Back Bay Lawnscapes, LLC in Biloxi

I was living out of state and continued to hire the company for landscaping services. I came back home to find my grass in the Back yard and front yard dead .There were piles of leaves in front of the house and the back as well as between the garage and the fence of our neighbor . The back wall of the house was dirty because leaves were blown against the wall. There were numerous twigs on the entire yard front and back . The grass was suffocated by excessive mulching by of leaves . The owner never made no effort to come and see for himself what had transpired over the couple of years as I suppose that he might have known what to expect . I hired a 17 years old Highschool student/neighbor to clean my yard and the yard is now spotlessly clean .Back Bay Lawn Services gets an F and Tristan Davis (my neighbors Son ) gets 3 As. Please hire Tristan Davis for your lawn care needs !

I had been using another service for over 10 years. They started getting sloppy and sometimes did not complete the job. I called Back Bay and now I like my lawn

These guys work hard, and they do it all. I've seen a few landscaping and gardening designs from Rusty and that man really has a talent. Can't wait for him to draw up the landscaping design for my property. Thanks Rusty!

I was in need of a landscaper to help me with my new grass and plants that were put in before I bought my new home. My lawn a disaster. They did help me get it healthy. Put in an irrigation system. Left not understanding and had to call company to help. Disappointed in timeliness. For me not usually punctual. Took many times to get call backs. One project didn’t come out to do what was supposed to do so wanted fixed this year. Didn’t happen. I fixed myself.I’m disappointed in left feeling like once done I was and they move. Questions answered while they were here. Just negative rapport. I Think they take on more work than can manage leaving others a little lax. Nice and polite just didn’t work for me personally. Not all negative. Will still recommend just get your job done timely.

Rusty and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with the results, they exceeded our expectations. We definitely would recommend them for your landscaping needs.

Rusty and his very professional crew exceeded my expectations in all areas- the design itself, their punctuality and ability to follow through with the small details at the end. I was more than satisfied and continue to enjoy their work every day! I would highly recommend Back Bay!

This post I'm writing pertains to the services we had done for Tinofa Muskwi. The reason the services were not done is because Mr. Muskwi did not pay accordingly for his services. If a customer goes beyond 3-4 months without paying, we stop services until rectified.
