Forgot to winterize. Contacted my guy but they're closed for the season. Found Old Mill in google search and called them after seeing the great reviews. They were able to come same day. Great, courteous service. Thank you and I plan on using them in spring.

I switched to Old Mill three years ago and have been very happy with the change. Besides having their uniformed men come out for the seasonal maintenance each year, it’s also a pleasure dealing with Jennifer in the office who is polite, knowledgeable and follows up with appointment reminders. I’ve needed a few minor jobs done (sprinkler head replacements and an added head) and they’ve always responded in a timely manner and done the jobs well. I am a very satisfied customer.
When I had the system installed, the water turned on for summer and a small repair, the men were fantastic. They explained everything to me beforehand and were quick and courteous. I am extremely happy with their knowledge of the system and their price was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I have been a customer of Old Mill Sprinkler Company for a few years now and I have been very happy with the service. They are always professional, and everyone from those handling the scheduling and payment to those in the field are top notch. I recently had them rerun all the sprinkler lines around new landscaping in the backyard and then followed up with new lines in the front yard following some hardscaping work. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and they corrected a lot of issues from prior installs improving lawn and plant coverage while using less water. The staff at Old Mill are friendly and experienced. They are proficient in both the turn off and turn on service, and recently upgraded our 20 year old system to the latest Rachio technology. We are thrilled with the system and appreciate the courtesy calls received at the beginning and end of each season. They were also extremely patient in showing us how to use the new system and helped us understand the Rachio app. Great customer service and very nice people!

ZERO STARS!! Two guys came by at the end of May to turn on my sprinkler system. As they were leaving they informed me that they had to change one of he rotaries - after the fact!! Next week I get an invoice in my inbox for $87! I wrote back that no one had consulted with me, nor shown me the non-functioning rotary, and most importantly no one had quoted me the price for the work. $87 for a $30 item that I could have purchased from a big box store and changed myself in 2 minutes. Today a gentleman came by from the business asking me why I was not willing to pay the bill. When I informed him of consent he said that THEIR BUSINESS DOES NOT ASK FOR CLIENT CONSENT to make repairs! I thought that I had heard wrong, so I asked him to repeat what he said. Yep! That is what he said. When I told him to present the broken part and a bill with reasonable charges he declined and said not to call them again. I was not planning to use them again anyways. What a scam job!!
