They have always done a pretty good job, but most recently Quentin has been my application technician. He always stops to talk with me and checks to see if I have questions whenever he visits. 3 times now this fall their incompetent employees have put chemicals on my lawn instead of my neighbor s. My neighbor and I have both called their office in the past, explained the issue nicely, made sure they know not to ever do anything at my address again, and they still can t show up to the right house. We have large black house numbers on our houses and live in an affluent area, and my lawn is now yellow from chemical burns. The driveway and sidewalk are also stained because these hacks spread fertilizer on wet pavement AND don t even blow it off. The worst part is I own my own lawn care company and have invested a LOT into my lawn and landscaping this year at my brand new home. Having a green lawn is critical to my reputation and livelihood. This has happened 3 times now. At this point, this is sabotage. Depending on how bad it gets after this 3rd botched application by your pros , you ll be hearing from me again.

Here we are only in February and Pro Turf is already setting up my yard fro great success. The team arrived in the morning to put down Fertilizer and treatment for crabgrass and other weeds. what was amazing is it was snowing at the time. WOW! I was worried that the snow might have an effect on all the treatments but in reading the Service Notice left on my door it specifically stated that the snow is perfect because it will water these treatments. So as it turned out.. great planning with Pro Turf. The technician Ronnie Anseimo did a great job, coving my whole yard. And when leaving blew the treatment off my driveway, even while snowing.

I love the way the front yard looks since your company has been servicing my duplex. It looks far better than any of the other yards in the neighborhood.

I have used them for two years and was extremely dissapointed. Paid for grub service and had bad grubs two straight years. Continued to have weeds after every application, even after i woukd call for a service call on my weeds i still had them. Suckered me into buying their tree and shrub pacakge as well and the last two times the guy was here about 6 minutes each time according to my ring doorbell Did a couple trees in my front yard but didn t even go to the back yard. Total waste of money!

I would love to leave the tech a five-star review but this is the second time he has missed the entire back side of my house and inside my dog fenced in area as well as two other areas that are grass areas. I checked very closely when I got home after he was here and there was really no sign that he had been here at all and definitely not in these areas. Im sorry but this has been reoccurring with every tech Ive had except for the very first one. He was with me for several applications and did a great job! I was able to show him exactly where my yard was because I have an entire back side of my house with a yard and a side yard that connects with the neighbor and my dog area. Ive also asked to have a call or text the night before letting me know that they were coming and I have never received that in the entire year that Ive been with Pro Turf. Also my gate was left open and my dogs nearly got out but I saw it was open just before I let them outside. Needless to say Im very discouraged with Pro Turf. Ive expressed that to the young gal that answers the phone but apparently she has never passed the information along.

My yard was 50% weeds & invasive grasses as it had deteriorated in the past years. It now has few weeds with grass growing strong again. Benjamin did our aeration and over seeding of our lawn last Friday. They were fast and efficient. Im very happy with ProTurf Lawn Service for our lawn care. We use them for fertilization, too.

We have used Pro Turf for 2 years. Our yard looks great thanks to Kaneif s expert applications.

Their guy came out to my house this morning and opened his car door and placed their flag and did nothing. My son saw this and my cameras show no activity. Plus, there is absolutely no fertilizer on my grass. This is not the first time theyve done this. They assume if you have a nice lawn, why waste the materials. I called twice today to express my complaint and got nothing back. They told me on my first call they can come back in 2 weeks to reapply. I just had my yard aerated and seeded. I dont want to wait 2 more weeks. This company is horrible and a huge scam.

So far Joshua has been the only person that knows what he is suppose to be doing! Very polite, I cant say that for anyone else at this stage of the whole process. Plus the person that was sending an email with instructions doesnt know her responsibilities very well. Jamiea. I wasnt able to reply & ask questions through an email, my reply came back stating the email account was full. Plus when Joseph Holder sent an email stating review your Technician & I was to click on the link. The link didnt work, seems to me this would be an IT Problem. Im just starting put with this company I only talked a fee competent people so far, Id think someone needs to get a handle on this organization. Start monitoring your employees, or hire more employees. Sure the CS rep said your company was updating your phone service & email capabilities. Someone needs to explain that to your customers before hand DONT YOU THINK!

I am a customer of Proturf company already for six years. I like the timely response by this company to any of my issues. The name of the technician who serviced my lawn this time Is Roger Alwares. He performed lime application and Early fall lawn application. Very knowledgeable person and always ready to resolve any issue connected with my lawn. But at the same time Roger should call me a half an hour before coming so I could move the appointment for next week due to being seek, Also, I should receive the email about the job to be performed tw days prior application and not one in reality. I even Did not have proper amouunt of time to do service call and stop his trip. But still, I Recommend this company to anybody who is looking for dependable and responsible people. Here they are. They do my lawn fertilizer etc. Overall Ive liked the service and the online site helps a ton with managing the service. Update: I had to cancel the service. Heres the thing for years I didnt have the time energy to do all the watering I needed to do. It helped to have the weed spray the bug spray the fertilizer. But I wanted to get an irrigation system. They approached me to sell me aeration and overseeding. I said hold off. Im putting in irrigation and then we can do this thing fresh and do a good job of it. After the irrigation was done I tried to call in . Several times I waited on hold several days went by and I was starting to get nervous to get this going . My irrigation guy put down seed on the repaired areas where he had cut trenches . I finally got a hold of them and I said basically it was seeding instead of overseeding. They said yeah no problem. I paid in advance. They never told me when they were going to show up, specifically just sometime before Friday. So I marked my sprinklers heads and I waited. Well I was here everyday working from home and I rarely left but the one time I left they showed up. I got no opportunity to talk to them because they were on their way out and I had to flag down their truck and get the guy to come out and put seed in an area that reasonably they didnt expect to do. But I again never got a chance to talk to them about it cuz they didnt tell me when they were coming. Then I noticed after days of watering their grass wasnt coming up but the repaired grass might irrigation guy put down was. I tried to call I waited on hold Days later I finally get a hold of somebody I said can you come out and figure out whats going on? Yes we can come out but we dont know when I was like look. Ill just repair it myself. Just take something off my bill They said no no. Well be out very soon. How about Friday fine Friday. Friday comes. They dont tell me when so I try to call in. I wait on hold. I wait on hold. I wait on hold. I left a voicemail. They call me back while Im at lunch. They said our guys running late. Hell be there in an hour and a half. I said that wont work for me. I got to pick up my dog. They said when will you be there? I said just wait an extra 30 minutes. They said okay. I come back home. Didnt see any evidence of them being there. Waited all the rest of the day. Waited until Monday and called them. Sad on hold. Sat on hold sat on hold. Left a voicemail Got a call back on Monday I said look you guys never came. The guy argued with me and said yes we came. You werent there. I was like well. When did you come? I told you when I would be there. The lady I talked to said it was going to be communicated. He said we dont do that. I said well you did do that. I said well you know what. Heres the deal. Either you can pay me the $160 I spent on seed to repair missing areas or I can fire you. He didnt want to make it right. So I said all right cancel my service

Highly disappointed in Joachims service- on his email today, the notes said SVC call pointless The pointless service call was basically him making excuses why a door hanger and yard sign werent left in yard. He did NOT go into the backyard to look at the trees that we doubt he serviced on Sept 27. I have called the manager number two days in a row, and sent emails two days in a row, no response yet. Hoping that someone reaches out to me to resolve this service issue.
