Natures Plan LLC in Bend

Was a customer of ours, until he was extremely rude and disrespectful to our staff. Demanded to charge his order to a charge account. He does not have a charge account. Extremely unprofessional, would never recommend.

Dan and his fine crew implemented to the letter the professional design we had for our backyard project. He made it clear to us at the outset that their goal was to ensure we were pleased with the outcome. Their work was impeccable! Every plant we sought was acquired--even those not commonly found. They were flexible if we sought adjustments to initial placement of plants. Dan had excellent suggestions we agreed with. The phased work was well scheduled and cleaned up promptly at each step. We enthusiastically recommend Nature's Plan LLC.

I’ve known Dan Bertucci for years and years and I can personally attest to the quality of his work and most importantly, his honor and integrity. I became an insurance adjuster when Dan and I got out of the military and have always turned to him for guidance when it came to “all things” landscaping. With over 30 years experience, the reconstruction cost estimations of rebuilding a burned-out home for me is a walk in the park. Putting the yard together....forget about it! Just call Dan.

I have used Nature's Plan several times. Dan and his crew built a wonderful paver patio in my backyard. They also perform my sprinkler winterizations/blowouts. Definitely one of Central Oregon's best landscape design and maintenance companies.

Unfortunately Nature's Plan wasn't in tune with my plan. They killed a beautiful 35 year old gardenia that my deceased mother planted. When I told the owner Dan Bertucci, he just shrugged and said "Uh sorry." Terribly overpriced and underperforming.

Dan was working on a house across the street from ours. We needed a valve changed in our irrigation line and needed our backflow system tested. I walked over to ask him if he could come by our house when he was available. He came over within about 15 minutes of my talking to him! I did not expect such a quick response during a busy part of the year for landscapers. He looked over what he needed, made a quick run to the parts house and had our work done promptly, all with a smile on his face. I emailed us a bill (very fair priced) that evening. Couldn’t have been easier! Thank you, Dan!
