We ve had ABC coming for 5 years this April or May and have been very pleased with their pest control service. We have no bugs inside, but that is what we re paying for! The bugs belong outside, not in my house We have the same technician every time, because we request him, and he s a super sweet guy, loves what he does, and takes pride in his work. It s hard to find people like that these days.

This was by far the best window cleaning service by John. They were quiet, organized, quick and efficient. He even took the time to look at one of my cordless blinds that wont stay up,I appreciated the effort. After cleaning each window he moved furniture back in place and opened blinds for me to enjoy the views through clean windows. We agreed to have the windows cleaned quarterly which is perfect timing and the price was discounted making it very affordable. John even complimented our window choice stating that they really cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend this team Thank you John. See you in 3 months

Randy was on time, professional and friendly. He was also thorough and efficient. He explained about the different types of ants, and what type of ants had invaded our home. Randy also explained which types of pesticides would be used and reassured us that they were safe. He made sure that we understood the techniques he planned to implement to solve our ant problem inside and outside our home. I have enrolled for ABC Pesticide services throughout the year which is a reasonable monthly fee, and I have no regrets. I look forward to continuing with the reliable services of ABC Exterminators. Vincent Smith with ABC did a repair of my interior wall from my solar system installation. A section of sheetrock had been cut out to complete the electrical connection by my solar installers electrician. Vincent returned the section of sheetrock that had been removed and properly secured it before making the appropriate repair. After the mud was dry, he applied the knockdown (texturing) and then painted the area with primer. He offered to paint it to match the current paint, but I delined since I will be painting the room a different color within the next few months. Vincent was on time, professional, courteous, and friendly. This was my first experience working with ABC and I would highly recommend them due to my positive experience. Thanks ABC and Vincent!

Randy came to our residence and sprayed outside for the usual Texas critters and also inside. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the job, and he was a pleasure to deal with. He answered any questions and concerns about bugs, especially about wasps and bees. He actually taught me about mud daubers and what their nests look like. Also taught me that wasp nests can be frozen and they don t like oil. He froze the nest I showed him and then he froze another one he found during his treatment outdoors. Loved that he took pics of both nests. The overall experience was quite enjoyable. He seems to love what he does and it s shown through his upbeat personality. He s really a very nice man with an upbeat personality. I hope to see him again. Great service!

Really happy with excellent customer service and response time of this company thus far. Spoke initially with Mary who did general intake and then with Mike who went over pest control services and their contract and took payment over the phone. I was then set up for treatment the following week. Ethan called about an hour before appointment time to report he could be 30 minutes early if it was convenient for us. It was, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He gave a rundown of what he d be doing, which was just what Mike had prepared us for. He gave us a heads up in what to expect and told us to call if we had any problems whatsoever. I m looking forward to having them perform pest control maintenance at mom s house for years to come.

Spring 2018 - We called ABC to come take care of some invasive bugs on our property. They sent out a representative to make recommendations, very nice guy, then scheduled a day for them to come spray the house and yards. It s been four days now and we are seeing a lot less activity outside and almost zero bugs inside. Great job! 04-19-2021 - ABC came out promptly when we requested assistance with treating chiggers. The tech did a great job of covering the areas we had requested, and explained the process and when it would be safe for kids and pets to play.

ABC has detailed and knowledgeable staff that answer all my questions and gave me a fair and competitive quote for routine pest control service. The tech who came out to inspect and treat was polite, respectful, and pleasant. He did a thorough job and made sure he treated all the ant mounds in the yard.

They do a lot more then what I selected, but I set up a reoccurring service for every other month. I specifically called them to protect my yard and house from ants so my kids can play safely in the backyard. Every time they come out they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I literally had an appointment between a two hour time frame and no one called me to say they were going to run late or come at a different time. the time before that the driver did not have all his equipment and didnt bother to reschedule to come back to do the rest of his job. the first time I didnt call because people make mistakes I get that. This time I called the desk and the woman who answered all she had to say was sorry. They cant be on time or efficient.

These folks give you a block of time for your service and always are in that block with a (usually) a 30 minute notification they are on the way. If they can come earlier, they ll call and ask if you d like them to come. Friendly and take care of your concerns. Never had them try to sell something I didn t need. Used them for 15-20 years. Ordered inspection for wood destroying insects with termite letter for residential home purchase. Affordable compared to other companies. Able to schedule within time frame required within days of my request. Inspection of the home was completed but not the outside deck spanning the length of home in the back. Once made aware of this, an inspector was sent out to accomplish this and report updated without additional charges. I work in Austin and cant take phone calls so all of this was accomplished via phone to order inspection and email to address deficiencies with quick response times. Excellent customer service!

their driver ran a red light and when I reported it to their management they did nothing. Therefore I can assume that they do not care about rules and regulations. Wonder where they might shade the rules with chemicals to make some money.. In your reply you talk with the person making the complaint. That did not happen in this case. I left my contact information and all the information on the offending vehicle. I was told that the supervisor would call me. It has been a month now. No calls .. Nicely worded reply but knowing you didnt contact me your reply seems a little self serving

We had a no call, no show over the weekend. The tech texted in the morning and again in the afternoon saying they would arrive in 30 minutes. They never arrived. I have tried calling the company over half a dozen times and no response.

These guys are the best. I used them when they were Bell County Pest Control. They service all five of my facilities here in Temple. Cory, our tech is out of this world. Treats me as if I was his only client. Who does that? Their landscaping branch is good to. I have used them several times. What ever my needs, I always get prompt, affordable and proffessional service.

Horrible! Disgusting, customer service. They called to schedule my appt you take care of red wasps, it wasnt until monday. I asked if there was any way they could send some one sooner due to my allergies, I have a 4 month old who could also be allergic and 2 dogs that need to go outside (the nests are right in front of my back door) the secretary was annoyed she had to go ask, came back asked me if I could be here til 5, I said absolutely, she said if your not there they will not treat, I said Ill be here she mumbled something then hung up on me. I called to speak with a manager, she was even more rude and disrespectful than her secretary. Absolutely disgusted with this company and am NOT at all comfortable with them being on my property!!!

Great first time experience! I called for an appointment at my new house and was schedule for two days later. The technician called me before my scheduled appointment time stated he was running ahead of schedule and could come an hour early if that was ok with me, how is that for good customer service! The technician was incredibly friendly and took the time to ask me about my specific pest control needs and explain everything he was doing along the way. Great job Bell County Pest Control, I will be recommending you to friends.

They go out of their way to help

Always used this company but this time they gave me a price at time of my appointment but when the day came they changed the price from $95 to $125 which was not good business practices. I asked for a call from they owner & he totally ignored me. If this is the service u get after about 20 years of working with a company I dont think you stand a chance as a new customer. I no longer recommend this company because they cant be trusted with their price quotes.

Charged near $1,000 for termite elimination. Still there!!!

I guess I have to be the exception.Just mu luck. I have asked them on several occasions to put me on a quarterly treatment plan.I sent word back with technition as well as spoke to girl on th phone. I even called backand scheduled my own appt after no atempt was made to contact me. Same stpry as first I sent word back and I spoke to girl on phone again.Now after about 4 or so months since my last appt and still no contact,I even reached out a third time to them via their web page whitch further convinced me of what I already knew.They really dont want my business.
