Grassroots Lawn Care NWA in Bentonville

Be aware of this operation! Do not trust what they tell you. I paid them $1,025.00 with the agreement of what was to be done. $500.00 of the agreement was for tree trimming. After cutting 2 small limbs, rain started and they left, with the understanding to return, they never finished the trimming. Their mower brock down, they left to find parts, upon their return they repaired the mower, finished mowing and left the job. I have since contacted two tree services for quotes and both of them referred to the trimming of the two limb trim job, as "they butchered" the tree. The owner of Grassroots is not trustworthy! This took place prior to the storm.

Never showed up and never called back 80 year old lady waited on him for 2 days

I have used Grassroots Lawn Care for both my home & businesses. They have been readily available during all seasons… the typical lawn care season, preparing for the Fall and clearing parking lots during the ice & snow. There has not been one time that they have not gone beyond my expectations ensuring that I was completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

I Have used Grassroots NWA this year and i really apperciate the work! I came home the other day and they even brought my trash cans up! My yard has never looked BETTER! Thanks
