I had Dan come out and give me a quote and visit with me about what I wanted with our new build property. I had an idea but Dan had the vision! Every step of the way Dan and his crew was there doing a great job. My yard looks so much more amazing than I ever thought possible! I look foward to years of enjoying it. I would highly recommend them for any job. Especially if you want a beautiful and serene space! Thank you so much for everything that you did for us!

I’d give Daniel a zero if I could. He made two appointments with us to look at some landscape drainage issues we’ve had. He told us he’d fit us in since it is an important issue. Well, he was a no show for both appointments. He didn’t even have the common courtesy to text or call us to tell us he wasn’t coming over. I get that he’s busy but we are busy too and my husband set aside time from his job to meet with him to have him not show twice.

I had them out several months ago to repair my irrigation pump. They were quick and efficient as well as friendly. A bit spendy but worth the expense. That brings me to current. Asked them to quote me for sprinkler winterizing. Oh boy.... I was quoted 3 times the market rate because they can't be bothered to schedule appropriately to spread the cost more evenly of traveling the whole 20 minutes to Park City. Unfortunately, this company thinks their services are made of gold. I think I'll take my money elsewhere. Sad, as I was going to have them do several projects next spring.

Update 6/15/19 Daniel, I just read your edited response (3 weeks a go) to my original review. I'm not sure what you meant by "opening with demands and threats is counter productive"? I did neither of those things. That being said, I'm editing my original review as you requested. I would be willing to give You and your Company (Billings Landscaping, LLC) a chance to redeem your credibility. I'm not sure if I want to spend the $10K, that you originally proposed, but I'm open to discussing my project, providing You will get personally involved this time, and provide detailed plans, and commit to a schedule to complete the work. The ball is in your court. Billings Landscaping has one hell of a sales pitch! They may even do good work, but I'll never know. I was promised a detailed bid, design and written estimate. After more than 30 days, I contacted them to see why I hadn't heard back from them....They made the excuse that rain delays were to blame. How does rain affect the ability to supply design, and written estimates? My Advice? Go with someone else, before it's too late! Update: Daniel (owner of Billings Landscaping) tried to call me on the phone to get me to change this review. Once again, he tried to defend, and apologize for not knowing the scope of my project. He sent an employee out to look at the job, but was never aware of the scope involved himself. Asked me for a $10K budget, but never gave me detailed info of the design, after pestering him for more than a month! He seems to think $10K project is pocket change, and can't be bothered to provide a detailed design on a timely basis. I'll give you this.... He has an "awesome" sales pitch. Telling you about all the great ideas he has for your project. But all I have received from him are excuses, and apologies why he could not deliver as promised. Buyer Beware! He is very smooth on the phone, but he is more concerned about his reviews here, than he is about delivering what he promises! Update: Read his response.... He is bragging about giving me a "free" estimate, even though they offer that upfront. Who charges for a estimate these days? Much less one, that is no more than a computer generated photo, with generic plants, and no details. It showed the front yard, nothing for the back yard, as was discussed. They (Billings Landscaping) promised great results, but would not contact me concerning their delay issues..... I had to make all the contact with them, and by then, it was too late for me to schedule another contractor. Choose them (Billings Landscaping) at your own risk, if you need anything done on schedule!

I was having issues with my sprinkler system and called Dan with Billings Landscaping. Even though he was swamped, he managed to find time to make it out to my house the same day. What I thought was going to be a catastrophic repair of some sort, and thus bill, turns out that the entire system just needed fine tuning. Very honest service. He also works very quickly and efficiently, keeping the hours down. Highly recommend!

Billings Landscaping redid my front and back yard last year in 2016. I had three trees removed in my front yard , underground sprinklers installed and some beautiful landscaping and bushes added. The back yard was all gravel and they redesigned my whole back yard to a gorgeous area that I now enjoy daily! Start to finish Dan and his crew were phenomenal! I had a set budget in mind and Dan was able to stay within my budget even though I added a few extra things here and there. Dan always returned my calls promptly and was very thorough in listening to my wants and need,s and able to help me really extend my vision of the final product. His crew was very hard working and professional. They always cleaned up after themselves and were very personable. I waited a year to write this review because I always think the service after the sell is important for a company. Dan has exceeded my expectations on this final point. Dan came out and showed me how to use my sprinkler system again, because frankly, I just forgot! He has also came by to check on the system when he is in the area and has given me pointers on water usage and how to care for my lawn, bushes, and flowers. I would highly recommend Billings Landscaping to everyone! They truly are caring people and customer satisfaction is their number one priority!!

I met with Daniel in February 2017 He was the third person we had come out and give us an estimate on a back yard landscaping project. We had four companies all together but when I met Daniel I appreciated the time he spent with me in the cold and snow measuring, looking and studying what we had to work with. I explained the difficult time we had with the "OTHER" companies getting back to us with an estimate. It was crazy, one company even lost the measurements and never got back with me at all I had to keep calling them to ask if they had any info for us. One company took 4 months one took 6 months Thank God for Daniel! He got back with me within 4 weeks with an amazing price we could afford. Seriously one company without even measuring anything quoted me 24,000! Nuts! Needless to say we hired Daniel immediately he was eager to get started. It was a pleasure to sit down with Daniel and go over the details of our project he listened carefully and and gave great advice He informed us of the the steps we needed to take before digging began and even went as far to call 811 for me. This was our first time doing anything this big and Daniel made it stress free and easy. Daniel even spent the day with me helping me pick out the right flowers and shrubs for my yard! Amazing!! As with any project like this you run into a few bumps he talked us through them and overcame them with ease. Daniel and his crew were professional, hard working , courteous and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Daniel for all your Landscaping needs! My back yard is absolutely beautiful and love spending time back there now!!
