These folks are the best of the best! Tyler and Kristen were really easy to communicate and coordinate with, and you can tell that they have been installing turf for a while! Sam and team installed a combination of turf and pavers across our back and side yard (a very tight and sloped space). They were super easy to work with, very professional, and all around good people. I would highly recommend this team to anyone!
These folks are Awesome! I met NW Turf Services in a strange way. First, I met the owner thru a craigslist exchange. I noticed his business email name and I asked him for some advice after we completed our craigslist deal. I had some turf work done at our home and I wasn't happy with the completed work. Without making accusations about the other installers work, he gave me some advice and repair recommendations to discuss with the other installer. He even offered to meet the other installer on site and coach him on some tricks of the trade. Long story short, I eventually hired NW Turf Services to remove and replace the previously installed work. Today, the finished product by NW Turf looks fantastic! Such a difference in the finished work. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price.
This is your stop. Hire these folks. I had someone install the turf and I wish I had gone with these guys. They fixed the issues the last installer left. Damian (another reviewer) is my neighbor. After I had my turf installed my neighbor saw it and hired these guys to do his (I unfortunately went with another company that wasn't as good at this)...boyo I wish I went with his guys. When I originally got mine installed there were huge seam lines where it was installed and my installer at the time told me that "that was just the way it is. This is normal" Wrong. When I talked to my neighbor and came over to see his backyard I went, "What the heck man. Your turf is amazing! Who did this? why are there no seams?" He told me it was NW Turf Services. In a desperate last ditch effort (after having called others and asking if they could fix the turf) I called these guys. They came out the next day, took one look, and said, "Yeah, we see this a lot. We can absolutely fix it. Shouldn't be too difficult." The quote they gave me was completely reasonable and they were out on the next warm day that they could do the repair. They used some of our existing turf so there is, temporarily, a bit of a color difference but I looked close at it and it looks completely even and it looks 1,000 times better than it did. I'm just thrilled. They also explained what had happened and why it looked the way it did and even went to the effort to really make sure it looked nice. I cannot begin to tell you how appreciative I am of their effort to go the extra mile and make it look nice, charge me a reasonable price, and get it done asap. 1000/1000 I would hire again and you should too. Thank you! P.S. As far as the pictures go, you can see the seams if you squint or if I get super close but only because the turf is new compared to the old turf. I zoomed in on a couple of the seams so you can see the work. The camera doesn't do as much justice as eyeballs but if it's any indication of how happy we are with it...we're already working with them for another project for our business.
I am so happy of the professional job i received. From the start to the finish of the project. Communication and workmanship was above average. You cant see any seems or imperfection. I love it!!!
Amazing job from start to finish. We bid out 5 places, they were the most responsive, could get us in soonest, and best of all the lowest price. The crew was friendly, funny, finished on schedule, and did quality work. They even went the extra mile to replace a spring in our gate latch which got bumped off while they were working. I told them it happens all the time and not to worry about it but they fixed it anyways. We’ll be having them back if we ever need them.
If you're thinking about a backyard putting green, I recommend making NW Turf Services your first call. From the initial design discussions with Tyler to work performed by Sam and team, I received top notch customer service and awesome results that were on time and on budget. Tyler walked me through what the best design options were for the space that I wanted to use and recommended materials that work best for the design and for Central Oregon. Once the job got going, Sam and team worked hard throughout a really hot week to make the design a reality. I especially appreciated Sam's experience and consultation on options that came up as they worked through the project. In the end, I've gotten nothing but super positive feedback from friends and family on the project and can safely say the putting green and retaining wall exceeded expectations.

NW Turf installed a backyard playground at our home at Black Butte Ranch. Was a difficult site to access. Tyler, Sam and their team took extraordinary care maneuvering countless power wheelbarrows through garage doorways with not a single scratch. Meticulous attention to site preparation then fitting turf around a rocky border. Unfortunately, the ranch HOA dictated that this Not Natural grass, that is identical to hundreds of grass lawns at homes on the ranch, was forbidden. NW turf shared my dismay and then returned on their dime and their time to remove their product of great effort. The professionalism and generosity of this company deserves your work as it did mine.
They did my backyard and replaced the dead grass with artificial turf. Very professional, methodical and meticulous group. Excellent job. Thank you.

RUDE & INCONSIDERATE COMPANY!! This Company demonstrates complete disregard for the neighbors and neighborhoods in which they conduct their work! They do not communicate with neighbors of their upcoming work projects, warn them about the tremendous noise from their work and heavy machinery, or advise as to the duration of their projects and the timeframe in which they will absolutely disrupt the normal course of life in the neighboring homes and the immediate community! NW Turf Services has been working on a landscape project for a neighbors home for several days; relentlessly POUNDING, drilling, sawing, and working work large heavy-duty machinery that are all extremely loud!! This has not simply been a disruption or mere inconvenience. This has been complete chaos where we were unable to work or school our children in our home and had to seek an alternative space to. This experience has been an incredible inconvenience, disruption to our lives, and caused a lot of turmoil that we should not have had to endure or manage; certainly not without any communication or warning!
What a great company to work with. Many other companies I called did not follow through as promised . From start to finish, Tyler and Kristen were in constant communication and started and finished the job as promised. I would highly recommend using them - honest, reliable and professional - such an improvement in my yard.

NW turf services was amazing to work with! They did an amazing job with all of the different curves in my lawns border. I love looking out to a vibrant green on these gloomy winter/spring days. Install was very smooth, they even worked through the rain and snow one day! Left the area clean. Great communication, they always made sure to get ahold of me one way or the other.
