Always on time with service. Very responsive to concerns. Very reasonably priced. Yard looks great.

They never show up. There is NO customer service, no explanation. I will never use them again and do not recommend. They steal your money.

It s nice to have someone mow the lawn while we are on vacation. We are new to this service and decided to keep it after we got back.

We have been using Naturescapes lawn fertilizing program for about 6 years, at two different houses. The service is great and the results are fantastic! They make it super easy and the lawn looks fantastic!

They do a great job and a very friendly staff

Very pleased with their service! Other yard services I have had in the past do not compare to the quality of service provided by Naturescape of Davenport.

Just canceled after using them for lawn mowing for a month. They say they edge every third mow, but they actually dont, and they just tell you theyll get to it next time. They dont return calls. Expect your lawn to get tall enough for your neighbors to complain (12 inches) before Naturescape will mow it. Also, they never offered any sort of refund for services not rendered.

Mitchell did an amazing job on our yard! He was prompt, and very informative when we had questions. We loved the fact that we got a call ahead the day before, so that we could pick up our dogs toys and keep her inside and safe while the application dried. Very pleased. Naturescape turned my yard around 2020. I began using their services for fertilization and weed control. My yard went from being drab to full and my weed problem disappeared! Detail oriented, always on time

I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone. Save your money! When trying to get scheduled for 1st visit (after pd) they strung us along for over 3 wks. One day for 1st application they just show up at 7 am unannounced. 2nd application a new employee didn t know to shut the machine off when stopped. Needless to say the excess of chemicals burnt numerous spots on our lawn. Almost an acre! We called several times (5 last yr. 3 this yr) only to be told a manager would call. Never received a call from anyone. One day (last yr) out of he blue a gentleman shows up at our door from NatureScape . He said he was supposed to be off (Sat) but was in the field for the manager. While walking around the yard viewing the damage he shared that the new employee had done this to several lawns. Guess they figured we weren t worth the time of day. Feel free to share this review.

Giving a 1 star for now only because I paid for service almost a month ago and still no treatment done. Called twice so far with no return calls. Will update once services paid for are done. Update.. Its been a month since my first treatment and needed to call for a follow up. Maybe its the size or shape of my yard but the first application didnt do to much for the weeds. Lots of broadleaf and clover still thriving. A few burnt spots from the fertilizer luckily not visible from the road. Ill keep my review updated over this season. Update.. Been a few weeks since I called for a follow up treatment and no service yet. The yard is now being taken over by weeds and crab grass. Worst mistake in lawn care.. No customer service here.

I was referred to this lawn care service shortly after buying my house by a friend who had been using them for over a year. My intent was to have them come out and handle lawn maintenance while I got settled in and purchased my own mower. Jen was incredibly responsive. Within hours of sending my email, I had a quote and a scheduled first visit for the upcoming weekend. Since then, theyve handled mowing my lawn regularly and done a spectacular job. Its so easy that Ill continue to use them and dont plan to tackle the chore myself as long as theyll keep working their magic!! Great work, would highly recommend!

Naturescape has been great to deal with!

We have used them for 3 years now. The first and second years were great, they came in a timely manner and our yard looked much better after the application of their products. However, this year has not been good. They did not come in a timely manner for fertilizer applications and our yard has been overrun by weeds - that is likely due to lazy application of their products. We have security cameras on the outside of our house and we were able to watch the most recent application of liquid fertilizer and weed control. The tech missed huge spots in the front yard and barely bothered to do the backyard, so no wonder the yard looks bad! Additionally, we had hired them for a 1 time lawn mowing service. They came 5 days later then they said they would, missed mowing huge spots of our lawn, and also knocked a bunch of paver boarders out of place. When I asked them to come back and fix their poor work, they charged me for another mowing. I called in and they removed it from my bill, however I was already unhappy prior to that and shouldnt have had to. We will be going with someone else next year who will care enough to take care of our entire yard.

Dont use them!!!! After having them park over our driveway and not moving it because my daughter was coming home, I would NEVER use a service who is so rude and unprofessional.

I got home from work and watched a Naturescape worker pull up to my neighbors house. The guy got out and literally spent maybe 2 minutes there and did part of front and didnt touch the sides or back. Left a flag and invoice and took off. I called into the office talked to a lady and she said she would have him go back..which never happened. What a rip off and cheating my neighbor.

DO NOT USE!!!! I used them for weed control, they did not control the weeds, I also used them for lawn care for 2 months and they only showed up 4 times it was a weekly service. They showed up when they wanted to. One time in the pouring rain and mowed, it looked awful. I called tried to get some resolution and got nothing.

Showed up weeks late for first application this year and subsequent applications following the first. My lawn began to get over run with crabgrass, wild violets, clover, and other weeds. Have called repeatedly to resolve these issues and was assured a manager would call and/or stop by to assess the situation. Have received neither and will be looking for someone who is dependable and reliable, possibly do it myself since there may not be anyone who fits that description.

They are completely unreliable. I should have checked their reviews first as they are largely the same as mine.
