Im very happy we chose Adirondack to remove an immense maple tree that was in decline. Although the tree was not easy to access, these guys are total pros at knowing what needs to be done. They did an excellent job from start to finish.

Recent experience not good (tree over-pruned by work crew and not what I had discussed with arborist). Despite my asking that the arborist stop by again to look at the tree and discuss it, the company charged my credit card full price. When I called, the owner/manager was unwilling to take accountability for the quality or in any way adjust the price for a very unhappy customer. (Even my husband who rarely comments on landscaping, was wow that tree looks bad.) I used Adirondack before once a few years ago and was satisfied, so I was not expecting such poor service.

Adirondack Tree Experts did an excellent job pruning a huge oak tree that belongs to my neighbor. Most of the canopy is in my yard. The crew arrived on time, demonstrated expertise in pruning, debris removal, professionalism and safety! I cant say enough about Kara, my contact at Adirondack Tree Experts. She made sure that all documents were signed and followed up with the date and arrival time of the crew. This is my second time having Adirondack Tree Experts service this tree. Excellent Tree Service!

I hired Adirondack to clear some dead wood off a couple of trees. The arborist did a good job of showing and explaining to me what they would do and on which trees, and Adironack came in noticeably cheaper than another tree service I contacted for an estimate on the same work. Scheduling the actual job didnt take too long, they did good work, cleaned up nicely afterwards (even taking care of a small pile of branches that had fallen off the tree on their own a couple of weeks prior). And they also did a good job of showing me what they had done where. I would work with them again if needed.

Great service, fast and super clean up job . They cut down a 75 tree and stump cut in just over 5 hours.

Adirondack is skilled at assessing tree health and best options forward. In addition, they take great care/consideration during the removal process for the trees, lawn, and anything else on the property. I was impressed by the friendly service from every touchpoint (office, sales, and removal foreman). Highly recommend all the way around. :)

Adirondack Tree Experts removed a gigantic heritage tree from our neighborhood as well as a hickory tree, ground stumps, and pruned other trees, and cleaned up after themselves, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Both their administrative staff and their on-site crew were EXCEPTIONAL in their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. The tree removal required using a massive crane, and they worked to secure a street closure permit, posted signs so that no neighbors would not get accidentally towed, and could not have been more perfect to work with. Given the size of the tree and the potential risks involved, so many things could have gone wrong, but they were as close to perfect in executing on this important tree removal. I could not recommend them more highly!

They were so professional, incredibly safe and fast. They had no problem leaving us some nicely sliced fire wood and a full tree slice for our kids to figure out how old the tree was. They have licensed arborist on staff that are very knowledgeable and will give you honest information when you are getting an estimate for work. They wont try to sell you anything you dont need just what is needed to keep your trees healthy. Over all they were reasonably priced compared to other tree companies, and worth every penny.

I just bought a house and I used Adirondack Tree Experts to remove 2-3 trees. I contacted the company and Vinny came out to do an estimate really quickly. Vinny was super nice and helpful. He explained the kind of trees I have and the whole process of removal and haul. He quickly sent me a quote and I emailed to set up an appointment. I also stopped by the office and Brittany was super nice and helpful. David and the crew came on the day of removal and worked really hard and diligently. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I also felt like I paid a very reasonable price compared to 1-2 other companies that I contacted for a quote. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Vinny was able to schedule and remove two trees from my front yard within a week of our request. The crew showed up on-time and had both trees down, cut up, removed, and cleaned up within a few hours. Excellent service - I highly recommend them.

I have used these folks for over a decade and they have done great work with fair prices. They send out an arborist to walk your lot and assess the what trimming of your trees is needed, or whether a tree may need to be removed. Their crews are polite and efficient in getting the work done. They work with you in scheduling the work and follow up with you promptly if you reach out to them via phone or email. They consistently offer money saving coupons via email and by visiting their web site.

Good work team and excellent treatment of staff

Ive used Adirondack twice now. The first time was ten years ago to remove a large, dying spruce in my front yard. Earlier this week they helped us by removing a fallen pine tree, a dead but standing cherry tree and cleaning up several large, damaged branches. Their prices were as good or better than their competition and they were by far the most responsive to get quotes. Two other companies found extra work, trying to convince me to remove a tree that Adirondack assured me would be fine with some trimming. Ive been impressed with the quality of their work and the professional behavior of their employees.

Incredible workmanship and people!

Adirondack Tree Experts truly live up to their name. I have wanted 3 very overgrown Leyland Cypress trees pruned for years but afraid they would be damaged. This company is amazing with the loving care and expertise they used to prune, shape and clean up. They also pruned two other trees. Vincent, Jamie and the entire crew thank you for a job well done.

Adirondack Tree Experts did a masterful job of removing my 85 foot tulip poplar that was 12 feet around. Watching their operation and crane operator was an adventure. They were very skillful and careful. And, btw, they gave me the best estimate by far. I give them my highest rating.

This is a great company - every aspect of their work is exceptional. They did a great job cutting down 2 trees on my front lawn - great crew cleaning up the area as the trees were being trimmed. They were very respectful of the neighbors - cleaned the entire area before they left. In addition, since miss utility took 4 weeks to mark the utilities, they had to come back to grind the stumps. Office staff kept in constant communication with me - putting in additional requests to miss utility to try to get the utilities marked. When they were finally marked, they came out the next day to remove the stumps. Once again, they did a great job cleaning the area. I had 3 companies give me an estimate- they had the best price.

My best experience with Adirondack Expert Tree Service was when the people who did the work showed up. Jose was mild mannered asking for information and looking to do a great job.. which is just what he got his crew to do. The work was excellent - no damage to close real estate. The clean up was excellent - better than when they arrived! All this was done very timely. Their friendly manner gave way to want more work done!

I live across Connecticut Avenue from a building where Adirondack is removing a tree. I have been watching the men doing the job, and I am very impressed with their care, efficiency, and particularly the cleanup. I dont have a tree but if I did the are the people I would want to do whatever was needed.

The county hired Adirondack tree experts to remove tree stump in the right of way in front of our house. The crew used extra safety precautions pertaining to underground utilities, covid 19, and personnel safety with regard to machinery and debris. They were thorough in work, safe and attentive to neighbors needs in accessing roads and driveways. They cleaned up thoroughly all debris. I highly recommend using this tree service.

Miles and his team did a great job removing a maple tree and grinding down the stump. They also performed a five year maintenance on the trees down the length of my driveway. They removed the dead limbs and trimmed the branches away from the house and roof. They did an excellent job cleaning up the debris and leaves.

Very professional and honest. I had 40-50 foot oak between myself and my neighbor that needed to come down because of signs of decay. Also some dead branches in an equally tall tree. My first estimate from another company came in at 5k. They were trying to sell long term chemical feeding and treatment along with the work i called them for. Took a while to get estimate from Adirondak because they are pretty busy. But it was worth the wait. They were punctual on day of estimate and the job itself. Estimate was for what I needed and less than 1/2 the cost. They were very professional with no contact service. Did the job with no damage to fence or large playground underneath the trees. Was not for the absence of the tree and branches in question you would not notice they were in the yard. Not a single debris was left behind.

I have used Adirondack tree experts for multiple large tree removals over the past few years, and have found the crews to be very experienced, professional, and curtious. I would highly reccomend Adirondack as a cost effective tree service.

Adirondack is great! Competitive rates, the scheduling is quick, and the job was done well. We requested estimates from nearly a half dozen companies and Adirondack was all around the best.

Unreliable and rudely blocked the street with their tools when they didnt need to.

A Christmas tree planted by the previous owners over 45 years ago had grown to 50 feet before dying. That much vertical firewood was a potential problem and so I asked Adirondack tree to give me an estimate on its removal. They gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. They scheduled a date to remove the tree within 10 days. When the date came, today, the time for their arrival had passed by 15 minutes, but I figured they might just be a little late, so I looked out my window and the tree had disappeared. What is more, as I had requested, all of the roots around the tree were ground to nothing they had not bothered me at all. They had quietly quickly and cleanly cut down and remove the tree ground the stump and the roots and I was as pleased as I could be. Give yourself the chance to have truly great service, such as the service I received, by using this company.

Their name suits them! They are legit tree experts. This company is not just a landscaping company with a subcontractor or adhoc tree cutters on staff, they are true subject matter experts. We had over 50 trees on our property (overgrown, mostly dead privacy trees) that had to go, and they were quick to get us a quote, knew what kind of trees we had and which ones had to go, and offered us a price that was very reasonable based on our research. They worked hard all day, left my property clean and were professionals throughout the process. I highly recommend this team. Ask for Vinny! Hes the best.

I had a very large tree in my yard that was risking damage to my home. Adirondacks service was great across the board! The office staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and they worked around my schedule to set up the removal job. The work crew itself was quick, efficient, and professional, and they made the entire experience very easy and low stress.

This is a highly unprofessional fly-by-night operation with zero supervision and zero real accountability. My neighbor was getting some tree work done and hired these idiots to do it. Over the course of two separate visits they blatantly trespassed onto my property, had as many as four guys at one time on top of my shed roof as they were cutting tree branches that were hanging over MY property. They damaged my shed, dropped debris everywhere and insulted my wife when she tried to get them to stop. Although I have a lot of this recorded on my home surveillance, subsequent calls to their HQ received zero real response, with actual responses ranging from claiming that I am lying and nothing happened to promising to come out to take a look but never coming out. During our last call their general counsel basically invited me to sue them, once again denying that they did anything wrong.

Adirondack is my go-to tree service. Ive used them for two summers, and plan to again this year. They dont do the hack job that is so prevalent in some of our neighborhoods -- my trees are pruned to a state of natural loveliness. Reasonable prices, too!

Adirondack Tree Experts did an amazing job trimming two trees and severing the ivy in my backyard. They came an hour early, finished early, trimmed the trees to my liking, and cleaned up behind themselves. So happy with the outcome. They were one of the cheapest out of 3 estimates. They quoted me the same number as another company, but trimmed more branches off of both trees. No more branches hovering over my roof! What a relief! BRAVO GENTLEMEN!!!!
