Affordable lawn care maintenance in Bend

I reached out to them in the first part of April to clean out my yard. The meeting went well and I agreed to cleaning timeframe and cost. He said he would let me know in two days about time frame but it would prob be 3 weeks from that meeting. Well when I didn't hear back, I called multiple times, texted and still have not heard back. At least say you can't do the job so I don't double book another landscape comp.

I hired this company for 2 seasons. First season was great, this season not so good. Not sure what happened, the company became very unrealiable and did not show up for regular scheduled service, did not meet contract obligations, did not communicate very well and made false promises that they did not keep. When they showed up they did a good job. As with many relationships, this company started out amazing then took things for granted. The honeymoon stage is now over due to lack of performance and has ended.

I used Mason for two years and had a great experience. He communicated thoroughly, managed my dogs being in the yard during lawn care, and offered great value. Would definitely recommend! I only stopped using him because I hard-scaped my yard to save on water, otherwise I would’ve continued with him.

Mason and his staff are excellent ! I had another lawn service for a few years and they became unreliable. I reached out to Mason and he accepted my request for a regular weekly lawn mowing/yard maintenance/weed control/fertilzation/ yard cleanup/gutter cleanup .. Our lawn looks beautiful and we are the envy of the neighborhood.. they also provide winter sprinkler blowout .. He regularly communicates in a timely manner! Recommend them highly! Rock stars!!

I must have called 15 landscapers in the Redmond/Bend area without response before finding Mason and his team. Mason met me immediately, accessed the needs of my new home, and set to work on my property. I couldn’t be happier with Affordable Lawn Care. Mason informs me of scheduling changes (which are rare), is reasonable in his prices, and has a convenient billing/payment system. Plus he is super responsive, works with my schedule, and takes care of it all from cleanups to sprinklers. My landscaping looks great!

After unpleasant experiences with other lawn maintenance companies over the years, I found affordable lawn care and they have been nothing but awesome. My yard looks better than it has in years, they showed up every week and communication has been excellent. My water bill also decreased this summer! I would highly recommend this company. 5 stars.

We use Mason and his team's services at two of our properties, and I highly recommend them. They do regular landscape maintenance for us, as well as sprinkler repair, bulb planting, spring clean up, and a bit of water fountain maintenance. Mason is highly skilled at all these tasks with great attention to detail. He is extremely reliable, and he responds quickly to questions. Both of our properties look so much better since we brought Mason and his team on board. We had two different irrigation emergencies (deer had eaten a sprinkler head on one, and skateboarders damaged another), and Mason came out immediately to fix them both. Once was on a minor holiday and I didn't know if he would be available, but he was onsite within an hour. Mason is also kind and gives excellent customer service, and the members of his team that I have met are great too. We are so thrilled that we found Mason and his team, and we can't recommend them any more highly.
