First Class Landscaping in Bend

Simply the worst company owner we have ever experienced. He never tells the truth about anything. The service is terrible and they will over bill you. Stay away from this business or you will become extremely angry. We are lucky that our service was done under my son's name. He was too angry to post the review.

Disappointing experience with First Class.. have been on their sprinkler blow out list for many, many years. This year they somehow dropped us without any warning. After finally getting through to someone on the phone to find this out, they had little empathy and would not make an exception. Then they stopped responding to calls/texts entirely. Real THIRD class service and we highly recommend going elsewhere for your landscaping needs in Bend

Logan just left my house. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how to best handle my ugly ugly grass issue! He was fair with his pricing and I'm very pleased with the work they did.

My oh my. After many years of dealing with another landscaping company, I'm sure glad we decided to make a change. Logan was amazing, and gave us a very good education about our "funky" water system. No wonder we've had low water pressure all these years! It was very late in the day, but he showed up and did a fabulous job of blowing out our four zone system. The price was fair, but mostly we appreciate that he actually showed up (which is becoming so uncommon) and explained everything to us so thoroughly. I don't think you can go wrong with this company. Highly Recommend!!

After trying to get a landscape company to even return my phone call or give me a bid I tried First Class Landscaping. The receptionist (Kate) on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I scheduled a bid and Logan showed up on time and also was very friendly. I moved forward with the work and everything went perfectly. Great service, great quality, and I felt like the price was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company!
