Under new management, the Grounds Guys are clearly committed to building a quality business, putting their customers first, with professionalism and expertise. Jacoby and Kyle were fantastic to work with! They were so careful to work in our already partially-landscaped yard. Professional, hard working, and extremely conscientious are a few words to describe them; not to mention very personable and a pleasure to visit with! As the General Manager of the My Place Hotel here in Billings, MT I needed to find a good company to take care of plowing the snow from our parking lot and I am so happy that we found The Grounds Guys. They have been so polite and professional in person and on the phone and the service they provide is phenomenal. They do such a thorough job when plowing our parking lot. They are by far the best company that we have worked with in regards to this service.
I asked for an estimate for an insurance claim. They got back to me quickly. They were prompt arriving for the appointment. Win was very nice to deal with. Not easy to find this level of customer service these days. Highly recommend.
