LawnCrafters in Bellevue

Neighbors yard looks great, mine (the one they blew all the leaves into) not so much. Consider a company that's kind to your neighbors, not one that blows a bunch of leaves into their just raked yard.

Ryan and his team do a fantastic job and we have used their services for two and a half years. No complaints. They are super quick to respond by email if I have questions or problems.

This is our second year of using the services of Lawncrafters and they've done a great job. They come on the same day every week. In the very rare case of bad weather they come the next day. I've had very responsive communications if I have any questions. Very pleased with how our lawn looks!

I have used this company for almost 2 years. There is absolutely NO communication from them to me. I always had to reach out and ask and they are not professional and their work is half completed. Broke my gutter twice! Didn’t say anything. I had to take pictures and ask for them to come back and fix! Decided on a day for daily mowing that THEY chose and then when they didn’t complete I had to ask them! No communication. They would say they would be back another day but would not tell me when. Had to have them come back ti complete work that was NOT done that I already paid for! Leaves still on the ground, weeds still showing. They have you sign a contract of what services they will do but no communication when they will start servicing your yard. The client should be able to choose when their yard service starts for the season-NOT the company! I asked for other services like they have on their contract and they never get back to you. They said they are NOT going to service my yard anymore after I asked why they started the season without asking me! I have never missed paying them but they chose this! Wow! So unprofessional! Wait for an attorney general claim you will get! Do not use this company!

While I was out on yesterday, I saw a truck w/company name and decided I'd give them a call. I called from work today and they called me back. Very nice turnaround I might add. Spoke to a gentleman and we discussed prices. So for what I was quoted I asked if that was a weekly price and he stated yes. I said I don't think I'd be able to afford that and he hung up on me without another word or even trying to figure out something. REALLY??? RUDE!!!! Deserve ZERO stars!!

Outstanding customer service. Attention to detail around mulch beds, no unsightly overblown grass clippings, and very fair price. Can't wait to use them again this season. Great local, family run company!

Their prices are great, and their work and crew are even better. They take pride in their work and it shows. I would recommend them to anybody!

The crew that cuts the lawn is well-mannered and does a great job. They are agreeable to owner peculiarities and hayfields (okay, maybe I should have them mow weekly instead of biweekly). Their rates are fair, the height of the grass is just right, and it doesn't look like they are part of the "mow it as fast as you can and move to the next job" mindset. I've had four mowers for the past three years. My favorite was a neighborhood kid (local loyalty!), but of the three professionals, this crew is my favorite.
