my allotment in Birmingham which is 300 yards to the gates off a main road and requires a rendezvous to lead the delivery driver through the allotment site gates - all on hard surfaces. I am happy to make an order for over £250 worth of topsoil, but not to pay without assurance of meeting the driver at a convenient place to guide them to my plot. I could end up with a refused delivery and the problem of recovering my cash. It is such a shame as this is a good company with a good product with whom I used to do business over the phone to a human being with a mobile number for the driver to ensure accurate delivery.

Bought topsoil. Price was competitive. Delivery arrived quickly. Only a few stones, but no other rubbish like glass. Loses a star as an email on morning of delivery and knock at the door would have been appreciated to better prep my drive. Nonetheless, I would use again. Thanks.

Ordered topsoil and Valley were able to deliver on a day and time of my choosing . The topsoil looks to be excellent quality and they were able to lift it over our garden wall and place it so we had a minimum of handling. Very pleased with a helpful and efficient service. Thank you.

Brought some bulk bags of topsoil and 20 rolls of turf from these guys, they couldn't be more helpful, the price was excellent and never charged for delivery so overall I got a very good deal. The bag of top soil was the best I have ever seen and the turf rolls was beautiful. I will be back for a bulk bag of Compost soon Thanks Guys. p.s this top soil is far cheaper than B&Q and better quality soil.
