We had our grass renewed and new Block paved drive . The team were super from start to finish . Very polite and tidy and completed the job to a high standard . I would high recommend this company

Do not use if you re not in the immediate area and not a celebrity! Responsive until it became apparent to the company that the job was a small one and we were not in the immediate area! Since then, been mucked about, messages responded to half- heartedly and told they could fulfil the job but then eventually all messages ignored both from the man who job was allocated to and actual company itself! If you can t do the job just be upfront about it instead of keeping people hanging! Been following this company for years on a social media website and at first communication was first class until it became apparent to yourselves it was a small job. Upset, angry and terribly disappointed with such horrendous customer service!!!

Excellent from start to finish high quality product at a very fair price we are so pleased with our grass and the professionalism in which it was installed , we also had our patio in porcelain which is beautiful. Had their Elite 50mm range laid in my garden and i must say it is absolutely stunning. I had a number of companies local (essex) and surrounding areas contact me and viewed all their best samples available but nothing come close to Ultimate Artificial Lawns range quality. I was also impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness on Artificial grass, they opened my eyes to the fact theres stating high quality and then theres actual real high quality lawns. These guys did an amazing job for us! From removing all the old weedy grass and soil to the beautiful artificial lawn they laid perfectly, cant praise them enough! Workmanship was professional and a quality job! The artificial turf is top quality and amazing, feels and looks like real grass but without the tedious mowing and weeding! Would recommend Ultimate artificial lawns & Landscapes very highly to anyone! The guys worked tirelessly and the finished job reflects all the hard work done in preparing the groundwork. Really pleased that we found a Company that does a top quality job and doesnt cut corners or rip you off!

Great product, great team and great result! Has made a massive difference to our use of the garden. Smallest bit of rain used to leave our lawn out of action for days because the drainage was so bad. Now we carry on playing in the rain without any hassle or damage. Lovely professional team who tidied as they went and having tested MANY alternative artificial lawns I can confirm that nothing else came close in terms of quality. Happy to recommend to anyone.

If youre reading this review, youre most likely looking for an artificial grass company, just like I was 8 weeks ago. There are so many companies out there, but Jim, Ash and their team have just finished our garden and I just had to leave this review because I cant recommend these guys enough. We had about 8 companies round initially for a quote and the guys here were head and shoulders above the rest. Jim came with samples that he left for us to look over, he was very professional and polite and when Jim came back to us with the quote it was unbelievable, we were so happy. When the install came, Vinne and Ryan was equally polite and worked really hard. There was a mix up with the grass we had chosen when I didnt explain what sample I wanted, and when the guys came with the grass I didnt want, they said no problem, you have to have the grass you want and re cut us a new piece at no extra expense. Their customer service is second to none! The quality of the grass is unrivalled! There is a choice of colour, pile length and style that you want at no extra cost. Please save yourself the hassle of many different companies coming around like I did and just go straight with these guys, I truly believe you cant beat them on any points! Thank you to Jim, Ash, Kev and Vinnie, Ill be recommending you anyone who asks.

When I met Ashley and Jim I had just had my artificial lawn laid by another company and I was very upset about the quality and the service I had received they reassured me that they could make my garden look fantastic. And true to their word the service I received was professional and outstanding. The lawn/grass is amazing my garden looks out of this world now The grass is soft with a beautiful texture is lush green in colour and actually looks like real grass!! I have already recommended this company to people I know I recommend that everybody should use them they really saved my little garden. I absolutely love my garden now.

We are so glad we chose these guys to do our artificial grass and porcelain slab bbq area. Jim came round initially to discuss what we wanted, told us exactly what was involved and didnt just turn up measure up and rush straight off. Ashley had the quote to us a couple of days later with a full description of what was being done. Everyone made a real effort to protect our newly laid decking, made sure it was clean before they left at the end of each day. Vinnie and Ryan worked so hard removing all the old block work and grass. Everyone who worked here was polite, hardworking and you could tell they all take pride in their work. Thank you to Jim, Ash, Vinnie, Kev, Ryan and the guys who laid our Bbq slabs we have finally got the garden we hoped for.

Wow, absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Cannot thank Jim and the guys enough. They came to replace some old artificial turf that had been down over 10 years, they re-done all the groundwork after a trench had been dug and laid the replacement turf. Job done without any mess being left anywhere. Looks perfect. Punctual and polite also. Highly recommended.

After being left with a part finished garden for too long, we approached these guys to see if they could finish for us, as they were due to supply our artificial lawn anyway Our base for the patio area had already been done but their professional eye for detail knew it was at the wrong fall level, and so it was dug up and relaid adding extra time allowed for the job. Not how was planned, but dealt with quickly and efficiently leaving a perfect base for the outdoor tiles. They finished today 1 day behind as a result of the base - tiles laid and grouted, a new artificial lawn perfectly level, neat and tidy. Cant fault anything. Polite, friendly, hard working, exceptionally clean and tidy when finishing each day. Well done and a massive thank you!

I have got to say both Jim and Ashley offered a great advice on landscaping and artificial lawn from the very first phone call. Their quoted us for artificial grass installation service and I have got to say they put no pressure at all on pushing us to do the work like the previous artificial lawns we contacted. They even offered us to hire out their turf cutter which meant we could do the job ourselves without even spending too much. I would 100% recommended these two chaps from Essex on ALL your lawns and landscapes requirements
