This is not about their services. We had a weird experience with the customer service. We filled out an online form with our info and services we wanted. We called back and let Bryan know we were returning his call and he asked us what we were calling for even though we provided our names and filled out the online form. He seemed confused

Everything was trimmed and mowed as requested. The yard looks immaculate after each visit.

I had a sprinkler that was running non stop. I was out of the country and learned about the issue from my neighbor. Bryan sent someone out immediately to get the sprinkler fixed and came back on another day to address the other sprinkler issues I had. I couldnt be happier.

Grasseaters has always been dependable and done quality work for us. Our yard is on a hill and has some odd-shaped grassy areas so its a bit of a challenge to mow but they always do a great job. They also move our trampoline around to do a thorough job in that area as well. I would highly recommend them!

They arrive with regularity and do the assigned tasks as required. The landscape elements of the house look great. I have used other lawn service companies, but they never showed up when they were scheduled and our yard seemed to always be in need of something. My neighbor said to call Grasseaters Inc. and get a quote. They have scheduled weekly on Thursdays and do our neighbors yard and ours at the same time. It has worked very well for us.

Ive used Grasseaters lawn service for 24 years and have no regrets. They are top notch. You definitely get what you pay for.

Their crews laid almost 250ft of stone border in two days including a concrete footing. The work was professional and looks great! Next they constructed a stone raised bed 16ft wide 2ft deep and 3ft tall that was completed in less than 3 days that looked as good as the stone border. When we had irrigation issues, their crew came out on time and quickly found the wiring problem with their specialized equipment and fixed the bad connection......all in less than 30 minutes. Friendly, professional and efficient. Thats my description of their work.

Upon scheduling I was quoted $80 some odd dollars an hour. Upon arrival there were two individuals who worked for roughly 25 min. Was unaware I d receive a bill for an assistant much less a charge of $40+/hr then quoted. I sent an email regarding the issue and my disappointment as a new customer. Received a call from the one who scheduled and he was argumentative and condescending. Did not offer to reduce my invoice to the initial agreed amount minus the assistant . I do not recommend this company.

Called and left message because I needed mowing and sprinkler repair service. I never received the courtesy of a return call. I dont do business with people who arent courteous or dont care about potential customers.

I had a quote to have my front yard landscaped. I waited 2 months for the work to start. The day before the work was to begin, the price went up $1800.00. Not only did they lose the work for landscaping, they lost the lawn care contract as well. Unfortunately, I have to give at least 1 star to post or it wouldve been no star. I do not recommend a company that does not stand behind a quote.

Weve used other sprinkler companies companies in the past, but no more. Your guys are the best. In your busy schedule you were able to get to our problem very quickly. They got here earlier than they promised. They didnt waste any time. They had everything they needed and got the repairs made in short order. They pressure tested the repair and ran thru the cycles to make sure everything was working properly. Last, but not least, the invoice was very fair. With other companies, I had to cringe any time I had to call someone. Not with Grasseaters. I will refer Grasseaters to everyone I know. Keep up the great work.

Marco was the service technician who came to work on our sprinkler system. He was very friendly and extremely helpful! Not only did he fix the broken sprinkler, he also diagnosed the rest of our sprinklers and made sure everything was functioning properly. They fixed everything within 30 minutes and even took additional time to answer questions that I had about future landscaping projects that I plan to do and gave me estimates on costs of each project. I highly recommend this company and will plan to use them for all my landscaping needs in the future!

We have used grass eaters for many seasons now and have never been disappointed with the results. They do a great job at mowing and edging and know what they are doing when it comes to fixing sprinkler systems too. Because of the quality of their work, we are considering them for some tree maintenance knowing they will do the job right.

Because its still a busy season for them he couldnt get it done that same day but said Monday our team will be there. And thats exactly what happened. Grasseaters came out on short notice to give my sisters back yard lawn an emergency makeover before we had a surprise party for a dear friend in fort worth. The crew was great, in and out, and the party went off without a hitch!
