I spoke with Felipe. I asked for an estimate and I gave him the address. He said he would come over and I never heard back from him again. That was 2 months ago. Completely unreliable!
The absolute worst landscaping company I have dealt with. I had them do a commercial install, a very large contract. They didn't follow the specifications and now when I ask them to warranty the trees, they won't return phone calls or make it right. Avoid at all costs.
Being the parents of 2 young boys aged 3 years and 16 months old, we knew there was little time to keep up with the landscaping of the large back, side and front yards of the house that our son and daughter-in-law purchased shortly before their first was born. Right at the appointed time, James Diaz came to hear our concerns about the yards, answered questions we had and made recommendations for the “deep clean” we thought it needed. He also identified that we had a tree that was infected with borers (we didn’t know what they were initially). We received the estimate as promised and were able to pick and choose the items we wanted easily. I talked most often with Alexia who was always professional, friendly and helpful. When the work was scheduled, they arrived on the days and times as expected. Alexia regularly communicated to advise of their anticipated arrival. I was able to be at home when the landscape workers were there and saw how efficiently and thorough they were in the removal of weeds, removal of the infected tree, trimming of all our shrubs, removal of the old mulch and the laying down of the new compost in our backyard. They blew and cleaned up all of the debris in our yards and finally applied pre-emergent and and weed treatment. They did a beautiful job! I am so pleased with how the yards look now. Thank you!

Great service and great work. Arrived on time and completed the work. Completed clean up after the work was finished. Very detailed in performing the bush removal from the front yard.

Anthony came out on September 25th to give an estimate.., which we waited 3 weeks just for him to come out. Here it is October 12th and we havent heard a thing! I dont know who is giving them all these high reviews. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

This company was not only punctual, professional, skilled, and efficient, they really care that the customer is happy. I had extensive clean up, weed control, and replanting of my lawn done. I could not have been more satisfied with the minimal time it took and the excellent results. I would highly recommend this company.
James and his team were amazing! My backyard looks incredible! They added a perfect water feature that matched the rock features already in the yard so everything matches. They added an amazing paver patio and walk way that they took the time to level and framed it tight so the pavers are wont come loose. They also replaced the crusher fine with bigger gravel so Im not dragging dust into the house. They also replaced the wiring for my drip system control and fixed the leaks they found in the system. They were done in less than a week. They cleaned up the yard after they were finished. My backyard is what I have been wanting since I moved in. Highly recommend!

This service is overpriced and dishonest. After a year of telling me my sprinklers were fine, replacing and charging for sprinkler head replacements, and still having leaking and astronomical water bills, he replaced a valve for $325 and made the situation worse. He also charged for regular service and only after he would do extra work that wasn t requested, demanded payment for the additional work. I had a terrible experience with this contractor.
Set up an appointment for an estimate, and so I make arrangements with my supervisor to be available at our appointed time and date. They called me to reschedule, because their estimator had a doctors appointment that day they didn t know about. Understandable, so I agree to move the date and time to better meet their schedule. I again contact my supervisor and ask for the time and date to be available for their estimator. I m on back to back meeting all day for the past two days and unable to check my personal cell phone. I get off a little early today in order to be available to meet the estimator. I notice I have a missed phone call from them. It s a message saying I didn t confirm their appointment when they called, so they have to reschedule unfortunately. Not only did I confirm the appointment when originally scheduled. I actually did twice with by accepting their request to move our appointment. If we set up an appointment show up when we schedule it. If you reschedule because of your own scheduling error, and inconvenience a possible customer. You better make sure you make the appointment. Very unprofessional. I told them not to even bother rescheduling again. I ll find someone else who can actually keep appointments when set.
Diaz Landscaping has taken care of our home and business landscaping needs for years. I appreciate the quality of the work they provide. Their staff is courteous, professional and responsive. My neighbors must also agree because more and more of them are switching to Diaz.

I had grubs in my lawn. Diaz landscaping treated my lawn for grubs, i still have grubs. They sprayed my front yard with weed treatment. I still have weeds. Over priced and under whelmed. I would not recommend this company.

Their prices are fair, and they do exceptional and professional work. I love the way my backyard looks and feels now, and I cant wait to enjoy it this summer!
I have had Diaz Landscaping doing my yard for the last 6 years. They come every time as needed and do my yard, and I have never seen anything as excellent as that company. They are so professional, caring, with integrity, and with alot of kindness. My yard still looks excellent like I first moved into my new house. I receive alot of compliments all the time. In all fairness, my yard was clean and neat when they were done. The problem started when I asked them to trim 3 trees and clean the debris out of my xeriscape. They trimmed EVERYTHING... including plants I asked them not to touch. James (the owner) worked with me and replaced a desert willow that was reduced in volume by 2/3. If you like all your trees vase-shaped, they are the firm for you. If not... be very careful when you approve the estimate.
