Communication needs to improve. You never can trust if they'll show up or not. I had health issues and they said they'd be here for big trash day and they never called or let me know they would not be here. Due to health issues, as they were aware, now I have to wait another month before I can hire someone reliable to perform work. I don't know if it's just a regional thing but this attitude and lack of professionalism is disgusting. Response: I let you know in MAY when it was and you said I was on the books. I trusted you and you broke that trust.

Matthew and his family are awedawe team and he started doing my yard couple of years ago, and my mom loved his work ethic. When I lost her in 2017 and let him know that he was sincere and saddened she left this Earth. I told Matthew that I wanted to keep him as the yard guy.
