This was a completely positive experience. Darrell and his crew replaced our old gutters in one day. The new ones look great and work great. We had very old LeafGuard gutters that were dripping excessively and clogging. The replacement with the Gutter Boys was much less expensive than it would have been with others (as much as half the cost). You wont go wrong going with them.

One of the best gutter cleaning companies I have dealt with, they are fast and reliable. They do a great job when it comes to cleanup. Unlike most companies that come in and just blow the leaves off into your clean yard, they take the time to bag them with a flush of the downspouts to make sure your gutter system is working properly.

I had scheduled a repair for my 31-foot-long driveway gutter attached to the house and a 10-foot-long section on my porch roof. However, instead of fixing the gutters, the workers who came bent the porch roof gutter downwards. The condition of the porch roof gutter is now worse than before, and the house gutter was left hanging. Despite my attempts to contact the company, I have not been able to reach anyone to address this issue.

Codi was very kind, professional, and did a great job. Working with Gutter Boys was simple and easy. They did what they said they would very well and in a very timely manner. Codi also gave me an update on the state of the gutters, informing me which ones would need more maintenance because of how they are constructed, and even went above and beyond to knock a few nails back into the house to secure the gutters. We are absolutely putting them on the list of our household services and will be repeat customers.

Had 2 estimates before running into these guys at a home show. Their estimate won them the job. But their quality work earned them a review. Tyler contacted me several times during the install with some suggestions and explanations why things were being done that way. They were fast, efficient, and there were no signs that were ever even there. Highly recommend.

Funny experience. I requested an estimate from The Gutter Boys, and Alan showed up punctually. He checked around the house, and then he told me I already had gutter guards and didn t even need cleaning (he voluntarily cleaned the one corner where there were a few leaves). I do my research and booked with this company as I saw they had good reviews. Unfortunately that was not my experience and I feel very mislead by this company. When I spoke to the original team member I was under the impression that the gutter/drainage system would be assessed and any necessary repairs would be suggested and done. I explained that water is spilling over the side and rotting out the wood behind it. The gutters are not pitched correctly and leak in certain spots. The company came out promptly and cleaned the gutters which included using a leaf blower to blow off debris. I was home the entire time and no one ever knocked on the door or addressed any of the issues. The team member claimed to have run water through the gutters which was simply not true as I was home and checked outside as soon as he left. When I asked where he ran the water from, he stopped responding. I contacted the company to explain the situation and the lady was very kind and apologized and said she will send someone back out. About a week later, someone comes out (while I was not home) and supposedly assessed the system and called me to let me know my current guards were not doing a good job. No further suggestions or options made for repairs. Whether there is something wrong with the guards or not I wanted the other issues addressed and fixed. If I would have known from the start that this company only provided cleaning, I would not have booked the appointment. I question how many houses they spend 5 minutes leaf blowing the gutters and leaving, hoping the homeowner isn t there and won t notice that they didn t fully assess the system or even run any water. On the plus side, they did void my charge for the cleaning but I still cannot recommend this company due to the above reasons.

Ben from Gutter Boys came to clear out gutters containing water. He did a great job, climb the ladder to a very high third floor, cleared the down spouts. He was very informative about what he was doing and was very polite.

Ive used their services to clean the gutter of my property about 7-8 times now, and cannot be happier with both the quality of service, and their level of customer service. Nowadays is hard to find a company that provides proper customer care, and TGB are setting the bar quite high for their competitors. They keep constant communication about when, what and how much the service provided will happen and cost. Ill keep using them for as long as I live in Cleveland! I left 3 messages with this company because I needed my gutters cleaned and they NEVER returned my call. My neighbor referred me them. I thought they were out of business because I never heard from anyone. I just saw their ad in The Home Mag and felt that it was important to tell other people about my experience. Don t waste your time. The gutter boys claims I never called, but I assure you that I did. I would never take the time to make a review about a company and LIE about my experience. They contacted me and I felt very bullied to remove my review, but I will not.

Great service, came out quickly and a special thank you to the two gentlemen (with the crew lead Darrell) that alerted me to a yellowjacket nest at the base of the house. Luckily I was able to have an exterminator come out the same day and address the problem.

Since this previous review keeps popping up (as opposed to a box for a new one), I will add this springs service. Eric and his crew worked while I was away at an appointment. I assume the work went well, as the recent rain showed no problems with thee gutters or downspouts. 06-17-24 The crew, led by Dan S, arrived within window of when I scheduled the gutter cleaning to be done. They called when arriving, worked efficiently and professionally, removing leaves and debris from gutters, and they cleaned up the debris when finished. I was very satisfied with the work.

Has the company gone out of business? I was scheduled for gutter cleaning from a specific date to specific date. No one ever came or called. Ive called and left a message. No response. I tried calling again and no one is answering the phone. Im very disappointed.

Got a few quotes for a singular gutter replacement, most of which were $1,000+. I called the gutter boys and everyone I dealt with was extremely confident and professional, it made me feel secure that I was not alone in thinking that price was ridiculous. I am absolutely furious with the service I received! They boast about being the best, but its all a lie. My windows look even worse after their so-called cleaning job. I feel completely let down and deceived by their false claims.

I was surprised that they were in and out in 10 minutes. But when I checked the gutters they had not even been touched. When I explained what happened and sent photos to their customer service they didnt seem to care.

Edit: The team did reach out and was very apologetic about the delay. Things happen and once they realized there hadnt been any communication for some time, they were very quick to fix it and get a crew out here. Updating my rating as I appreciate the effort to make things right and Ive been really happy with all the work theyve done for me. Ive been trying to reach them for over two months, but havent heard from anyone. Ive left several voicemails and sent multiple emails. I signed an agreement for gutter and guard installation in November but havent been able to to get a call back from anyone for 8+ weeks. I was pleased with the work theyve done for me previously. There were issues but they were very responsive and quick to fix them. Not sure whats happened over the past few months. Im eaching out here as a last ditch effort in hopes that I can get a call back.

Gutter Boys installed my gutters with gutter guards last March, they did a great job. I noticed the gutter guard on the lower backside of the house were missing. I called to have someone come out, they came out the following week on Wednesday but didnt look at the gutters on the lower backside of the house. I called to get an update the next day but didnt receive a phone call until Friday. The rep stated they didnt look at the gutters on the back of the house (lower gutter) but the uppers were there and someone would come out that morning and replace the gutter guard. Update: The gutter guard was replaced, I received a phone call the following Monday and Ken came out to replace the guard, he was professional and polite. There still was a bit of confusion because I received two phone calls from the company, one rep stated the guards were there on Thursday and Ken said he had an appt that ran late and wasnt able to come out to my residence Friday. Needless to say the work was completed and I am happy with the work that was completed, I changed the rating from a 1 star to 4 stars because the initial service was good, this service call didnt go as expected but everyone makes mistakes from time to time and the owner responded back immediately once they were aware of the issue.

Contacted gutter guys for a much needed cleaning. The rear gutters were cleaned. However, the front gutters were left untouched. I m assuming that they didn t clean them bc the front has a cover on it. Even though I confirmed twice to make sure that would not be an issue or perhaps an additional cost. They ve been paid and I m still left with a waterfall. They followed up and made it right in the end.

Hello, I had my gutters replaced on the house and garage a few days ago. I was out of town so could not inspect the job right after installation. I had a couple of estimates but chose gutter boys based on reputation, not price. The job looks okay so far. We had bad leakage at the joints in the corners (it has not rained yet so not sure of the results and if the dripping will continue). The main issue that I have is that they re-used the existing elbows, on white gutters the dirt where they connect to each other stands out like a sore thumb in contrast to the new gutters. Until you get the work done it is hard to visualize how the final product will look. As mentioned above I obtained quotes for as much as 22% cheaper but went with gutter boys based on reviews. When I talked to the customer service rep today he asked, So you wanted the elbows for free?. I took this as a little insulting. Really it comes down to asking the customer the question and giving me the option if I wanted to replace the elbows. I look at it as gutter boys are the professionals and this is what they do, install gutters, so they have done hundreds of these and I am sure that they probably have heard this before with regards to dirty elbows on white gutters. Adding elbows on this job probably is about $70 - $100. The elbows are mainly on the driveway side so maybe 2 - 3 downspout areas that people will actually see. So bottom line I am not sure how I feel about the job and my interaction with their customer service up to this point. This has just been my experience with them so far. Right now, I would give them in the high 2 range (2.8- 2.9) but who knows once I see how the gutters perform. Update: Yesterday I received a call from the Operations Manager and they promptly addressed my concerns. Thank you and this is most appreciated. I am looking forward to seeing how they perform over the long haul.

I met Alan/Sales Gutter Boys originally and he provided me a quote. I then did some checking with other companies and decided to go with Gutter Boys. Their price was in my ballpark for basically the same product as the others. When I decided to go with Gutter Boys, I called Alan and he immediately responded both by phone and another visit to sign papers. The techs arrived as scheduled and completed the work, plus did a nice job cleaning up.

The crew did a great job, and were very neat. I couldn t even tell contractors had been to the house. They reattached hard to get to downspouts and did not avoid the tricky gutters and challenging roof line. Will have them back to do windows and gutter guards after our roof is replaced!

After a little bit of confusion with the job proposal, Mike came up with a deal I couldnt pass up, compared to the 5 other companies I had come out to get proposals. The install crew led by Bob, and with Tyler and Andy did an unbelievable job. They enjoy their work, and have a good time doing it. They answered all my questions during the install. Our experience with The Gutter Boys was fantastic. Everyone from our estimator to all of the installers was a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond in securing our existing downspout up at the corner of the house. They insisted on doing it the right way instead of simply reattaching it.

I cant say enough. Ive had pressure washing, gutter clean out (scheduled maint), and gutter covers, and would chose them again. Im glad i have a schedule maint with them. The young men with (austin), were phenomenal. They went above and beyond with a clog and im grateful. I would recommend to everyone.

After having good communication and results from them with cleaning my gutters, decided to try them for new gutter installation. They were quick to respond and communicative throughout; two other gutter places never even responded and one quoted me weeks after they said they would. Also didnt try and do the dog and pony show or obnoxious sales pitch for two hours which I appreciated. One national brand did that and quote was three times higher than all others, ugh. Gutter boys showed up when they said they would, did take an extra day to complete but thats fine. One small issue from installation, but I emailed them and they quickly responded and repaired within a few days without any hassle. Pricing was good and what I would expect for the product and service. So, communicative throughout, did what they said without hassle and quickly addressed small error, fair pricing. Wish all contractors would follow-through on each step like this.

I can t possibly recommend Gutter Boys too much! This company is the real deal. My roof and gutters were full of leaves. Jordan came out and cleaned everything. He was courteous, professional and did an excellent job! He used a blower to blow the leaves off my entire roof then he meticulously cleaned all of my gutters. After removing all of the leaves and twigs from my gutters, Jordan flushed all of my gutters with water to make sure my gutters and downspouts were clear of debris. I signed up for the Gutter Boys subscription plan and I m glad I did. Through my subscription plan, I know my gutters will be serviced twice in the spring and twice in the fall. If I encounter any problems between my regularly scheduled gutter cleanings, The Gutter Boys will respond promptly. This is a service that is affordable and it is money spent well. Thank you Gutter Boys!

Terrible. Would not recommend these guys. They lied to me telling me they cleaned my downspouts and the downspouts were still full of dirt after they left. Expected better.

Had a recent 5 star gutter cleaning experience with Jordan. My home is located on a tree lot. While the Gutter Boys system installed on my house prevents leaves from getting into the gutters, it does not prevent leaves from staying on top of their gutter protection system. I have flash guards preventing ice build up in the winter. Every fall I have the leaves removed that built up behind the flash guards. My home is a ranch. The roof is large with a steep slope. Jordan did the best job to date. Not only did he clean my roof, he hauled the leaves away. My advise, need your gutters cleaned ask for Jordan!

Came out a few days early to clean my gutters then my tree dropped all its leaves and the front gutters were full again. They came back out and cleaned all the gutters and used their water from the pristine truck because my outside water was shut off. No extra charge. They are wonderful!!

They were unable to take on my job, but the estimator was very helpful with information, and explaining what needed to be done.

For the second time (fall 2023 & previously spring 2023) Spring gutter cleaning: Gutter Boys gutter cleaning was incomplete, with some contract work just not performed at all. It seemed the intent was to get out as fast as possible with minimal effort. I complained to the office when the crew was still present. After that bad initial spring cleaning I ordered them to not return but they came back anyhow and because they failed to inform me, they actually performed their poor work on the property which I no longer own (!) and then charged my credit card on file. The propertys new owner was shocked to be woken up at 7:30 am by these people on her roof she had no knowledge about. I have notified my CC company of fraud for their full charge to me. November cleaning on the new owners buildings: Failed to notify owner of their coming, sent kids poorly dressed for cold wet work, left a mess by blowing wet leaf gunk out of gutters with leaf blowers which sent it all over the place including on a parked car. Left gutters not cleaned out. Never again. What a rip-off.

Cleaned my gutters maybe, based on what they look like may not be cleaned. The yard is a mess AC unit covered in leaves, my wife s car covered in debris a pile of stuff from the gutters in the driveway. Deck covered in debris. The first three years they did a good job but this year they were horrible.

Gutter Boys have been cleaning my gutters for at least four years now. I have them come twice a year for spring and fall cleanup. I always wait until everything is down before scheduling the cleaning and they are always accommodating in that regard. Havent disappointed me yet and I just signed up for twice yearly cleanings which will save a call or email in the spring and fall. Well worth the money!

The whole process from requesting a quote to installation of my gutter guards was fast and seamless. The products I was being sold was thoroughly explained to me and I didnt feel pressured in any way to choose one product over the other. Scheduling and installation happened a week and a half after I was given the quote and Jordan and his crew showed up and worked diligently to install the guards. They were very courteous as well.
