We had water in our basement after heavy rains and called Lawn Mex. Jeff came out, assessed, and determined that it was an issue with our drainage system. He sent a reasonable quote and Lawn Mex completed the job a few days later flawlessly. Very happy customer and would highly recommend!

We had Lawn Mex dig and place a new drain in front of our house to help keep water from coming into the house, and they did a great job. They were efficient, knew exactly what they were doing, and didnt make us wait a long time for them to come and complete the job. They left our landscaping looking better than it did when they got here, even after having to dig the drain, and they made the process easy for us. Highly recommend their work.

Have called three times to get a landscape artist out to my place, no call back at all after they will call you to set up an appointment or price quote This place was actually referred to me by my realtor who sold my house. Don t expect anything if you call this place.

BEWARE! 0 of 5 We were customers of Lawn Mex for 3 seasons. On 03/17/24, a worker struck our aluminum fence while cutting the lawn in the backyard. The incident was caught on camera. The worker did not report it to us, he even stopped for a brief moment to look at the damage, then continued. We reported the incident to the owner (text) within one hour or so from occurring, with photos and video. The following day, after some follow up, the owner Jeff, acknowledged it (text) and agreed to come inspect the damage for himself. On 03/24/24, the owner came to look at the damage, and we agreed to allow the company to do the repairs, as he offered to repair it. On 04/16/24, I followed up (text) on the status of repairs, no response. After the delays and lack of response, we decided to get a quote for repairs from the fence company. On 04/23/24, we provided the quote from the fence company (email) to Lawn Mex to attempt to help expedite the process. We did not receive a response to the email, as requested. On 04/29/24, I asked again (text) for the status, and the owner stated the parts were ordered and should have them the following week when he would schedule his workers to come do the repairs; it did not occur. On 05/08/24, my spouse emailed Lawn Mex, asking for status of resolution as we approached 60 days since the incident, and asked for a written response, we did not receive it. On 05/09/24, the owner Jeff, called to discuss the situation and how he felt we were not trusting him with the process. We explained that rather than a phone call, we wanted an email response with resolution from him which we did not receive. On 06/03/24, we finally received an email with update to let us know the parts were ordered and that they were just waiting on parts to arrive. After several weeks, on 06/25/24 they completed partial repairs to the fence. Unfortunately, two days later on 06/27/24, we received an email from Lawn Mex with a Termination Notice, without an explanation or reasoning. No missed or delayed payments ever, even referred a few friends/neighbors to this company, and this is how they treated us as customers. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for lawn care service based on my experience with their service and their staff/owner.

Outstanding Service! Ive been watching the Lawn-Mex team for a year providing different services in the neighborhood and was impressed. When it came time for us to install a French drain in the backyard to keep water from building up around the foundation of the house I knew they were the company to call. Adolfo and his team were amazing. Their customer service, communication and hard work was impressive and we are grateful. We no longer have a water issue in our backyard and we couldnt be happier. Probably the nicest people I ve ever met. We are a charity and they seeded our Rescue Ranch and pasture, they only charged for gas. Extremely kind. I highly recommend them. And so easy to deal with.

Have worked with this company for two years now and the first year was okay but things drastically got worse the second year. They forgot to add us to their list to start services again and we had to call to request they come out to mow asap due to a very overgrown lawn. We had requested a quote for a yard clean up due to leaves from the prior season still in the yard. They quoted us $500 to pick up a pile of leaves and when we agreed, they didn t complete the work until a month later after we called to ask for them to do it a second time. There s also an area of our yard outside of our fence that they cleaned last year routinely but neglected this season. When we finally called to request they clean the area up due to a complaint from our neighbor, we were quoted another $500 as they said it was a garden bed. They knew the year prior it wasn t a garden bed so I m not sure how that changed. I attached a photo with the area that was neglected circled in red (not that you could miss it). The first year they used leaf blowers to clean up the yard/driveway/porch after mowing but that stopped completely the second year as well. The work has been lackluster (for nearly $2000 per season!) and the communication has gone from minimal to none. Also, I see 5 star reviews from at least one sales supervisor, the office manager, and the online marketing person for the company so keep that in mind when doing your research.

We had LawnMex Tree Service out to trim up a few and take down some trees. They did our black walnuts this summer and are now doing our oaks. Very professional and respectful of our property. Highly recommend Alex and his crew. 5 stars is not enough.

I hired Lawn Mex to add some landscaping and fix landscaping that was installed incorrectly by another company. They were very prompt and totally removed the landscaping that was installed improperly and reinstalled it correctly. My wife and I are very pleased with their work. Also any minor issues were addressed promptly and without incident. I would definitely recommend Lawn Amex to my family and friends!

I received great service, and from what I know, it wasnt expensive compared to most ($44 a cut). I have about 10K sq ft, and it looks pretty good when the workers are done. As many times as I have forgotten and left my watering hose outside, they always move it before cutting. Dont hate me, Im only human. Ive gotten far better than when they started.

They recommended the company to me to give my garden an improvement and boy, I couldnt be happier with the landscaping work that Lawn Mex Inc. did. I definitely recommend it for any gardening job.

This is the first year that I have used this company. They are absolutely amazing. So easy to deal with and great prices and great work. I plan on using them again next year. They show up on Monday and cut the grass. And they are done in fifteen to twenty minutes.6 stars if I could.

Alex Flores removed two trees from my yard and then came back and ground out five stumps from some other other large Osage orange trees that were on my property. Not only was his price unbelievably fair he and his crew did a top notch job of cleaning up after themselves And the property. Called to set up appt for a landscaping bid...text said would show up Thursday...never showed, no text, no explanation, nothing! Poor business etiquette...never even read the text.

In April of 2021, I solicited Lawn Mex Inc services and didn t understand the reasoning behind the horrible on purpose experience I had with this service it was unbelievable. When the person came out to give an estimate he seemed nice, but in discussing the services he stated that they would mow the lawn and trim but would not clean up afterwards. They did exactly what they said they would and wouldn t do. I have never encountered such horrible service in this manner before and never known for a lawn service not to clean up the yard as a part of the service. As you can see in the photos they left my yard and my neighbors yard a horrible mess. It was clear to me that this was done on purpose and I do not understand why. Of course they never returned to resolve the issue nor for a payment. After the nonchalant communication and horrible service they weren t getting a dime. Jeff literally stated to me that he told me that they would only mow and trim, but not clean up. Ridiculous

Jeff, Erika, and the entire crew of Lawn-Mex did a fabulous job with our landscaping! Jeff was very professional and courteous to our family. Jeff listened to our request, provided suggestions, and Erika came up the the design we wanted. The crew arrived at the agreed time. They finished our retaining wall/landscaping job in a timely matter. They also cleaned the area as well. I would definitely recommend Jeff (actually, my neighbors asked for his number!) and Lawn-Mex for all of your lawn services.

This company broke my windshield. The owner Jeff is Disrespectful and says he ll repair something and they never called you back. Today I still have not been repaired or reimbursed for my broken windshield do not use this company beware if you have them on your property and something gets broken

Jefrey has been maintaining my yard since we purchased our house several months ago. The transformation in just a few months is incredible! He takes time to explain the benefits of additional services in terms I can understand and that is greatly appreciated! He has created a thick, green enjoyable yard for our 16 month old to explore in and our dog to relax around. I have greatly enjoyed not having to stress about finding or scheduling time in the weekend to mow.

Lawn Mex Inc. mows the grass at my townhouse and they do a fabulous job! We recently had some flooding in our backyard. The owner, Jeff, came out right away to assess the situation. He knew what needed to be done right away. They ran out pipes out into the yard farther, lifted our AC unit (that would often be sitting in water when it rained), added dirt and put down beautiful landscaping rock to help the flooding issue! The workers worked HARD and got it all completed in 1 day! Can t say enough about how happy I am with the landscaping job! I highly recommend!!

I ve research a lot of landscaping companies and was referred by a neighbor to Lawn Mex and they came in with reasonable prices and quality materials to refresh our new homes outdoor look.

I talked to who I presumed to be the owner, Jeff, in August to mow my yard. The last service canceled unexpectedly, so my grass was a bit taller than normal which cost more, which I was fine with. After the first mow, we agreed on every other week. We also discussed other services including tree branch trimming, which I provided pictures and information for an estimate that I never received, even with follow up. He also decided to mow my yard every week and charge for it, which I did not agree to. The yard care looks great, the communication and professionalism have been extremely lacking in my case and I would not recommend. Edit: The owner reached out to me last week to try and explain what happened. He says it was a mistake by his office team, he remembered our talk and agrees they shouldnt have mowed my lawn that often, and that he would get me a revised bill. He also said one of his workers did an estimate for the tree trimming and left in in my front door, but I never got it. That was early last week and I havent heard anything else from him.
