STAY A WAY from this company they are terrible with answering the calls after 2 days of calling they will give you a HIGH estimate with terrible attitude.

I've used Full Circle for 2 projects. The estimate was up front and fair. Kelly was great on the phone and very accommodating. The people doing the work were also great and worked very hard. And they were kind enough to address some other concerns I had. I would use them again. I appreciate their good customer service.

Save yourself the aggravation. It started out well with the estimate, but after that was mostly downhill. 1. The final cost was double the estimate because the person who came out (although really nice) didn’t understand what I wanted done, and got the estimate wrong. Only until the work started did he realize he got the requirements of the project wrong 2. I had to follow up with them twice about scheduling my small project to get done. After I put the deposit, the confirmation said someone would be in touch within a certain amount of days and they weren’t. 3. I had a 10% off coupon which I told them before they charged my card, but they charged the full amount. I’ve followed up numerous time and still haven’t gotten my check for 10%. So that feels like a SCAM and THEFT. The actual guy doing the work was awesome, it was just a few small steps needing to be built and they turned out well (which is the only reason they get 2 stars and not 1), but not worth dealing with this company. They’ve ghosted me and clearly REFUSE to honor their coupons.

Used to be a great reliable lawn company. Now they subcontract the services out and are not reliable. Lawn looks like the house is vacant it is so overgrown. Contacted their customer service team (no longer answer calls, but email back) about service and they basically told me to let them know I wanted to cancel. No effort to fix service. Incredibly disappointed.

The crew does a great job with my current lawn needs and at Christmastime they hung my lights in the blink of an eye. Always nice when you find a service that just works and you don't have to worry about them. Excellent service and great communication.

The team at Full Circle really did a great job with our project. From the beginning, Ben gave us a very competitive quote and understood exactly what we wanted. He came over to our house multiple times to give us all the necessary info and material needed for us to ultimately get comfortable enough to tear apart our backyard and install a beautiful patio, landscaping and sod. Jamie, Mario and their team were hard-working, responsive and respectful for the full three weeks it took to finish the project and we’re excited to have the backyard we wanted forever. Most importantly, they were accountable and made sure everything was to the standard we wanted and agreed to. Would definitely recommend Full Circle to anyone who was looking to do a backyard reno or landscaping project.

Full circle has taken care of my property going on a few years now. I couldn’t be any more happier!!!! Before I pulled the trigger on my landscape lighting project, Benjamin came out and gave me A free landscape lighting demo!. moved it around the property in multiple areas, just to show me what it would look like, “I was extremely satisfied”. actually seeing what it was going to look like before I made the purchase was everything to me and he went above and beyond with moving the system around in several different areas. The installation went very smooth I had my whole system installed within 2 1/2 weeks! Now? I just walk around my property at night admiring the lighting the depth that he put into the trees I just love it!!! Thank you full circle for going above and beyond! And thank you to the maintenance crews who take care of all of my mulching edging my beds spring cleanups fall cleanups fertilizing weekly cuts you guys are the best!!!!! thank you!!

I had a water problem with my yard for years and after getting lots of estimates and options I thought Ben from Full Circle had the best plan and he told me the only way to fix the problem was to get a dry well, needless to say not true!! $10,000 and a year later I still have the same water problem, I also had concrete work done and it looks like a child did it and the flower bed I was suppose to get in my yard was never done and after I questioned it I was told it would b another $885. So use at ur own risk!
