From start to finish, my first interaction was excellent at Bourland. The excellent folks at Ace Hardware in Salado recommended having me take my ECHO chainsaw to Bourland for repair. The diagnosis was done quickly, and while the saw was past an easy repair, the amount of deposit I had used to book my service was applied to the excellent purchase price of my new ECHO CS 400 chainsaw. Trey was extremely helpful, as was everyone I interacted with at Bourland. It felt like a 1950's 'perfect world' customer service experience! Give Bourland a try for your equipment needs, and bypass the big box chains!

Great prices for top of the line equipment. Customer service was perfect. Treated respectfully and was very friendly. Gave a detailed rundown on equipment operating mechanics and experience based suggestions, as well as selflessly recommending financially better routes for usage that benefits the customer over collecting another penny for themselves.
Every time I have bought material or supplies, Bourland has given me prompt and courteous service. I once had an issue with a piece of new equipment purchased there and Trey took care of the warranty claim immediately.
Last week laser engraving was $10. This week it cost $15. Apparently prices change depending on the person behind the counter.

Poor at best. Seem to have a limited amount of echo edgers and the lady at front is about as helpful as a no armed guy at a quick draw contest. She lost a 300$ sale Had the personality of a door. Going elsewhere

I rented a wheeled front end loader here and did a job myself that a company had quoted me $3,000. I leveled my backyard and stopped water from running into the house. I called the day before and Bourland was awesome. Great and clean equipment that did everything I asked of it. I have multiple properties in Belton/Temple and am going to do this same job at each of them. I will come back to Bourland each time. Thank you!

Terrible service after the sale. Left me broke down in the woods, didnt bother to order the parts after Trey told me he would. Was told to contact a company in Waco to take care of it, after I called to check on the parts to get up and going again.

Ive shopped Bourlands several times now. They have the best stone, grass and dirt in town, but thing thing that I like the most is my new Redmax multi-use weed eater/pole saw. Its real nice and now Trey has me itching for an Exmark mower. Good place.
