Showed up for a bid. Told me how important it is that it gets fixed to avoid damage to my foundation. Said they needed to go get parts and swing by another project, then never came back. No phone call, no text, and no answer when I try to call. I'm not super upset, but this is no way to treat clients. Response for ricks- absolutely ill call you monday. You guys sent out a crew member to my house in the heights. I'll look for his number in the meantime
I had been searching for someone to work in my sprinkler for months. Rick happened to be in my neighborhood working on another project and he took time to look at my job. He had me up and going in no time! I’d definitely use him again
Called him in March to schedule for beginning of May, gave me 2 different days to come it rained both days. He never called back so I called then texted he said he would be in my neighborhood soon. Never heard from again, July 1st is tomorrow if you can't take on new customers tell them not leave them hanging for 2 months wish I could leave 0 stars.
I used Rick’s Landscape and Irrigation for my sprinkler system and lawn/turf installation on my new build 1 acre home. Its been almost a year since the his installation. Rick was very timley in coming out to satisfy a minor warranty issue. I used Rick because he offers both sprinkler/irrigation systems and sod/turf installation as well. I wanted a sprinkler professional would include sod/grass installation services. The other companies I contacted only offered Sprinkler systems . Rick timley came through and knocked out the work . I will use him again
Rick and his crew came out and do some repairs on my sprinklers. They were very polite and professional and they did a quality job. Rick is very easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in Billings!!!

Rick and his team put in a large sprinkler system for us. We wanted it to run half on ditch water, and when there is no water in the ditch, be able to switch to city water. Its super easy to switch back and forth from city to ditch. They did a great job hooking everything up. Everything works great.
