Having used Flowers Landscaping over the years for a number of property related small projects, from Fencing Repairs, Replacement Gates to some Garden Dressing. I have always found John (The Owner) and any Flowers staff, to be very professional, timely and courteous. In the event of any rectifications or amendments, I found that Flowers were willing and able to complete the works to my expectations.

GIVE THIS A HARD PASS! The final finish is atrocious. Not happy with any of the work. You only know what an organisation is truly like when things go wrong. Hence they have revealed their true colours. They are refusing to remedy the work. Demanding more money to fix the job when they botched it up themselves. Left me with a mess to sort out. NOT PROFESSIONAL IN THE SLIGHTEST!

Flowers recently did some work for a neighbour a couple doors from me on Ermington Crescent where my drive was needed in order to gain access to their garden. They had a lot of work done over a period of two weeks or so, which we didn t have a problem with initially. However, upon completion of the job, we were reassured by the work men on sight that the drive and the patio that they made a complete mess of would be cleaned and jet washed. Whilst I acknowledge that we have had snow recently, the weather has been absolutely fine since then, and still to this day no one has come out to clean up the mess that was made. Also, Flowers used my other neighbours outside water pipe for their work WITHOUT their permission for TWO WEEKS. This is unacceptable, especially during a cost of living crisis, and it will have a significant impact on their water bill as it is metered.

I cannot recommend Flowers Landscaping enough, my back garden was such a mess, literally a jungle! Not having a back gate and being a house attached to flats I had to wait until the sheds were being replaced so a digger could gain access to my property. They started the day I got my quote, and they worked so hard cleaning up after themselves as they went, absolutely fantastic! I now have a garden to be proud of! Can t wait for them to do my front garden.

Absolutely do not recommend, promised to come back and fix broken brickwork and other faulty jobs that they made and then disappeard for months. Couldnt even get a hold of them. If youre gonna charge extortionate prices atleast follow through smh

I like to use local companies and kept seeing their vans around the area so when we needed a tree reduced in height and some fence work they were my first call. A quick visit to see what as needed and was priced at a very reasonable cost. The Tree Lads John & Luke came round and did a fantastic job, my wife was concerned as she didnt want the tree touched initially, but the Tree Lads were great, patient and very understanding. Not one bit of mess was left and they were very professional. Declan came around to do the bit of fence work and carried out the required work quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard. I am glad they were my first choice and will most definitely use them again in the future. Make them your first choice, dont bother ringing around other companies, just give them a call.

These clowns started using a angle grinder at 7.15am also for the 2nd day straight started burning all there green waste , I don t mind if you want to burn everything and save paying money to have it disposed of properly but at least have the common decency to knock on everyone s door at tell them ur having a fire at 8.00am, for this reason I called the fire service on them

Unreliable. Booked in for last week - they text the night before advising due to emergency they had to cancel and rebook for following week. The following week they simply didn t turn up and didn t even call. I even called/text the day before to confirm their attendance but there was no response. Zero value for other people s time, zero manners/common courtesy - not recommended!

I ve just used this company to do some decking in my back garden. From start to end everything ran smoothly and the price quoted was excellent. TERRIBLE COMPANY! SHOULD APPEAR ON COWBOY Builders. WEEDS NOT FLOWERS. From start to finish they did everything wrong. From the initial quote which they kept postponing. Then giving a high quote so they have room for negotiating. I dont have time to haggle - just give me your best price and stop wasting time. They also changed the start date twice, on the day they were suppose to arrive. Then demanding more money mid way through. Sounds like a well planned strategy. Everything goes through the office (Michelle) via WhatsApp, as she never answers the phone. In addition, she takes two days to respond at times. Everything gets decided by the owner - Cowboy John, who never visits the site himself and just sits in his ivory tower. They have 6 teams who do the work. Only one is probably half decent. The rest are winging it. They demanded more money half way through the job as they claimed its taking longer than they thought. Well you should have quoted right in the first place! It takes bloody longer because your workers sit in their vans all day and have several breaks, chatting on their phones. I calculated they do 3 hours work in the 8 hours they are meant to be there. They start at 7.30am and have no respect for anyone. They start their loud petrol powered machines straight away and blast the radio on the loudest setting. Had to keep apologising to my neighbours for the workers utter disregard. Its only after they left and I had to get another company in to rectify their work, as Flowers wouldnt admit they did anything wrong. I realised how much they bodged up the job. PORCELAIN TILES MISTAKES -No spacers used - uneven gaps -Mortar mixed wrong. Used building sand instead of screeding sand. -No Primer used just some standard SBR they poured into the mix and not directly onto tile. Hence some tiles have peeled off from the mortar. -water run off not steep enough as a result I have pooling of water, when it rains. - very rough cuts and not straight. Avoided all angle cuts to make life easier for themselves. - no concern for any symmetry or design. -tiles not cleaned properly after grouting. Residue not coming off even with a pressure washer. ARTIFICAL GRASS MISTAKES -Woodwork used as a frame underground when composite should be used. (wood will rot) -Normal building sand used to create level under astro, where grano dust (much more expensive) should be used. -adequate levelling not done, astro has dips. OTHER ISSUES -The workers didnt tidy up after themselves and kept saying they will on the last day. Guess what they didnt bother then either. -They splashed mortar everywhere and kept telling me it will come off at the end. Well they never bothered cleaning it and I cant get it off. My fences are all ruined and my expensive Italian porcelain is also looking an absolute mess. ADVICE: -Choose a professional company that have good communication -Find a company who actually interested in interacting with customers to achieve the desired results. -Find a company who use the right materials and know how to use them correctly. -Find a company who are highly skilled in their trade and not a jack of all trades. -Find a smaller company who will go above and beyond. Not just interested in getting through the numbers. Quality not quantity! -Find a company when mistakes are made they are willing to make right. That guarantee their work. FLOWERS DOEST TICK ANY OF THESE BOXES. THEY SHOULD RENAME THEIR COMPANY WEEDS!!!

At the end of last year we hired flowers to remove decking and block paving from our back garden and replace it with Indian paving stones and artificial turf. They also completed work on the front of our house where they dug up old tree stumps and laid block paving to create a new drive way and extra parking. The work was completed to a very high standard and the service provides excellent value for money. The lads were all very friendly and couldnt have been more helpful. We are very happy with the work that has been completed and would definitely recommend this company.

I ve just had flowers landscaping complete my front and back garden. I didn t intend to have the back done but after seeing how professional the guys was I booked John to come and quote my back garden and booked straight away for the guys to start . On time every morning till the job was complete, Richard Jack. Ryan was a great bunch.. also came across a hick up Which was nothin to Do with the guys but John was straight round and sorted it with no extra charge which he could of walked away and said u need to get someone out to sort before we can carry on but didn t and could tell that didn t even enter he s mind he got it sorted ASAP .. I can not recommend these guys enough...

I cannot talk to the craftmanship of those who work on the job. And the customer service person I spoke to was pleasant. Therefore, despite my frustration I will rate 2 stars. TLDR: Cancelled my viewing which was booked almost a month in advance, the morning it was due to happen. Long Version: Being able to plan and organise workloads effectively would seem to be a characteristic of paramount importance to a landscaping company. Almost a month after booking an appointment (booked 14/05/2021) that was due to happen on 09/06/2021, I received a text message the morning it was due to occur telling me that I have just been notified that we are unable to provide any quotes at the moment due to capacity issues. Sorry for the late notice. Im not really one for bashing people/companies too harshly as it doesnt get you anywhere, however I am one for offering constructive feedback. Firstly as mentioned planning and organising effectively should be at the heart of what you do. Should those reading this who have a job coming up that is not cancelled be worried that the wrong materials will be ordered, that their work will not finish on time? No they shouldnt. I would advocate that whatever management structure you have in place perhaps attend some sort of resource management training. Secondly I noted that the customer service agent was friendly. This is true, but they also indicated that the company is not a harmonious one, which again probably leads to issues with management. I have just been informed is not the lead statement of an integrated team that trusts one another and works together well. It takes no responsibility in terms of what the company is doing. We regret to inform you.. is colder but at least indicates that this is from the company. As I say I think the management of the company probably needs to look at how to fix these divides (and potential frustrations) as its another indicator that this is poorly run at the moment. Hopefully this doesnt come across as a huge bash, Im sure itll just be ignored anyway, but thought Id post on the off chance that someone reads it and takes it as the constructive feedback it was meant to be.

Flowers quoted for levelling and laying a patio and inserting drainage. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. The guys worked extremely hard even in heavy rain, and all waste was cleared away in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with the result and highly recommend their services.

After having our back garden done a few months ago by Flowers we decided to have the front drive block paved by Flowers also. From first quote to finish we was very happy, Mason, Keane & Joe we re on time everyday, grafted so hard, even in the rain, always polite & respectful as we re other members of the Flowers team like Lloyd who ran around making sure all our materials were delivered on time, and Declan for coming before & after to make sure everything was correct and we was happy with everything. We just can t fault anything at all. Our daughter is severely disabled & fully wheelchair dependant and we needed full access ramps, and we couldn t of imagined how good it would look all block paved, and it looks absolutely amazing. We would deffinatly reccomend the Flowers team again & again, We just can t thank you all enough!

I cant comment on their work as I never managed to get that far, but I arranged for John to come to give me a quote on 4 different occasions, and he didnt show on any of them. The first time he rearranged, which was fine, but the other 3 he didnt show up, didnt message to say he wasnt coming and when I contacted him he never apologised once. I tried to be understanding that he was busy with work so rearranged in total 4 times, but every time he didnt show and never gave me an explanation. He also asked me my address 3 times even though I had sent to him every other time he had asked - where is this companys organisation?! All I can say is if you cant turn up to appointments and show any degree of professionalism, there is no way I would trust them with a big, expensive garden job. Really, really poor. If you are thinking of getting a quote with Flowers- good luck!

Highly recommend Flowers Landscape Gardening. We wanted a full re-landscape of our garden, specified what we envisaged and they delivered our exact requirements. They are very helpful and friendly to work with. We have used their services previously and as a result they were our first choice. Extremely pleased and will contract with them again.

Our garden was originally cancelled when the lockdown was put into place so we thought it was going to be ages before we could get it done but Flowers agreed to rebook the garden in for us and carry it out following Government guidelines. They were very professional with everything they done & the communication was spot on between us and them. The guys turned up on time everyday and worked very hard! We also made a last minute change to how we wanted them to landscape the garden giving them a days notice but with absolutely no hesitation they met this requirement for us. It took only 3 days for them to carry out the transformation and we are now extremely pleased to say we have a beautiful garden to relax in during lockdown and the upcoming summer months! They made sure that we were completely satisfied with everything & have delivered excellent customer service, cant thank them enough for making this happen under the circumstances. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get there garden done neat and fast!

Requested a quote, date was given with 3 hour time slot. Waited in all day and no one turned up, no phone call, nothing. Very disappointed in them.

Useless, honestly steer clear, when I saw the reviews at 4.5 star I was shocked, something doesn t add up for me there, I ll leave you to work that out. Don t return calls, don t turn up on the days they should and I must know of 10 people that have had bad experiences with them, ranging from not turning up to quotes to causing damage on site. Honestly steer clear.

Recently we had both the front and rear gardens landscaped by the Flowers team and we are absolutely over the moon with the results and I think the photos speak for themselves. John visited us to find out what our dream was and to provide us with a quote, which was extremely competitive. John kept us informed and up to date with everything that we needed to know which we found very reassuring. The team that came to install the garden, Mason, Kieron and I think Joe, were conscientious, polite and very professional. Every detail was completed perfectly and to a top-quality finish, including replacing a small amount of the neighbour s turf as there was a bit left over, as a nice gesture. John & his team finished off our pool area with some stunning Porcelain tiles and we love them. Great bunch of lads, grafted from day one, every bit of detail is just amazing! Neil had to cut the porcelain to suit the Roman end curves of the pool.. he has done an amazing job! Full credit to John the boss man for squeezing us in within 2 weeks of asking. Flowers made my dream garden a reality - from start to finish they were extremely professional friendly and knowledgable. They helped me design it, gave me a quotation the following day, booked me in I had to wait due to their workload but was kept up to date and so glad I waited! Agreed a date for work to be done and they didnt show, with no contact to explain why. I went through a continual cycle of contacting them, and having them promise that they would be at mine on x date and never showed. Its now over 2 months since I was booked in to have work done and Ive not been contacted, honestly dont waste your time with them.

Top company to deal with from start to finish. John quoted us, turned up to the exact minute he said he would and we told him what we wanted doing to our garden and he quoted us a great price for the amount of work we needed doing. We had a new patio done in the back and a new fence in the front garden, we also had some beautiful artificial grass laid, which really finished the job off nicely. The lads turned up on time every morning and worked tirelessly in all weather. Everything we asked for was done to spec and everything left neat and tidy afterwards. Great job overall would defo recommend!!

absolutely great. i could not recommend Flowers highly enough. they did a wonderful job on my garden which included new fence panels and posts (with gravel boards), new turf, new patio and path, new shed foundation and moving shed, laying sleepers, trimming back trees, removing loads of rubbish and rubble and levelling out the garden that had a step. the workers are exceptionally polite, listen to what you want and communicate with you regarding the work. Id defo use them again.

Our tenants had requested off road parking and we d seen the Flowers Landscaping team carrying out lots of work in the local area and we can see why. John came round and was very polite and friendly, gave us a competitive quote and they started work the following weekend. Flowers have just finished our back patio - 60sq metres. Fantastic job. John came over to see us after a recommendation from a friend. He was very helpful and made what we wanted to do very easy, as we had an old garden layout that we wanted to change completely. All showed up on time every day, great lads with loads of experience who helped us make a decision on some things we were unsure about and worked really hard to get it all finished. Final result is better than we expected, only wish wed have had them round sooner! Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of revamping their garden. A+++

Absolutely top people. Excellent pricing. Super fast installation of my new drive. The boss checks in everyday with you to make sure you are happy. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. They even replaced some blocks free of charge for me after my car started leaking oil and stained a few. I totally recommend flowers so much so my friend has just given a double storey extension on his house with driveway fencing and new landscapes garden to flowers. The work again is truly amazing. Heard good things about flowers from a number of people... they did not dissapoint! In less than 2 days work they shifted 12T from my existing jungle that was a backyard and, with a very loose brief of what I was after, left me with an amazing garden! More than happy with their hard work and the finished article! Theyre hard to get booked in with, but in hindsight thats expected with the standard of their finish! Its worth the effort of getting them in, they will not dissapoint! Thanks John and the team!!!

Ive used them twice for both my back and front garden. To be honest they do do a reasonable job and their rates are reasonable. I wouldnt say it was top notch job, there were a couple of snags, which again to be honest they didnt sort out so had to do myself. If there is one concern I would ask potential customers to be wary about it would be this: Agree that you will hold back a bit of payment until they have cleared away the rubbish. On both occasions they were slow in doing this. I actually got contacted by the council as to ask what was going on and at the time of writing this review, they still havent cleared away the rubbish 2 weeks after completing the job. I am happy to give them 4 stars. As stated, the work was good and I was able to deal with the snags myself.

Fantastic job. The guys worked so hard & in very cold conditions. As you can see from the pictures, it started off as a jungle out the back & on completion will be wonderful. The front was blocked with cobbles & we could not of asked for more. I would recommend this company to anyone. Keep it up guy, only the best.

Complete garden transformation. Cannot thank the boys enough... they have made my little boys life complete... our garden has gone from a dangerous uneven smelly area to a perfectly level football pitch, play area and a place where I will be proud to hold dinner parties. Felt so comfortable with all the lads and they we re all so helpful!!

Absolutely useless. Couldnt even be bothered to keep an appointment to quote for the work ! Gave him 2 opportunities. First time i booked time off work & he didnt even have the courtesy to say he couldnt make it. Accept the fact that he might be busy but at least have the courtesy to let me know. Gave him a second chance and promised to call round again. Never showed! Called him and he was on his way round and would call back. Didnt call so chased him again, didnt even have the decency to speak to me, phone answered by one of his mates. Apparently he was going to call round on Monday.....no use to me as I work & not prepared to book more time off for someone so unreliable!!! Avoid !!!!!!! Would rate no stars if possible

This company clearly has enough work and doesnt need any more new clients. Waited at home for a prearranged visit and when no one arrived, I had to phone THEM to say I was leaving the house. No courtesy call. Not even a real apology... just You have to understand... we are really busy. If you treat prospective customers like this you wont be busy for long. Im taking my custom elsewhere. It makes no difference how good you are at the actual jobs done if you cant get any clients in the first place. My advice to prospective customers... try elsewhere. My advice to this family run company... a courtesy cal to apologise and say you are not going to make it costs pennies...not getting a client as a result of poor customer service before you even start a job today has cost you thousands!

As i read through the reviews of this company thought i would give them a try and do a decking job in my back garden. The owner john came out to give me a quote and was there as arranged .He was very helpful and gave me a very good price so i decided to have the work done by Flowers landscapes. The lads who.came to do the job were there on time each of the 3 days it took to do the job . The standard of work was exceptional and it was a pleasure to have the company do my garden . I would highly recommend Flowers landscapes to anybody who needs anything doing to there gardens .

I had flowers round to originally quote me on a bit of work for the back garden, but decided to get the whole garden landscaped, the guys that came round were hard working and kept the disruption to a minimum. The work that they completed was of a very high standard, so high in fact that we called them back a few weeks later to come and dig out my front garden and turn it into a drive, which of course was of excellent standard. More than happy with the results and the pricing of all components of the job, John made sure we was involved in every part of the build which is very appreciative. I had my driveway blocked paved in November i was really looked after by john & the lads i did have to wait a few weeks to have the work done.but that is due the guys being so busy & good at there work & good value for money They turned up on the Monday when promised dug the drive out & were finished by the Friday when they promised the drive way looks amazing & i am so happy with it Also I would like to point out i have seen flowers lads working on Saturdays & sunday to complete jobs (this is on weeks when we had bad weather) there isnt many builders or gardens i no who would get out of bed on a weekend to get there jobs done Thank you guys i will always recommend you The only complaint i had is it was in November & freezing out side there for the guys had to keep there shirts on hats & coats i was very disappointed about this lol

Flowers recently completed digging out our front garden and turning into a driveway. Absolutely excellent work by all the guys, extremely efficient , tidy and hardworking. Not a second wasted either, perfectly timed all necessary tools and materials to arrive when needed, no waiting around for this that or the other. I called John for a quote on a Thursday evening, he was round the next day, no hassle and understood exactly what we wanted. We even changed our mind on a few small things once they had started and this was not a problem either. All the guys that came to work throughout the two weeks we had them were extremely pleasant and nice to have around, didnt cause us any disruption to our lives. Couldnt ask for more! We would not hesitate to give them a call if we need something else doing.

Contacted Flowers on the recommendation of a family friend who had previously used them, so I could see the work first hand. John was prompt with quoting the job, and gave realistic timescales of when work could commence. After a bit of indecisiveness on my behalf, John still kept to his word and managed to get work underway when Id only given a few days notice! The guys who undertook the work were very efficient, tidy and simply cracked on with the task in hand. When the work was complete, John even provided a company to professionally clean the new and existing driveway, included in the price! Im a perfectionist to say the least, however Flowers genuinely were faultless.

I had Flowers in to re-lay my drive and rebuild the lean-to on the side f the house in blocks and put a new roof on. The job they have done is top quality, everybody has commented on the finish of the drive saying it has transformed the front of the house. The lean-to is to the same quality, I dont think the roof will ever leak on it! The guys who came round to do the work work were brilliant. They engaged with us at key points ensuring we were happy with what they were doing and invited to inspect work as it was ongoing. Within 5 days they had finished the drive and it was 7 days for the lean-to as they had to wait for the mortar in the block work to go off. Despite this quick turnaround and also being the most competitive quote we had, they have not cut any corners. Another point worth mentioning is that they were tidy throughout the build, every evening all rubbish was piled out of the way ready ready for collection. We will definitely be having them back to do more work (already getting ball park figures for the house roof and landscaping the garden). They have quoted on 5 more drives from people in our road just based on neighbors seeing the work being done and the finish.

He does what he says, 10/10, if by any chance your not happy with anything, get on the phone too him, his the big man, he will 100 percent sort it out. The prices and the professionalism is ingedible. When 8 say they clean up after the selfs, he has seperaye people employed just too collect the rubbish lol. Thease guys are all ears, they listen they work, they take what s agreed on. No messing around.
