When My lawn began to have brown areas and I contacted unlimited lawns immediately. Bobby came out and treated the area within a week. He assured me that his treatment would take care of the issue. Great support from this team.

I ve had the best experience with Unlimited Lawn Care. I had a tough yard and they helped the weeds disappear. The grass was healthier, greener, and fuller. They also helped with mosquito control. Coner Reed specifically has been the most helpful. He has come out multiple times to discuss proper treatment and helped us get to where we need. Update: I am not one to update my reviews and sad about the results, but felt this was necessary. The level of quality dropped drastically with changes they made internally. Getting in contact with the new rep proved very difficult and I started receiving half treatments. When I called to let them know about it, they didn t seem to believe me, had me send pictures to prove and then took an additional 7 days to complete the job. In addition, I had more weeds than ever and areas of the yard for weed control continued to be skipped. After giving a chance of improvement, I did not see sufficient results and requested a refund. I had to call 2 separate times to get this processed (over the course of 10 days), and they couldn t give me an itemized refund list. Lastly, they have continued to call even though I have expressed my concerns and rationale for canceling.

Ethan Rowell was on time answered all questions. Polite and knowledgeable.

Andrew positively identified the particular type of weed problem, and worked up a plan of action to resolve the problem while presenting a cordial demeanor in the process.

Unlimited Lawn Car came out to do my mosquito treatment and Bobby teal advised me of everything he was doing and provided excellent customer service.

Update (7/15/24): In response to whoever asked me to call in did that today. Spoke with Ethan. After several minutes on the call and being put on hold so he could address the issue, guess what happened? I was disconnected AGAIN. At the beginning of the call, Ethan assured me that if we were disconnected, he d call me back. I called back in and another representative stated that she could not reach Ethan and that she sent him a message to call me back (not entirely sure why she couldn t help me). Going on over 30 minutes later, still waiting on a return call. Update (7/10/24): The service manager I worked with left and since then this company is back to its old ways. My yard is covered in weeds (the technician even noted this on his report but they ve done nothing since to address the issue). Moreover, I was charged twice this month, called in 7/3/24 and still have not been refunded. I have called in four times today and have been disconnected every time with no return call. On 7/3/24, I also asked about canceling my service and still have not gotten a call back about that. The technicians are polite but that doesn t make up for the fact that this company is a sham. Make that FIVE TIMES I ve been hung up on now. I d give 0 stars to this company if I could. Update: My yard continues to show notable improvement. More importantly, my experience with the new technicians has significantly improved. The technicians are friendly, professional, and respond to my stated concerns. I am still primarily working with Conor R. who has put in a lot of effort to make things right and keep my business. Still not sure if I would stick with Unlimited if this 5-star employee left but things seem to have really turned around for the time being. Updated my review from 3-stars to 4-stars (5/2023). Update: The yard has shown notable improvement. Before the last visit (aeration + fertilizer), the guys did call me with a heads up. The new guys were professional and listened to my concerns. They treated a couple areas that I had mentioned to others who disregarded my comments. Overall my experience has improved but it s important to note that I primarily handle my concerns or questions with Conor R. Updated review from 2-stars to 3-stars (9/2022) Update: Conor R reached out to me shortly after I left this review. Due to his professional courtesy and kindness, I agreed to give it the summer to see if the service could be righted. So far, it s going okay. The yard looks good but for the price, I believe it could look a lot better. My only positive interactions have been with Mr. Reed. Other employees continue to be dismissive and/or talk down to me when I question practices and services rendered. Communication is severely lacking (I never know when they re coming to perform a service, and I have requested a heads up numerous times as I have pets). Their turnover rate is horrible and to me, this always speaks volumes of a company and their practices. One more month to see how things progress and will post a final update for this review. The service for weed treatment started off great, almost too good to be true. Yard looked great, pricing was reasonable, effective communication, etc. Then I was ghosted by the rep that said I could call/text anytime regarding any issues/concerns. They started showing up to service the yard with no notice (I have dogs). The weeds are coming back in the front yard and whatever treatment they are using has killed the St. Augustine in the back (when I signed up, they noted the different types of grass in the front and back). When I have voiced my concerns, the responses are unhelpful and the company is unwilling to talk through a different approach for treatment. I called and canceled today after a year of trying to work with them (and they were actually quite uninterested in why I was canceling). As of now, they are saying they will charge for full treatment despite not having completed the full service on the most recent lawn application. Please do your research before going with this company.

i signed up for service on march 16. colt made me an offer i couldnt refuse. he has since ignored my attempts to contact him. my first treatment was april 3 and a second on 5/8. to date my weeds have never been healthier. but my poor st. augustine turf is struggling. no way i can recommend Unlimited Lawn Care.

Beware of high ratings. As a marketing push, they gave a $10 discount for a positive review. 6/2024 update. I thought service issues from my first year with Unlimited wouldnt continue when I signed a contract for a second year. Same issues like falsified service calls, tech turnover and burned shrubs are occurring and Im just 6 weeks into the second year. Now they want me to pay for service calls that werent on my agreed upon schedule. I asked to speak with the local manager, Michael, twice and he never called. I would have high levels of caution before committing to Unlimited Lawn Care.

My lawn was a mess. I had used another lawn care company for years and thought it was never going to get any better. My yard was the worse on the block . I visited a friend and her yard was AMAZING. She told me about Unlimited Lawn Care and they came out and started caring for my lawn. They have done a great job for over 2 years. Hunter Sadberry came out on 4/16 to service my lawn he was very friendly and explain the process. Im very please with Unlimited Lawn Care.

We have used Unlimited Lawn Care for some time now and have only had a couple of problems with weeds. The last time I called for a retreatment, a new technician Jonathan Woolen, came out, explained the problem, and took care if it. When he returned in two weeks, the yard was already looking much better and he applied this months treatment. It is much healthier and we are satisfied with him and the company.

This company did a horrible job for me from the customer service side to the technicians my yard had minimal weeds when they starting treating it but it has more weeds now than ever before they treated the season before then all winter and fall and the next season and I have more weeds now than ever and parts of my yard have gotten to be so thin and bare there is hardly any grass in some huge areas I called and complained about the bare spots and the weeds and they told me that I needed to spend more money on aeration but I had to call them and complain about the bare areas so Im assuming their technician did not see the bare areas and the area in reference is basically my whole front yard and it was explained to me that their chemicals would never make my lawn thin or be bare but it was not like that before they started treating it and keep in mind they treated it more than just one season they make a lot of promises but their promises dont mean anything I would advise anyone thinking of hiring these people DONT it will most likely be a BIG WASTE of your hard earned money

Reply to ULC comment: If being human and asking me to call you AGAIN is the best you can do for repeatedly dropping the ball on a business agreement you ve been paid for without fail, then I ll find a business that s better prepared to handle my lawn care services. Service is not reliable. Tuesday we were scheduled for treatment and for the third time they didn t show up. I ve made 2 calls with no response to why they can t show up for appointments and why their technician Jacob Geyer lied about coming out and being unable to service our yard due to a locked gate. The day we received the email, we were in the backyard the entire day gardening and our security cameras show no visitors besides our neighbor and mail carrier. Additionally, if there was a locked gate, why didn t he attempt to knock on the door? I do not recommend this company due to their lack of honesty, organization and reliability. The reps I spoke with both times said they couldn t reach Jacob or the local store manager. Both said they would call me back with an update on when they could get me rescheduled and still no update.

Received an invoice for services that were never authorized nor rendered. Don t request a quote online because you will end up with an invoice in your mailbox for $275 and it states it s over 120 past due?! Yet no one can seem to clear this up for me and when I call I get told well maybe your husband set it up. He in fact did not. I do not recommend this company!

The other day was our first service. Our tech keeton was very courteous and professional. When I asked him he explained what he was doing and why. We now have Poa Annua in the yard and later in the summer will have Nut Sedge. I look forward to seeing how well Unlimited Lawn Care can control it ..

As others have posted, the Birmingham manager Coner is excellent. The tech that did my last lawn treatment, Stephan, was also very friendly, and performed the service correctly. Stephan also answered some questions I had.

If I could give them a 0 I would worst company ever they advertise guaranteed good service which is a lie their workers are very disrespectful they open your gate and leave it open only Half do what they say if that then when you call they say they will come back to fix it only to not come back and do anything not even a apology from them then when you do cancel they send you a invoice even tho you no longer receive their services when you call to question it they are very rude and eventually send it to collections save yourself some time money and respect and go some where else

I agree with another review. ZERO respect for the customer. Their MO is to put off for as long as they can. It has been two and a half months since they burnt up my roses. They have agreed to replace 3 antique Cascading roses, but just cant seem to get around to it. I did not want to look at the burnt up roses, so I trimmed the dead parts off. Dont know when they will do as promised. They burnt up my sons yard. He finally gave up. Does anyone have a contact person to get the job done? My grass looks good, but it is not worth the hassle. Bummer

Treated several times by them. My yard was still full of weeds. They said they would do a Ridge. Where are you at? No charge to me that did not happen. I asked him to ring my doorbell or call me whenever they get here that did not happen. Canceled the treatment appointment two different times said they treated my yard when no one ever came. I have cameras all around my house and the ring doorbell. If you try to call them and they think you want to start service they were answer on the first or second ring but if you have a complaint they transfer you to someone else and you ll probably be waiting on the phone 30 minutes before someone ever picks up. This place was awful and I would not recommend it to anyone.

This company is a scam. Dont believe any of the positive reviews on here. Literally scam artists. I paid for a single aeration service a year ago, which they didnt do until over a month after they agreed to, and then did such a poor job that they might as well have not even come. I called upset and told them I wanted my money back, which they said they wouldnt give me but agreed to have the service repeated later that week. They did a poor job again the 2nd time but I thought I was done dealing with them. Well, imagine my surprise when a year later I get an invoice in my email saying they serviced my property and were charging me for it. Remember, I only signed up for a single service (which I called to complain about). I never agreed to any recurring service at all. So, I try and call... well, apparently its really easy to get a sales person but not so easy to get someone if you have a problem. I waited on hold for 30 min and then, when someone did answer, they immediately put me on hold and hung up on me. This happened twice more before I actually got to talk to someone. Well, that person was extremely rude and essentially told me that I was somehow responsible for paying for the service (that I didnt agree to) and it was my responsibility to cancel service because everything they do is recurring whether they tell you or not. He told me that in the email they send with my initial service order receipt, that they include some fine print that says that all their services recur until a customer cancels. I asked for a contract signed by me showing that I agreed to those terms and he told me that he cant produce one because they dont do contracts but that somehow they plan to hold me responsible for a service I didnt agree to. Steer clear of this terrible company!!

Awful customer service. They charge astronomical prices and dont treat your whole lawn. To start with this company you can talk with customer service all day long but after you sign up it takes days to get a returned phone call. Run For Your LIFE!!!

Colt Youngblood and the technicians at unlimited treat and maintain our athletic fields at Brookwood High School with professional quality. They assess what our needs are and put us on a plan to have the best playing surface in the area.

Terrible customer service! I paid for the services that I requested ahead of time. Months later I start receiving bills for services that I never requested. They proceeded to tell me that there was no contract but that I never canceled service. Called and requested to speak with a supervisor or someone in charge an innumerable amount of times and never got the opportunity nor did they ever return my calls. Supervisor was always busy . Then weeks later I began to receive bills from a collection agency. And on top of that, their products didn t even work! So moral of the story: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I am in year two and Im regretting it now. My yard isnt looking good and my cameras catch them skipping half my yard. They reschedule me because of a dog outside which again my cameras showed no dogs or their truck. Manager would refuse to believe me when I told her he never showed up. The mosquito treatment last maybe 5 days and then its bad again. They had to redo my lawn aeration because he skipped half the yard. They are coming out again to fertilize my yard because they didnt do my back yard. They are cheap for a reason! You arent getting what you pay for and it obviously shows. Anytime you need help, you have to call Georgia. Dont do it!!

Stay away from this company. I needed my grass cut, I figured unlimited lawn care could do that. Instead of telling me they couldnt do that. The lady over the phone was happy to sign me up for a lawn treatment which amounts to them spraying 3 flavors of poison over all our gardens, expensive soil and edible crops. Our food is now inedible. All we want is a refund but everyone weve called has given us the run around or said its our fault and not their problem.

Ive had one service since signing a contract. As about a month went by, I called and asked for my next service. Was told they would be at my place on Friday. Friday came and went, I called and was told they would be here on Saturday. Two weeks later, I called and asked why the delay? Was told they would be here on Thursday, no one showed up. Waited all day Friday, no one showed up. Waited again, all day Saturday and of course another no show. I would not recommend this company to a person I absolutely deplore. As a matter of fact, I am considering a lawsuit.

I was skeptical at first, but the two sales reps (Jordan and Hunter) were very honest and direct. Great experience working with them.

The manager Coner who came in person to view my yard and quote me is very response and and attentive to my calls and texts. They have come and done a great job on removing invasive weeds in our yard and we look forward to the grass growing season to see what enhancements can be made.

I have been in sales for over 20 years and know a good salesman when I meet one. Jordan Wilson was great at advising me of the value proposition Unlimited Lawn Care had to offer. Unlimited Lawn Care has helped make my yard look great! Jordan and his boss Coner came out and set up my services. They were both very cordial and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. I would recommend unlimited Lawn Care and make sure to ask for Jordan as your salesman.

Ive been using Unlimited for almost two years now to service multiple properties that I take care of with my business. Multiple of these yards were infested with weeds when I first got them out there, all of them now are practically weed free and a dark deep green. They dont cheap out on fertilizer rates like some companies do to save a buck. Coner has been a lifeline for me there, anytime I have any questions or need to add a service he is responsive and proactive. The only issue I wish could be adressed is their system, as someone who is technically contracting them to do the work it would be nice to be able to see all my accounts in one place and possibly see approximately future service dates so I could coordinate my service with theirs to maximize their effectiveness.

I purchased an aeration from them 6 weeks ago and was told it would be done within 3 weeks. Havent heard from them since and cant get an answer for why they havent come. I have had 5 other companies come by that would have done it within a week for a cheaper price. Feels like a scam

I use Unlimited Lawn Care for my own home and noticed my elderly fathers yard was becoming overrun with weeds . I called Largwin Taylor to see if I could sign up for just weed control for my dads yard. Largwin was more than helpful in helping determine what treatment would work best, and was prompt in getting someone out to start treatment . Then when my father wasnt convinced the first treatment was going to do the job, Largwin had someone back out at my dads house to retreat the yard within 2 days. My dad is happy to know his yard treatments are 100% guaranteed. I am happy to know I can call and have my fathers yard re treated with no questions asked. Ive never had a salesman who continued to provide such personalized service even after the sale. I really appreciate his attention to customer satisfaction !

I called ULC with some concerns I had and they responded with sending, what I assume, their best tech out. Tyler was informative and willing to take the extra time to explain what I should expect to see in the coming weeks. Whatever you do ULC..... keep Tyler on your payroll. He will not only take care of your current customers, but probably bring more to your business. Employees like him are what keeps customers around.

I chose to try a year with Unlimited Lawn Care in 2022. I have terminated my contract early due to issues, yet they keep coming by. Here are some of the things I learned and dealt with along the way: 1. Alabama branch manager Coner is usually responsive, hes friendly, well informed and fair. His sales associate Jordan is as well. Together, they are the people I communicate with and they have gone beyond their roles to come to my house and take care of issues that were not done by techs. They are the ONLY thing I like about this company. 2. My clover weeds did, in fact, go away. 3. On at least 2 occaisions, techs have visited my home, left a sign claiming to have done work when none was done. I have security cameras. 4. Once, I received an email about all the services done for me and noone even drove to my house to fake it. Coner verified this, fired the employee and came to do the service with Jordan. 5. I was clear when I signed up about my main concern being mosquito and flea/tick control in the back where I have 4 dogs. I cannot kennel them all day and therefore must be home at the time of service to put them up. NEVER has a tech come at a time when I am home. They either leave a note about my dogs or lie that they did the work. My dogs would eat a tech if he came in my backyard without me. 6. The main office is in Georgia and even the 205 numbers on their signs route you to Georgia. They do not have good reviews, but I was told that the Alabama branch operates independently. That is incorrect. Manager and sales say they dont have access to the techs schedule.customer service is definitely Georgia and theyre horrible. 7. I was supposed to get 5 mosquito treatments. I have received 1 and it is September. Todays sign says they did a treatment, but theres no way. See point 5. 8. I was supposed to get 3 flea and tick treatments. I received 2, and my dogs are now having skin problems. Ive had to medicate two of them for excessive itching, hair biting and skin inflammation so back on comfortis they go. I dont know if this is due to fleas or the chemicals, so I dont want any more services done in their living space.

If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. This company is fraudulent and they are absolutely no respect for their customers. I was threatened with collections because I refused to pay a bill for a service I DID NOT RECEIVE!! They will schedule your service, not show up and then send you an email that your service is completed. Then they will charge you anyway even after you notify them that the service was never rendered. And when you try to correct the issue or tell them you in fact do not owe anymore, they will tell you you can believe what you want to believe but you do have an outstanding balance that is about to go to collections. They are rude and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I just want to say that the technician (Mark) was so polite and attentive to my questions about my lawn. He did a great job and I was very satisfied. Positive
