Rob and his crew do a great job on our lawn--they are quick and good. As well as, extremely professional, reliable, efficient, and responsive. I appreciate the fact that Rob will text me (I prefer texts) and give me a heads up/notice if weather might mess up his schedule/day of mowing. I am flexible and it does not matter what day or time, but I appreciate his communication. He told me he has many folks who us PayPal or Venmo which is not for me, he very nicely lets me give him a check. With his communication, this allows me time to get that ready for him or know I need to get him the check. He is also considerate with what works for my schedule on mowing. He replies quickly to any questions, concerns. or my texts which is awesome. I greatly appreciate the communication and quality/great customer service--it says a lot about his ethics and character. I called him mid summer last year and he was able to swing by within minutes to take a look at my yard/grass and took his time to talk with me about services and costs-- In todays hustle and bustle, it is rare you find a guy like Rob--a company/man who says what he does and does what he says. Thank you for a job well done.

Review of Rob (Lawn Care) Rob has been taking care of my lawn for three years now. He continues to give it specialized attention showing that he does not treat your property as just another lawn. He is careful and thorough, working with the variety of obstacles my lawn presents. Additional things that he goes out of his way to do are, for example, coordinating the timing of his cutting with our occasional Tru-Green service to maximize the health of the grass. The results speak for themselves. I have never been anything but pleased with his work. A bonus for me is his accepting VenMo payments. I don t have to be home for him to cut, trim and edge and his electronic communications and this payment option makes the whole process a seamless convenience.

I recently moved to Scott Twp and Next Door referred me to Rob. He was very professional and prompt. l was impressed with his attention to detail. Weed wacking and clean up. Which can be rare! He is also going to landscape the front of my home. Im looking foward to working with him! I would defintely recommend Local Properties

My husband and I were very happy with their work with regards to a spring clean up project we had in our yard! We would recommend them to our friends and family. Very kind and reasonably priced!

Rob was great to work with. I was having trouble with my lawn where I had an entire strip of grass that was either complete bare or covered in dead grass and I was not able to get it fixed (Everything within a foot of the concrete in the photo was pretty much dead). When I asked a quote from Rob, he was very responsive. He texted me back within the day, came out the next day to come take a look (even on the weekend), and was basically done with job within the week. Rob and his guys were very professional and quick with their work. Rob would also text me weekly to keep me updated on how much I should be watering and 4 weeks later all the bare areas are now filled in and is looking better and better every week. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend to others.

My husband and I were searching for a reliable, trustworthy company to maintain a property that we do not reside at. LOCAL PROPERTIES has been fantastic! Rob personally sends us a picture text after each lawn maintenance that he and his work group performs. They do a great job, and I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Rob and his team. He is very respectful and responsive to us. We we re in a transition phase and weren t able to move into our home for about a month however Rob kept up with our yard maintenance keeping our home beautiful. Our lawn looked great every time and he was able to do us a favor as well by removing a huge brush pile from the yard. If you re in a pinch or just need some yard care, Rob and his team are your go to people!
