Will be moving to a new service for 2025, as I need more than one day notice for lawn treatments. Also, seeding was not done properly, and have called twice w/o resolution. The sales person I dealt with must not be employed, as no return email, call, or text.

He was careful around my shrubs and stopped to talk to me and tell me what he was doing. Very professional.

My yard looks dern good!

After five applications (and second season) my yard is about 98% weed free. Given I live in a heavily wooded yard, my yard seems to be doing better than years prior to their service.

So far, so good. I can see the weeds wilting. The emailed explanation of what was done was very convenient. I appreciate the personal touches that addressed my concerns after dropping TrueGreen.

I wish I had been notified earlier , that service was on the way ( late in the day) . I waited to see actual service application. After 2pm, I assumed no service and left for medical appointment. My lawn service company noted that a service had been applied prior to their cutting at 9:30 AM the following day.

Hi, I was really NOT impressed with the first service, thinking that all the weeds will be gone within 14 days, but it DID NOT and waited for second service which came on this Wednesday as it was cancelled on Monday due to rain. On Wednesday also it was so windy, so I dont think all the fertilizer and other chemicals sprayed were actually went grass and must be blown off with high wind, even the very next early morning it rained so whatever was sprayed should have been washed away. Edwardo Pelaez,- Technician from Green Lawn Fertilizing Co came to apply lawn fertilizer and weed killer to my lawn this week. Before starting his work , he gave me a brochure about the type of chemicals he was going to use and their effects on the lawn. He did a thorough job on my hilly property. He was courteous, friendly and answered my question about certain weeds that were growing in my lawn. (Looked like little seedlings). He asked me not to mow or walk on the lawn for two hours till the lawn was dry. He did put a Caution sign in the front of the yard to warn other people about chemical spray on my lawn. Looking forward to Edwardo Pelaez,continue servicing my lawn.Only negative aspect was not informing the home owner 24 hrs prior notice of his visit. This may be a problem with the office staff!

Today was our first visit from Green Lawn and so far I m impressed. Victor Gabriel spent a good 10 minutes with me addressing questions and concerns before my first treatment. He had an answer for every question which was quite reassuring. We previously used another company but we weren t seeing any results after several years of service, so we ve decided to give Green Lawn a try. I can t speak to the quality of the fertilizing just yet but the service seems to be top notch and I thoroughly enjoy the personalized email after each service with details about the treatments, in fact it s part of the reason I m leaving a review. I ll post another review in the future to update the quality of the treatments.

It would help if you sent a prior email or message that you would be servicing the property today. I say that as your guy was here at 11am, I still needed to cut the lawn which I did around 4pm as the rain was coming in by 6pm. So how effective was the treatment today? What was sprayed (your liquid fertilizing treatment) dried on the top of the high grass tips , I cut the lawn and then it rained all in 7 hours?

I have been with Green Lawn since 2014 after switching from Scott s. My many experiences with them have been solid professional service. With Kendrick who has fertilized my yard just this past Wed. to Rob who keeps my trees and bushes looking good the next day Thursday, both professional and personable to the customer, these two are a example of the solid customer service and very fair pricing that Green Lawn has provided to me since day one. An excellent company, I highly recommend them for anyone looking for QUALITY service for your lawn and trees.

My only complaint is that they put down weed killer on oct 20th, just before very heavy rain. Plus, I over seeded areas which will now probably not germinate. They have always corrected any situations we have had and the lawn has looked great. Just need more communication.

Today you serviced my lawn and what I notice is that your technician was not spraying the corners and alongside of the property. Not happy about your service

The technician, Joe did a good job explaining, and providing the service. The only problem occurred after the service was finished, and he attempted to turn around in our driveway. He backed into our concrete wall alongside of our driveway, and he never told us what had happened. It didnt damage the wall other than to leave a white, 4 foot long scrape on the wall.

First year using the service, the company was not only just like the last one but this one took a little more time with my concerns regarding my property maintenance. I am very pleased with this year and look forward to next.

A few things about my yard. 1. You stated on application #7 that my yard needed aeration and seeding, which was done before the application. My feeling is your chemicals killed my seed because it is only germinating in a few spots. 2. Your technician stated on application #8 that I have spots in the yard from pet damage. Thats not the case that is where the spots were sprayed to kill off the areas i wanted to reseed. 3. When your technician goes over the yard, do they not pay attention to the yard before they start? My yard would have been filled in before App #8 if they didnt spray weed killer on my seed. I never got a reply back about my message I sent after App #7, why? Regards, Glenn Boehmer

We had an issue when our lawn was aerated and seeded in August when the conditions were not favorable to growth. I contacted Green Lawn in October and they sent Maurice Guy to come analyze the lawn and aerate and seed. He spent a good amount of time with me walking the yard, and then did a phenomenal job aerating and seeding! We couldnt be happier and are really thrilled about the job Maurice did. Thank you!

After subscribing to your service for the third year , my lawn never looked as good as it is now.

This is a follow-up to an earlier review noting several spots of dead grass. This summer conditions were combination of a wet early summer and dry late summer stressing grasses. I was contacted within days by Greenlawn, offering to take a firsthand look. Greenlawns concern for old customer and offering to analyze damaged areas including a treatment plan was very helpful. The plan has been executed and I feel pretty confident, that next spring the lawn will be back and healthy green lush self.

Darren Mitchell did an excellent job on my Lawn during the whole 8 round application treatment. He is very professional and with great knowledge on the lawn related questions.I would recommend this company for sure.

Green Lawn is the best lawn service I have had. They keep the lawn looking great. They always knock on on the door and provide personal advice and answer answer any questions on the lawn. Their customer service is not something you see in todays world. I have been really happy with their service.
