Nitro Green in Birmingham

Nitro Green used to be good but everything went down hill lately. It looks like there might have been new management. They do not care about the cusomers once you prepaid for the full year service. We have been trying to schedule a lawn service a few weeks and they still have not called us back and our lawn is full of weeds. Their customer service phone line is answered by someone called Julie in Louisiana now, who failed to have someone call us back to schedule a lawn service appointment after many calls for the past a few weeks. We are trying to get a refund from them but no one is picking up the phone or returning phone call....

Very pleased with my yard service. Everyone around me had weeds emerging in the spring. You could actually see the line between my neighbor's yard and my yard, because my yard was weed free. Such a great yard that my neighbor is now a customer too. Great job!

We use Jim and his team at Nitrogreen for treatments of our customer properties. A lot more personal than the competition and low overturn which means the same person is treating your lawn and not a different person every time. All of our lawns treated by Nitrogreen stand out against the neighbors.
