We highly recommend Chris!! He has gone above and beyond regular customer service. Security lights were a concern at our property. Within a few hours Chris had them running again. He suggested that we instal security cameras too. Within a few hours Chris had installed 3 cameras, set the cameras up,tested them all and loaded everything onto my cell phone. Then he trained us how to use this new equipment. All this took him a couple hours but this was not reflected in his very reasonable price. He’s awesome. I am looking forward as well to a hassle-free winter as he will be doing our snow removal.

Chris is awesome to deal with and had his helper Josh come in for an odd job I had to tile my shower...and did an excellent job, very kind,professional and knowledgeable knowing what needed to be done. I definitely will use again and highly recommend Chris and his team to help you out with any project

Chris has been amazing. Things started off a little rocky, we gave some constructive critism and he listened. It makes a huge difference when a company wants to here the good and the bad. When they want to improve. He has done an amazing job with our yard, even with the Complications. He is will bring in people to get proper advice and ideas. He isn't out to get your money. He is there to work for you, help you realize the potential for everything.

Graham Property Maintenance did fantastic work on our front garden this today. Lots of heavy digging, moving of plants and rocks, moving lots of soil and transplanting various plants. It looks amazing. Thanks to the 3 of you that did the work.
