They sprayed my flower bed with weed killer and killed my flowers. I planted the seeds in early April and they were sprouting in groups. Now they are all dead. Do not trust this company with your property, they will probably kill your plants
Trugreen is a great company with great customer service. Our yard always looks great.
I had used trugreen 2 years in a row but wanted to take a year break due to financial hardship. Unaware to me, a crew showed up and applied the first application of their seasonal blend WITHOUT my permission. I called and complained to which they claimed I still owed for that application I DIDNT approve of! There is no paperwork stating this is a continued service nor is there a contract I signed stating such. Beware!!!
My grass hasn’t looked good for awhile. And they add products for your lawn & then say it’s only covered for this season. Came & fit on 9/7. Come in bad customer experience.
TruGreen takes great care of my yard. I have about a half acre of grass and it cost me about $133 an application. They visit my residence approximately 5 to 6 time between spring and fall. They did an excellent job last year and my yard looks great this year. They have excellent communication and professional staff. You can be contacted via text prior to each application and even ask questions back through text. I appreciate the job they have done.
The technician left our backyard gate open when he was done spraying. My yard is large and I didn’t realize the gate was open and I let my dog outside. Dog got out of the yard. Took me an hour to find him. I have never had a problem before with trugreen before button this is not ok. I canceled my service.
I've been using TruGreen for 5 years. My lawn looks outstanding! The customer service has been top of the line. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great lawn care company!
Love trugreen!!! They have great customer service and they care about the state of my lawn, which has looked fantastic since I started in 2016!! Really controls the weeds and the color looks amazing!!! Lawn Tech's are very professional and know what they are doing!!
Looks like they even got an area they often miss out along our driveway this year, so am totally pleased. Were getting good weed control.
I had such high hopes for Trugreen. They were very unresponsive and unreliable. My lawn looks worse after having them, one time.

VERY UNSATISFIED.HAVE BEEN USING TRUGREEN FOR SEVERAL YEARS.YARD COMPLETELY OVERGROWN WITH CLOVER/OXALIS/CRABGRASS.REAPPLICATION SOLVED NOTHING.WASTE OF MONEY!CALLED TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS AND WAS TOLD ITS MY CHOICE TO KEEP USING SERVICE INSTEAD OF FINDING SOLUTION.
Called for service.Took my phone number and said they would set up an appointment. Never bothered to call back. Wont hear from me again.
