I had a flea problem after adopting two kittens I didn t know had fleas. I tried to treat everything myself but was still seeing fleas so I reached out to Healthy Home Pest Control. I got a response to my online inquiry within a hour, scheduling was really easy and offered me next day service. Tech Gavin Cannon did an amazing job, super knowledgeable and was able to confirm things we were doing right and give us really good advice. The treatment was quick and didn t have to stay out of the home for long at all. We started seeing dead fleas around the house almost immediately after treatment. I have absolutely no complaints about his service and really gave us some peace of mind. If you re having issues with fleas or any other pest I would definitely recommend Healthy Home Pest Control, you will spend more money and time trying to fix the issue yourself. They are reasonably priced as well.

Great service. We had a flea infestation and they came next day. They sprayed all the areas I requested. They did have to return about 10 days later to respray some particularly bad areas. Fleas have cleared up. I highly recommend them for pest problems.

The team of Kyle and Connor from your company came on Tuesday and Wednesday to my rental house. They undertook and completed the work of removing old attic insulation and mouse contamination just like you described. They were courteous, efficient, and clean. Once they got inside the attic, they noticed a couple of small things that needed additional attention in order to protect the integrity of their work. I was able to provide the few extra materials and tools for them within an hour, and they took care of the details. I especially appreciate the use of non-toxic procedures because my tenants have a one-and-a-half-year old child plus a pregnancy for another one due in a couple months. I solicited three bids for the work of eradicating mice, cleaning out the old insulation, sanitizing, blowing in fresh, and providing continuous monitoring. Your company had no unspecified charges in the contract . I am willing to pay for high quality, explainable work, but not for unspecified extras. Thus, the cost for your services were significantly more understandable and appropriate. As far as I (and my tenants) can tell, the work was done with appropriate care and speed. Kyle and Connor represented your company well and, accordingly, I recommend them highly. They said that they lift sticky traps in the attic to capture residual mice. I look forward to staying in touch with you for a check-up in two months or so.

The carpenter ants then tried to start nesting on my house! I had this company come out and spray for them as well and so far with good results. It is looking so much better snd i think the moles may be gone. The cicada killers were sprayed for yesterday and already thete are fewer flying around. Robert came out to get rid of drain flies that were driving me crazy. Tried all the YouTube solutions, but they didnt work. Robert was great. Very polite, professional and informative. I ve been using Healthy Home Pest Control for several years now and am completely satisfied with the service. They give plenty of notice as to when the next application will start be scheduled. The technicians are polite and do their best to accommodate suggestions that I make.

Kyle from Healthy Home came out to spray for bed bugs. He went through each room to show me what he was going to spray. He said he didn t see any bed bugs but he would spray like he saw a 1000. We had to leave the house while he was spraying. After he was done he told me to make sure I call if I see any bed bugs or get any more bites. He said they will spray as much as needed up to 90 days; it s free. I found 4 dead bed bugs the night after Kyle sprayed. Brad called to follow up the day after we had our house sprayed to make sure we were satisfied. He reiterated to make sure to call if we see any bed bugs or get any more bites. He said he wanted to make sure our house was saturated. I highly recommend Healthy Home Pest Control. Call them, you won t be sorry.

I hit my limit pretty late at night earlier this week and starting clicking on any company so that I could have someone come out and help. Healthy Home was the third that got back to me the next morning. But after the first two I was worried about what might lay ahead. They called me. Didnt put me on hold. Already knew what I wanted due to my quote form. It meant a lot to me that they actually looked at the form and it was a real person who spoke to me. They were able to answer any questions I had and schedule my service quickly. It was only two days later when they came. They werent trying to trap me into a plan for a monthly treatment. They were upfront about the price and had no hidden fees. They just finished the service and I couldnt be more pleased. I wasnt judged for having fleas, no comments about the house not being fully tidy. The technician was really nice and friendly. He asked what Id done before and how bad the problem was. I really feel like it was customized for me. They also communicated perfectly. They have me aheads up when they were on the way. A text the day before to remind me and let me know who to call or text if I had questions. I will not be using any one else or even recommending anyone else.

I found a hornets nest on my kids playset just days before a family trip. I was able to call Healthy home while on the trip and coordinate with them to have the nest taken care of before we returned home. Would recommend to neighbors, friends, and family.

Healthy Home came for vent cleaning because I had an old house Smell. I tried everything. Dehumidifier in the basement to stop mold spores, scrubbing all my tools and floors and walls, and ever air fresheners to mask it. I broke down and called Healthy Home and I could tell a noticable difference almost immediately. Would recommend 10/10. Ill probably use them every few years going forward. $400 for all my vents and drier vent is nearly 1/4 of the price of everywhere else. Crew was happy and helpful as well!

I hadn t had pest control service since 2018 and noticed some termites near my detached garage. I had a lot of questions about pest control, termite control (my home was previously treated over 10 years ago from another company), and the insulation services they provide. Jason was extremely helpful even before he arrived at my home. He called and gave some information over the phone and then was very thorough when he arrived. He went over how he and HHPC could help me with pests and insulation and how I can improve the air/heating in my old Victorian home. I received a lot of tips on how I can save on my monthly power bill with small improvements and honestly he set me up for success with his company and without! Whether I chose to utilize their services or not he was leaving our inspection by giving me really great information! It really felt like he was teaching me all the tools to better my home and I am very appreciative of that. To me, that is going above and beyond and the fact that he took all that extra time to teach me things about my home just set the stage for future dealings with him and this company. Had what we thought were ground hornets flying low across the backyard, called healthy home pest control as a emergency customer and Markel, the technician came out and sprayed on his way home. Turned out to be green back beetles. (??) Very nice guy and very polite. thank everyone again for fitting me in at the last second due to having family coming over for the 4th weekend. Applicator was courteous and did his job well. He came back after the rain had passed and seemed to do a good job. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that he wore the same shoes outside and inside. The upstairs is carpeted. He needs some disposable booties. Overall good job.

Robert, our technician, never judged (believe me, we were embarrassed to have a flea problem, of all things!) but just took care of the problem. Every single person we spoke to at Healthy Home said that for a flea infestation, we might need multiple treatments, and they were right. No guilt about calling for a second treatment (included in the original cost, by the way) and they were ON IT! Just all-around great customer service. This is a full service operation and they work hard to make sure customers are happy. I will definitely use Healthy Home for other services (like our next duct cleaning).

I reached out to Healthy Pest Control and Services at the recommendation of my neighbor, who had a great experience with them cleaning her vents. When I reached out to the office, I spoke to Merissa, who took the time to explain the process to me and schedule my appointment. Prior to my appointment, I got a reminder call to make sure that the date and time still worked for me. Danny and Ernest gave me a heads-up an hour before arriving. Upon arrival, they explained what they were going to be doing and how long it was going to take, answered my questions, and got after it. I was absolutely freaking out about a potential problem (even though there was no indication of one), so anyone could ve taken advantage of my state of mind and I d be none the wiser. But, he found nothing and told me so. He also went out of his way to quell my anxiety thank you Jason! Healthy Home Pest Control did a great job with our pest treatment at our rental a few years back. It was a requirement by our landlord prior to moving out. Moving can be a stressful situation, which is why I appreciated that I had no issues with Healthy Home and it was the easy part of our moving out process. We have been using them for pest control at our new home for a couple years now and have had good experiences. Earlier this week I missed their visit because I was in a work meeting. I called the office and the person I talked to was very helpful setting up another appointment for me. The person who came to do the service was very personable and professional.

Friendly staff when calling in to schedule my appointment. The technician that came out was great and very knowledgeable. My only concern was the imbalance of pricing and information about further services if I wanted them to continue to come out. So when I called I was told about the prices. I was told there is an inspection fee that I would have to regardless if I had them treat my yard or not. However that the price of the inspection fee would be included in the total if I did get the service done I was okay with that. After the tech showed up he told me they had me down for 2 different prices. One for the inspection and one for the treatment. I asked if the money for the inspection was included for the service if I got it done and he said he wasn t sure and that he d have to call for verification. After the phone call he said no it was 2 different fees which resulted in me paying $100 more than initially quoted. The tech also said they would put me on a 90 cycle automatically. The following day I received a follow up call about my appointment from the previous day and he said the cycle is every other month not every 90 days. It just seems pricing and information isn t set and seems to vary based on who you speak with. Overall the treatment itself was great as I was curious so I watched the tech start the treatment process.

The gentlemen that came to my house were prompt, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

This company is so professional, fast, and discreet! Honestly so amazing . For one rate they garuntee a 90 day treatment. For us that meant a 1st full bedbug spray, Steam treatment/spot clean, second full spray, and second steam, over a period of a few weeks. They could not have gone more above and beyond. They have an unmarked truck available for those who dont want their neighbors to know.

Healthy Home comes by quarterly to spray our home and it has made a WORLD of a difference. We are so happy with their services. Healthy Homes was able to come out and address the wasp problem we were experiencing at our new home immediately. They were the only company I found that could specifically treat for wasps. If we notice anything outside as the seasons change, they come out within a couple days and do an extra spray which is included in the membership.
