The tech is a really great guy. The company grossly underestimated the time he needed. They underestimated last time too. He wasn’t able to do the overseeding and it needs to be rescheduled ASAP. I hope they give him enough time, AND SEED, to do the job right when he comes back.
Jeremy and I had a good conversation. I am confident that he does an excellent job. However, the herbicide TruGreen supplies does a poor job eliminating the weeds. They have been treated several times without removing them.

Burn my grass and never showed up to fix it. Keep telling me that they would take a look and never showed up. Leaving me to fix their screw ups
I used Truegreen prepandemic, during and currently. I canceled today because of the technicians are not consistent. The have skipped me for 3 months and claim its lack of staff. Then they didnt treat for weeds last time and yesterday the tech decided to skip my backyard. If lack of attention to detail and what appears to be poorly trained is ok with you then this is your place. Im going elsewhere and hope to get better service. Save yourself hassle and money by hiring a better customer oriented business.
Found the service to be pricey for what it delivered. Automatically renews If you don t cancel - I was eventually able to cancel with some time spent (45 minutes on hold on the line didn t get me anyone but could cancel using the chat with an agent through their website).
Called multiple times to speak with a manager about their poor service and to no avail. Been over a month and about SIX phone calls! No wonder they have bad service, their own management is giving an example of bad customer service!

Worst company with a popular name. Hired them to treat our lawn and they have made it worse. Service techs show up sit outside for 20 min.. spend 5 min in my yard. Without adressing issues we have called about 5 or 6 times. Waiting for a supervisor call that will never come.
5 months in a row they would show up and do my service on my neighbors lawns. Different neighbors would come to my house each month with my receipt saying they had their lawn done. I would have to call TruGreen and have them come back to do my lawn and each month Id have to wait outside to make sure when they came back they were actually at my house. Today was the last straw. I got the email my service was completed. No it was not. My neighbor swung by with my receipt from 5 houses down. They did her lawn. I called and was refunded and ended my service. Dont use this company. They send out people that clearly cant read numbers on a house so its no wonder my lawn doesnt look all that super. Doubtful they knew what they were doing to my lawn as well. Total fail and waste of money.
Called to get some things done customer service is rude and she just hung up after I asked about mowing services and if you don t have those services then maybe y all should clarify the naming of your company!
They have these kids going door to door annoying residents. We don t want your mailers, and we have signs that say no soliciting. I told the kid we have signs, and he said, yeah those no soliciting. What part do you not understand. If we want your service, we can find it. I contacted the sherif, and next time he violates our private road, and our signs, he will be arrested for trespass.

I had service for 1 year, my yard looks the same.. not worth it. Now they call a few times a month and each time i tell them to remove me from their call list. Per the FTC: A company with which a consumer has an established business relationship may call for up to 18 months after the consumer s last purchase or last delivery, or last payment, unless the consumer asks the company not to call again. In that case, the company must honor the request not to call. If the company calls again, it may be subject to a fine of up to $40,654.
This company and their service has declined dramatically in the last 12-18 months. Theyre more interested in trying to upsell you and sell new services than they are at completing the services we agreed to have them perform annually with our plan. The customer service call center was awful and unprofessional when I called about trying to correct two service problems, which after 3 weeks, they still have not addressed. I will be seeking a full refund for my annual plan as a result of their decline in quality applications and in their service.
show up in the 8am hour and dont communicate well about the work they plan to do that day - often creating confusion. They cant answer clearly about wether or not they are using pet-safe chemicals. I found they are lying about this either way. Fired.

Prior to Trugreen purchasing Scotts Lawn and shrub service I had great service from Scotts for years. If I had an issue I would call and somebody would be out in the next couple of days and address the issue and come up with a solution. Once Trugreen bought out Scotts the service went down the tubes. I called customer service and left them a message back in June of this year that a lot of my plants where dying or were looking very poor. About 3 weeks later a manager finally got a hold of me and came out to see what my concerns were. He did agree that my concerns were valid but at the same time he said many of my plants were not native to the area and that there is probable not much they can do about it. He did order up a vitamin treatment to see if that would bring back some of the plants that looked to me diseased. I told the manager that it seems awful funny that my plants have bin planted over 20 years ago and never had these issues until Trugreen took over the service from Scotts. The vitamin treatment didnt work and than all of a sudden the only phone calls i was getting were to pay my bill. I have thousands of dollars invested in my yard and I lost at least $1000 of plants but now their only concern is that I pay my bill. Do yourself a favor and save your money at least on the tree and shrub service from Trugreen it doesnt make a difference at all and I even am starting to doubt if they are even actually using the proper chemicals based on the results that I had. BUYER BEWARE
This local business may be ok, but the HQ home branch or whatever told me they sprayed for wasps, which is what I needed and what the website says they do. When the technician showed up and I started telling him where the wasp nests were he informed me that they dont spray for wasps. Either the guy on the phone was so dumb he didnt know his job or he lied to me after hearing what I wanted just to get my business. Then when I called to complain had the balls to ask if that meant I wanted to cancel my future services. Like I said the actual technician did a great job spraying for spiders and what not, but that is not what I needed or was told I was getting...the old bait and switch...beware
Horrible service- caught our technician charging us for a service he didnt perform (we have cameras), will never use this company again!
