I have to be honest and say I was sceptical about whether I would notice the difference and thgought I would give it a go. But, after almost a full seasons treatments, and a poor starting point in terms of lawn condition, the difference is marked. Thicker, greener grass, without excessive lush growth, and much less moss and weed. Good communication about upcoming treatments, and charming operatives. Another season beckons.

Even in these days of Covid 19 Greensleeves was willing and able to come into our garden via a side passage and, keeping socially-distant, to provide the treatment which makes so much difference to our lawn. The grass is strong and the colour a beautiful verdant green.

Our front lawn is continuous with next doors, so we had a control sample to compare with. After just 2 treatments there was a noticeable difference, and its just got better after each treatment. Positive

I have been with Greensleeves for over 20 years, both where I lived in York and now, the East Riding. They are very professional and give excellent advice. My lawns have been complimented by passing folk who have likened the to a bowling green. The fact that payment can be made by direct debit makes it so much easier and the date for the next treatment is given well in advance. They make a fantastic team.

Greensleeves East Riding have looked after our lawn for a few years now and the difference is amazing. Since their treatments have been done I have never had to use a spot weedkiller or had any problems with moss, which had been a problem every winter. All the operatives over the years have been friendly and knowledgeable and we have had no qualms about recommending their services to friends.

Great experience and service from the off. We had a new lawn laid by our developer last year which didnt handle our 2 young children, dog and landscaping work too well through the summer. Coming out of winter, our lawn looked very sorry for itself! Vicky initially dealt with our call and was very knowledgeable and helpful and organized a visit from one of the team. We were given comprehensive advice and shown the range of services on offer. Work commence a week later with some scarification, aeration and overseeding. A couple of weeks on and we can really see a difference out there. The lawn looks greener and the bare spots are starting to come through now. Definitely worth while having the professionals onboard and I look forward to having the team treat my lawn through the seasons.

Greensleeves have treated my lawn for close to 2 years. In April I terminated the treatment as the lawn looked worse then than it did when they started. Whenever they came they suggested additional treatment, subject to additional costs. Be very careful with this company after a period of time.

Greg was very reponsive - he answered my email within an hour.Then they came round the next day and gave me a very competitive quote, which I said yes, they then did the treatment straight away! Very impressive results! I would highly recommend these guys!

Greensleeves have been caring for my lawn for the last 4 years and the treatment Greg and his working colleagues have provided has drastically reduced the persistent moss. I am therefore very pleased with the service they provide.

Decided to get own grass back into shape as full of moss and weeds. As this was an outside job, the lawn was inspected by Gregg who certainly know his treatments. At a social distance he explained what would be done, the intervals it would be done at. Gave us the costings. Applied a treatment and is due to do another treatment in June. I have to say the grass looks quite a bit better already and I believe by next year we will have lush looking green grass. Great service would definitely recommend.

Recently had an overseed done on the lawn as part of the spring treatment. I must admit it appears to have made hardly any difference to the lawn as there are a significant number of bare patches remaining. The lawn feed does make the grass a lot greener but the weed treatment doesnt really seem to kill off the weeds around the edge of the lawn. I have been a client for about a year now. Hopefully it will improve over the course of this year. I dont think I will bother with a overseed in future. Otherwise generally happy with the service.

Excellent service. When we moved in to this address nearly three years ago, the lawns were full of thatch, matted and unmanageable. Greensleeves performed an aggressive scarification and the lawns were tamed. Since then Greensleeves have carried out seasonal moss-killing and fertilising, plus an aeration. The lawns are now the best we have ever owned. Greensleeves staff are always reliable, friendly and well-mannered; not always the case in this neck of the woods! They will take the time to examine your lawn, discuss your requirements and advise accordingly. I can thoroughly recommend them. PK

Greensleeves are always professional and provide an excellent service. Once, when I was having work done on my front garden I asked them not to treat the front lawn, and although I only gave a couple of days notice, I was only charged for the treatment on the back lawn.

I was a client of Greensleeves for approx three years . In that time I had cause to make issues of weeds coming back . Recently I asked if they could come back again as I had weeds again after less than three weeks after lawn treatment. I didnt want it free and was happy to pay again. However the owner of the franchise sent me an email as she did not want my business again, due to as she said I complained. Without customers she would not have a business. Advice keep well clear of Greensleeves,Long Riston. Complain and you get a red card.
