My house has been treated periodically for 3-4 years by Sunset Pest. It s a dream! They come when they re supposed to, I m unbothered when they re here, and my card is auto charged. It keeps the mice and hobo spiders out of my house almost 100%!

These guys are great...from the office staff to the guys that come over to your house to get rid of all the things that Im terrified of! Theyre super professional. Ive used them for almost 2 years now at my residence and for a rental property. Very reasonably priced and the substances they use are safe for pets. Sunrise has friendly, knowledgeable, professional employees, who take the time to explain what and why it is they are doing something Scheduling is easy with update reminders. I had bug and rodent pest problems at my rental properties. Since Sunrise has been managing these issues I have not had a single tenant complaint. They did such a great job I decided to use them form my home, and the seasonal rodent issues have gone away.

We have the All Pest Protection plan from Sunrise Pest but this is the first time in 17 years, that we have seen carpenter ants in the house. At first, I was a bit annoyed that this could happen when we have someone regularly come out, but the technician, Jarrod, who came out was fantastic. He said that there would be increased activity for the next few days and he was right. I killed six of them today, so far, but I am happy that they soon will all be dead. Jarrod was great and I am happy that he spent the time to clear out my issue.

We ve used Sunrise Pest Control for 2 1/2 years. Their service is very efficient and effective. The technicians are very good at their jobs. Their front office always alerts you before they come and to get your authorization. Give them a try, you ll like their service and the results.

Sunrise has been taking care of our property for several years now. I have subscribed to regular pest management and have recently included mice and rat control. Every Visit begins with them emailing a request for appointment. On the day of the appointment we get a phone call when they are on the way usually 10 to 15 min out. They are always pleasant and thorough. Always happy to answer any questions. Our most recent visit a few weeks ago was no exception.

Lee came and he is very professional and gets to work and throughout is working. I think Lee. I also have spider control and appreciate spider and eggs are brushed off. And they spray.

Sunrise is great! Last summer, we had a mystery insect boring holes into our house. Sunrise investigated the issue immediately, quickly identified the insect, and created a plan of action. I highly recommend them!

Sunrise Pest Control has serviced our homes for 6 years. They are always kind and available. Great at communicating and sending messages before and after services. They answer any questions you have about pest control concerns and are polite. Thank you for helping us with our pest control needs Sunrise.

We have them come 4 times a year to do routine preventative. With that they insure any other times they need to come for acute care. We get sugar ants at least twice a year. They are quick to come out and take care of it. Usually within 2 business days. And they are always super nice.

I ve been with Sunrise Pest for 11 years! The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and always on time. They respond quickly if there is a problem. Prices are reasonable and they come back as often as needed to solve the issue.

I have been with sunrise pest control for a few years. In the past year, I have had multiple schedule cancellations without notice, technician just didn t show up without notification from the main office. Or, service dates were changed on me without notifying me first. I recently became aware of the company having a personnel retention issue. I would admit when the technician do show up for regularly scheduled maintenance service I generally have courteous, friendly professional service. For now, I shall continue to use Sunrise Pest for my regularly maintenance scheduled services.

Ive used Sunrise for 20+ years at my current home, and 5 years at my prior home, and recommend them highly. They are reliable and do a great job, and have done many extras for me - for example, although Im paying for carpenter ant control (outside), they have treated for sugar ants inside my house. The technicians always show up when promised, and I receive a reminder email before the visit, and a thank you email afterwards with an invoice. Im billed automatically (by choice), and never have to lift a finger. Ive been recommending Sunrise to my friends and neighbors for years!

Sunrise Pest in Silverdale has done my pest control service for several years. I have been very pleased. I am however, unable to comment on the service from Sunrise Pest Bellevue since I havent worked with them directly. If the service is as good as Ive had here in Silverdale, I would recommend them.

We have used Sunrise for years. We live in a rural area and noticed items being chewed outside by rodents. With the bait stations we have outside this has disappeared. However, they will pester you with promotional spam.

I would give minus star, if I could- Sunrise Pest Management is rip off and deshonest. I spend well over $1250, in year 2016 (mine and my friends house), zero improvment. I had to hire a major contractor to resolve the issue. Either the staff himself or the Sunrise Pest Management intentionally did not address the issue. Instead, they charged me large amount of fee during each visit. Horrible experience.

After paying for quarterly pest protection at the tune of over $500.00 per year since 2016; the minute we ask the to do a service that requires entry to the home to address a mouse, they balked. The supervisor said that we were not covered under our pest control contract. Ridiculous! Do NOT waste your money on the protection service. The technicians are great- the company not so much. Cancelled.

Prompt and knowledgeable service!

I was not at all pleased with the service provided by Sunrise who I called when my tenants reported a mouse problem in my rental property. Sunrise showed up on time and performed the work as expected yet afterwards my tenants complained of even more mice in the house, not fewer. They were upset and I was frustrated after having spent several hundred dollars without remedy. Sunrise assured me that no secondary poisoning was possible yet the main ingredient in the bait they use the same active ingredient used in Tom Cat bait which is clearly marked as an environmental hazard to scavenging animals and birds of prey whom I very much want to protect. My tenants also reported a very high electricity bill and very cold house immediately following the visit by sunrise. I had to hire in another person to investigate what was going on with the heating situation only to discover that 4 furnace ducts had been disconnected from the furnace allowing all the hot air out and allowing rodents to enter the house freely. When I called sunrise yesterday and told them what happened, the representative Chris had the audacity to blame the disconnected duct work on mice. The ONLY person who had been under the house since the furnace was operating normally (and it was only a year old) was the technician from sunrise. I find it very unprofessional to blame rodents for disconnecting all 4 ducts (this is sheet metal)! His attitude was one of no regard or concern regarding the frustrations of me, my tenants or the additional hassle and expense of having to have someone come out and spend 2 hours reconnecting the ducts to the furnace. There were other minor issues with their service but these two are the most concerning and warranted a warning to others. I have since hired a different service provider to make the repairs to the house that were recommended to prevent further access by mice.
