E-mailed and called about some concrete work. Called at close to 9pm. A man answered and sounded quite irritated and told me it was almost 10pm! I got confused and wondered if I was calling a different time zone. I found myself caught off guard and found myself apologizing for calling trying to see why a friend had recommended him. I said I thought this would connect to his work number. He said it routed to his cellphone (I wondered why answer if you are in this type of mood?). He told me he received my e-mail. I again apologized for bothering him and got off the phone with him. I thought I would hear from him. That was not the case. Called March 29th, 2021 and never heard back.
