Poorest excuse for a business I have ever seen. Today they showed up four weeks late. It looked like they hadn’t mowed. There were leaves everywhere. I, went out and mowed my large yard after they left. I paid them $2200.00 up front for the season. That was my first mistake. I will be contacting my attorney. This is proof of a company taking advantage of an elderly lady. Trust me, I will have people that know me and my property testify on my behalf. See you In court Classy Grass . 11/3/2023

I started using Classy Grass late 2021 to take care of a couple properties. I asked to be put on bi-weekly maintenance. The first service was very costly but I was happy. The second service was more than agreed and they didn’t do what they said. So two cuts, trims and a little cleanup was nearly $450 bucks. In early November I visited my properties to find they were not being taken care of. I called and got no reply. In December I received an invoice for service which was supposed to have occurred on November 5th. I called the company and got no answer and couldn’t leave a message since voicemail was full. A review of my Ring cameras showed nobody was at the property on that date or any day that week. I sent an email on December 18th and saying I wouldn’t be paying for services not rendered. Wanda responded with apologies and said she would get back to me. She never did…but I keep receiving invoices which I’m not paying. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this company needs to get there act together and take care of their customers. I would use them again if they would make it right and assure me they will do what they say. Otherwise, I will be looking for a reliable company that does excellent work, answers their phone and charges appropriately. If you use them, check to ensure they actually do the work. Not recommended for landlords or property management companies who need to trust their service providers.

senior crippled couple had our driveway plowed never expecting crew to shovel small walk in front and back of the house but also the rear stairs that we use --completely satisfied with work above and beyond what we expected--thank you so much and will tell all we know about your quality work

They are very rude and disrespectful..they will park there big trucks right in front of a residential doorstep when they're cutting the lawn of a business down the street...my mother is 75 and gets her grand kids off the bus and when asked if they can move the truck up she was told she don't own the streets..So much for respect huh?

Classy Grass services several of my condo associations. They are professional in their service and when dealing with the homeowners. If I ever have any concerns, I always receive a quick response and the concern is always addressed in a prompt manner. I highly recommend their services in grounds and snow removal.

Disregard the review done by Allen Shelby. He is a disgruntled employee.
