I work nights, and asked them to start with the front of my Apt, if possible. It was starting to rain and they were on a lunch break. They all immediately got out and took care of it within 5mins, just to load it all back up! Exemplary costumer service! Our HOA contracted with this company and they are useless...no service in weeks and they won't even pressurized our irrigation system so we've had no irrigation in 6 weeks and weekly inquiries are not answered.Do not use this company under any circumstances!

Do not use this company, ever. They do our subdivision and are responsible for irrigation and sprinklers. They have mowed my lawn twice in last 4 weeks and have done no edging or weedeating. Needless to say, the lawn looks bad. They promised to get the sprinklers checked and working back in March. Here it is May 23 and we still have no water on the lawns on my street. I am watering my own lawn to keep it alive but some of my older neighbors are unable to do that and their lawns are turning brown. And it is not even June yet. Get away from them as fast as you can. Horrible company and does not respond to requests.

They gave me a job and helped me get on my feet. And now I've been blessed with a gorgeous wonderful lady and 2 pain in the butt kids......who I love dearly.

While I am not a current customer, after today, if I have landscaping needs I will be contacting Landscape Associates. My friend had a dead battery at a gas station in Opelika, AL this morning. We were unable to get her battery jumped and 3 of these employees came over and not only got her battery started, but also tightened the connections for her. They were so kind and helpful, and exactly who you want representing your company.
