Frank's Landscaping is a professional landscape company that has great employees, prompt services and estimates, and prices that are more than reasonable. If you need any landscaping work, I would highly recommend giving them a call for your project. Pictures below speak for themselves.
I contacted Franks Landscaping for an estimate on a set of steps on a hillside to our backyard, and a small concrete pad on another set of steps. Frank returned my call same day and came out the next day. He had several ideas and several options. He gave estimates for wood and stone steps. The estimates were extremely fair priced. We decided to have the stone steps installed. Frank and his crew were polite, professional and genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. The work done turned out wonderful. We couldn’t be happier. It rained hard the night they finished. They seeded and put straw down around the area. Frank called the next day to see if the rain washed the seeded area away, it did not. He would have returned and reseeded if necessary. I without a doubt will use Franks Landscaping for any of my landscaping needs. Quality work at a great price.
I had a lot of problems with Frank's Landscaping. When I questioned them about the problems, Frank became very defensive, upset and insulting towards me. Frank also said it was normal for the river rock he installed to roll away into my neighbor's yard. I even offered to pay for him to fix the work he did. Waited months for him to return as he said he would, but he never did. Time to move on. Maybe something has happened to cause their quality of work to deteriorate.
I am very pleased with the fantastic job Frank's Landscaping did in replacing my old fence. Their responsiveness, quick work, reasonable pricing, and attention to cleanliness were remarkable. My yard looks so much better now, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient and demonstrated clear expertise. The prices were exceedingly reasonable and I was highly satisfied with the outcome in all aspects of the project. For reference, I had a retaining wall and landscaping services, all of which exceeded my expectations.
Excellent experience with Frank's Landscaping. We have a backyard that has a lot of shade. We were having trouble getting any grass to grow. Frank had the perfect solution for our situation. He knew exactly what to do as soon as he looked at our yard. His crew was very professional and they were able to get the job done much quicker than anticipated. The price was right also! Great experience with these guys! They did the work on our yard a few months ago. I waited to leave this review because I wanted to make sure my figs came up. They told me that my figs would still come up through the river rock landscaping. They were right! My figs grew right up through the rocks! So happy about that. . . We will definitely call Frank's Landscaping for any future needs with our yard.
Frank's Landscaping did an awesome job in Landscaping the front of own home. From the initial call requesting an estimate for the job to the competition of the job; they were professional and respectful. Alex Toth and his crew arrived when they were expected. Worked non stop until the job was completed, cleaning up and removing all debris. I would highly recommend Frank's Landscaping for any of your landscaping needs. I needed 70 feet of fencing and a new gate. Frank responded very quickly to my initial phone call and was punctual to evaluate the job and discuss options. We discussed different types and fence design. He listened to me about my questions and concerns and offered a solution not usually found in typical catalogs. I decided to get a composite material fence We had to wait until a neighbor completed some adjacent construction before Frank could order the material which took several weeks. He kept me informed of where he was in the process at all times. When the weather became more conducive for pouring the concrete he and his crew came to put in the posts and returned another day to put up the fence. He cleaned up after himself each day. Frank was always professional, informative, kept me informed of his timetable, was punctual when he stated he would be on the property and was a true team player. He is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again

Too busy to get job done.
Frank and his crew installed a fence in our backyard. Frank was very easy to work with from the start. He was responsive, gave good explanations, and provided cost and time estimates that he met without issue. His crew completed the project in less than 2 days, keeping us well informed of progress and anything that came up during installation, and the end result is beautiful. Highly recommended
This is the second time that I have utilized Franks Landscaping for work on our property. We met on a number of occasions and walked the property discussing the work that needed to be done. Frank listens, makes notes, measures and makes suggestions to improve on my initial designs. Both occasions on which Frank did work on the property, his crew was efficient, professional, cared for plants and surroundings, and cleaned up very well. Crew chief, Alex went over all that had been done and told me what would be needed from me to make this a successful project. I got watering instructions and within a week I started to see growth to cap off the whole deal. I highly recommend Franks Landscaping to anyone needing a project completed where they will arrive on time, respect you and your property and charge a fair price for work well done. I will be seeing Frank again in the fall and have no doubt what-so-ever that the work will be executed in the same efficient manner.
I was looking to replace an old crumbling wall. Frank was one of the first to respond and was over the same day with a very fair quote. Him and his team constructed a beautiful new wall within three days. Both Frank and his team were very professional and delivered high quality work. I would recommend Frank s Landscaping LLC to anyone and would use them again.
A+ experience with this company. Designed, installed backyard fence and even helped secure it with wire (to keep small dogs in) which wasnt in the original contract!
Every year I have Frank and his crew come out and do something. Whether it be building a fence, removing bushes, planting grass, landscaping with river rock, or excavating a hillside, its guaranteed that Frank will do an excellent job!
Frank replaced our dilapidated wooden fence with a beautiful pine picket with a uniquely designed top that matches our deck. We were very pleased with all aspects of working with him, from the initial estimate to the timing of the start of the job, to the craftsmanship and professionalism throughout. I highly recommend him and would hire him again for another project.

We had the best experience with Frank s Landscaping! They are so professional and pleasant to work with. Never tried to talk me into something (or out of what I wanted), and built a gorgeous little retaining wall for us in just 2 days! Can t wait to have them back in the spring to install a patio and replant our lawn.
This was our Second job done by Frank and Blake. The team was on time, on budget, took the time to get the best curb appeal possible on a front yard landscape update. Reasonably priced, friendly, professional, and even agreed to help us take out a couple dead bushes at no extra charge. I would hire them again. Nice to have a local landscape business we can count on and trust.
Franks crew did excellent work installing my fence, patio, and stripping my back hillside which was very over grown and difficult to work on. Everything turned out beautiful and the work was very affordable. Would highly recommend!
I could not be more disappointed in these guys. They met with me last summer, and while I initially appreciated their openness and candor, they verbally told me what their plan would be for my large landscaping job. It basically was to do some prep work in late autumn then in early spring do all of the work. But when I called them in late autumn, they never returned my calls, and I made many calls to them and left many messages. They are totally unprofessional. If they didnt want to do the job, why didnt they just say so instead of wasting my time?
I got a couple of quotes and these guys seemed to be the best deal out of the lot. Quality was absolutely not compromised by the fair price. They were there when they said, did an amazing job on the wall and landscaping, and cleaned up after themselves. It looks really great! Absolutely professional I would recommend Frank and his team to anyone in the Pittsburgh area no question.
I want to start this review emphasizing we are not in any way affiliated with Frank s Landscaping and did not know them prior to the initial contact to discuss the MAJOR work we needed at our home, including front retaining walls, French drains on both sides of our home, back retaining walls and a new patio. We have no road access to the back of our home so this job required all MANUAL, hard labor. We had called several different companies and either had no return calls or if they did look at our property they just didn t call back. Frank was actually out of the country on vacation when we initially called and he called us back while he was on vacation. We initially started with just a retaining wall in the front that blew up into the multiple projects noted above. All of the workers showed up and worked hard, carrying TONS of dirt in BUCKETS. Frank was ALWAYS available and replied in a very timely manner to any questions we had. There was never a mess when they left for the day. The work ethic and politeness of ALL the workers was phenomenal. We could not be any more pleased with the finished product! Our drainage issues have resolved and the workmanship is excellent. We have had multiple people comment on the beautiful work that was done. We would highly recommend Frank s Landscaping and if we would require work in the future we would DEFINITELY be calling them back!
Frank and Blake built us the coolest looking retaining wall. They were very professional and intelligent. Were going to use them next summer again to redo our landscaping.
I was very disappointed in these guys. I was impressed when I met them, got a good quote, and authorized them to do the work. They told me--from May through August each time I called that it would be 10 days to 2 weeks. Finally near the end of the Summer it was obvious that I would also need a wall rebuilt. I called them and they came out a second time and did that quote. I told them to do it as soon as they could. They never showed, never called, never returned calls to me.
