Very professional and talented team. My lawn was overdue because of a broken mower, I found them thanks to neighbors and they jumped right in to save my day. DEFINITELY recommend.

Always left my lawn beautiful!! Jason and team always make sure everything looks great. I have never had any issues with them!! I have recommended them to everyone I know!!!

Hired them to aerate my yard. Usually when you hire a company they communicate when they are coming at least a couple days in advance. But this company didn't even let me know the same day. They just showed up when I wasn't home. I have mole deterrents that I was going to take out of the ground when I knew they were coming, they broke those. You're supposed to mow before aerating and overseeding, well I wasn't able to do that since they didn't let me know when they were coming a head of time. You're supposed to overseed within 48 hours of the aeration and I wasn't able to do that due to being out of town. If they would have communicated when they were going to be here, I would have had that better set up. I definitely do not recommend this company due to their lack of communication. I have never dealt with a company that doesn't communicate at all. Edit: They say my lawn was mowed, that is absolutely not true. My grass was fairly long and I was going to mow it beforehand if they simply communicated when they were going to be here. If they are saying they mowed, that is a lie I have their whole work on camera. And they did move ONE of the mole deterrents, but as you can see from the pictures they ran over some of them. Which I could have moved if they simply let me know when they were coming beforehand like literally any other company would. I shouldn't have to ask to have them let me know when they are coming, that should be a professional common courtesy. I have never dealt with a company that doesn't do that. Sorry but that's a terrible response by a terrible company that I will never use again. And I'm not the only person I know that have had issues with them. My issue is the lack of communication from them. They should of least gave a heads up on the day they were coming. Literally any other company would. That would of made these issues non-existent

These guys are AWESOME! I'm kind of a "yard freak", and they always do such a great job! They treat my lawn like their own, and have even gone so far as to move my daughter's Little Tike's playground out of the way to mow so I don't have to go back and trim under it later. If you want to have the best yard in the neighborhood, I would HIGHLY recommend them!

They do a great job treating our lawn!! I had gone for years treating my yard myself for weeds and never seemed to be able to get rid of them. Then I &M came along and after one or two treatments, my yard is weed free and each treatment is less than what I would have paid to do it myself. They also do a great job with spring yard clean ups and leaf raking in the fall. I highly recommend them!!

We contacted a few different lawn care companies for fertilizing service for our yard and Jason with I & M Lawncare was one of the first to respond back. He was quick to reply and explain how we would be able to get an estimate from him regarding the cost of fertilizer and spot treatment. The online program that he used to give us a rough estimate was quite accurate--though our actual cost ended up being a little bit less than our estimate (no complaints there!). He has also let us know each time he has come by to perform a service if we were not home. He has been patient with our questions as first time lawn owners and explains things when needed. The fertilizer that he uses is organic so our children are able to play in the yard as soon as he is through application. The spot treatment for clover and other weedy patches is not advisable for play, so we keep them away; thankfully it has dye in it so that our children are able to identify what they should not touch. He has been quite a professional. Highly recommend him!!

Jason is an excellent service provider - he was punctual to the minute, kept in touch via text to share his progress. The best part of Jason is he never tried to push products or services, but genuinely recommended trying certain things before spending money with him. This is a RARE quality! HIGHLY recommend Jason for any lawn and landscaping services!!!

Found them through thumbtack and I've hired them twice so far. Jason has been responsive and clear with communications. The work has been done well and in a timely fashion. They're set up for online payments which makes doing business with them quick and easy. When the need arises I'll definitely be hiring them again. Thanks again Jason.
