Highly recommend! From the easy quoting process to the installation, Joe and his team were fantastic. Our project was not easy as we had stump to grind away, concrete slabs to cut, rocks to move, etc. They were responsive, respectful, professional and did great quality work; all in 2 days! Ive had alot of contractors and companies come by for different projects at our new house and this by far was the best experience.

Hired them last summer. Met with the brother who was lovely and we loved that it was family owned. I had just lost my dad. Their dad was ill so we connected on a personal level. We have a daughter who is chronically ill and we were trying to take something off of our plate. We hired them to clean up our gardens and I specifically told them we just layed mulch and the brother told me I wouldn t need to re-mulch again until next year but during clean up of our gardens they pretty much removed all of it. They replaced it in one little section. They removed a Forsythia bush and when confronted said it was basically dead.(it wasn t )They got the plants I ordered wrong and charged us a ridiculous amount of money for Azaleas! They said they were going to come on one day but that changed EVERY week. I get that there are rain days but this wasn t just about rain days. The emails with our bill will sent haphazardly at best. I called and said you haven t cut our yard in 10 days, and they said it s because we hadn t paid our bills. We hadn t missed a payment and had dropped well over $1800.00 by this time. I said why didn t you call? I had honestly just missed the email. We originally had them spraying weeds too which I m usually against but I thought I would try it and I walked out to one of the guys spraying under the bird feeder. I went out and said are you serious, animals eat there! So I called and canceled the weed spray but the owner didn t seem bothered at all by it. I had to call them back out after the original clean up because everything started growing back! They are incredibly pricey and not very good. We had a lawn care service when we lived in Cali year round and they were awesome. ($100-125/month)We have one at our house in Nova Scotia (5 acres, 2 that actually get mowed) and we pay $55 each time they mow which is far less than we pay for the postage stamp Haney was mowing here in Berea! Before we made the final decision to fire them, I told the owner we would let them know if we would continue to use them and about a week later they showed up as I was talking to my daughter s home health nurse and I told them we didn t need them and the worker was rude and said you re suppose to let us know before hand! That was the nail in the coffin! I really don t understand all the positive reviews on here! It honestly makes me nervous to hire another lawn service in Ohio.

Great service, great prices. Our lawn was installed a couple of weeks ago after several delays due to problems with the final grading. Joe was very patient when we had to postpone the service several times. Everyone was professional and informative during the installation and the yard looked awesome when they left. Fast forward a week and disappointment set in as my sod started dying in areas. Before I had the chance to reach out to Haney, Joe sent me a message regarding my watering pattern. Such awesome follow up and follow through was unexpected but certainly appreciated. By following Joes instructions, the parts of the grass that were dying, are now seeing new life. Unfortunately, it is very hard to reach anyone by phone so be prepared to leave a message or send an email, then be patient, someone will respond.

Our yard was a mess from a prior contractor. Joe and his crew were fantastic and came in and cleaned up the mess, put in beautiful landscaping, fixed the grass in some spots and added a parking pad at the top of the yard. They were amazing to work with and did everything we asked. Such a hard-working, courteous crew that is really attentive to your needs/wants. The yard looks absolutely amazing now, especially all it up at night - like something out of a magazine. Only regret is not using them in the first place! Highly recommend!!

A representative from Haney Landscaping came to my home on Monday, July 9th for an estimate. I was told I would receive an email with an estimate a few days later. I waited to hear from Haney and after a few days I contacted Haney Landscaping because I did not receive an estimate. I left a message and no one ever returned my call. I made another attempt to call a few days later, left another message and again did not receive any response. I even went to their website and sent them a message, but still did not receive a response. I am confused as to why Haney Landscape ignored my inquiries and why they did not return my calls, but if their customer service is any indication of their work, I would never recommend or hire Haney Landscaping. Very unprofessional.
