Lawn Medic in Bergen

Lawn medic has proven to be the best lawn care company we have had. They were able to help us get rid of a very persistent weed that other companies could not. I strongly recommend them.

Used them for 2-3 seasons and my lawn is terrible. Never had this many weeds or patches of grass missing. The service is expensive and there is not benefit.

Their treatment of lawn ivy / creeping charlie was an utter fail. And they did not return my call. After 1 week, I had to call them back.

My lawn looks 100% better than before! Their staff is very professional and very kind! Overall great people and know what they are doing!

We had them for a couple summers and the job was fine and the technician was actually amazing. But, they never sent me a bill one time. Then, when they finally did, they tried charging me a late fee. When I called and told them I never received a bill, they just sort of ignored that fact and said it wasn’t paid on time so I owe a late fee. I canceled the service immediately.

I have been thrilled with Lawn Medic. They are responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable. Our lawn has never looked better. No weeds and green as can be. It’s hard to keep up with the growth this season. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Had their service for three years. They were accommodating, until I questioned the quality of their service which was provided at a premium price and then was quickly disrespected by their “technician”. Followed up with a call to their office manager or owner (not entirely sure of her role), and was quickly being talked over. Not a company I would recommend. Very pricey for a service that you have to spend a lot of time monitoring their their quality or lack there of.

We had them for the past three years, and they destroyed a new lawn we had installed when we built our new home in 2015. In 2018 they burnt the yard, and we also had grub issues despite receiving treatment. In 2019 we decided to give them another shot and retained their services. This year our lawn was destroyed. When I tried contacting their front office, they didn’t return my calls. I finally got ahold of them after multiple attempts, and their customer service/office manager hung up on me. I will never recommend this company. Lawn Medic offers the worst service, and they don't stand behind their work.
