We are delighted with the service we received from Daniel and Son Gardening. In a short space of time our neglected garden was transformed. There is not a weed left on our drive and our plants are all beautifully trimmed. Our kids are so happy to have their bigger play space returned. The communication was friendly and efficient. Contacted Daniel & Son due to being let down by most of the local companies, Matt was prompt in his responses to where we quickly agreed a fee and a date, really happy with the work; they have turned my wasteland back into a garden even though a tree stump gave them a fight they kept at it and got finished well within time.

Daniel & Son went above and beyond to make sure theyd solve our lawn problems. As my husband and I purchased a new property, the quality of the soil was dreadful. They installed a French drain system and relaid new grass thereafter. They even left us some spare soil and compost for our flower beds! Cannot speak highly enough of them, and we highly recommend them to anyone!

Matt is a great person to deal with, very friendly and professional. He couldnt help me personally due to the influx of work but passed my information onto another company he liases with, I did in the end decide just to bite the bullet and tackle my lawn myself and Matt suggested an idea in regards to an issue I had with storing a mower (which is the main reason I didnt want to buy a mower and do my own lawn, I have nowhere to keep it) but Matt gave me a solution! Very great company, even if hes busy, he will do everything he can to help

We initially reached out to Daniel & Son for a patio renovation project, but unfortunately, we had to postpone due to unforeseen circumstances. Daniel and Son did a great job of creating a front garden that we can plant up by removing the clay soil from the large border at the front of our house and replacing it with quality top soil. They did a fantastic job, really professional and left everywhere very clean and tidy. Really pleased with the work that they have done. Would thoroughly recommend. Daniel and his son did a really great job for us. They listened carefully to what we wanted and took great care in their work. They have transformed our garden into a space the whole family can use. I thought they were very responsive and punctual.

Daniel removed and disposed of our old wooden decking around the conservatory. They then constructed a much stronger decking and covered with artificial turf. We were delighted with the result and found them to be very polite and hard working with a good knowledge of what needed to be done. We have no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly use them again if needed.

Daniel and Son did a great job on my driveway replacing the grass area with a protection sheet to stop weeds a then a slid mot base and finish off with gravel. They were very efficient and throughly cleaned up and removed any waste etc. A good job done.

Matt and his team tided up our garden. They were very professional, friendly and polite from the beginning. They arrived early on the day and they performed the job effectively leaving our garden in a perfect shape, also very tidy in their work and clearing. They are very good value for money, the job was completed on time and they were able to accommodate an earlier date to have my garden finished ready for new tenants. I recently employed Daniel & Son to install a corner patio in our back garden having searched on the web for local Landscapers, where Daniel & Son were the top listed. Since initial contact they have been prompt to reply, polite and professional. They came round and quoted which was a reasonable price and we booked a date for late August. However I was later contacted offering me an earlier date as they had found time to complete the work in June, as it wasnt a huge job. When they came to install the patio they checked to make sure we were happy with the material and reconfirmed the design. My wife works from home and told me they werent in anyway disruptive which was greatly appreciated. The bottom line is they came and completed the work within the timeframe they said they would, the work is of a high standard, they were professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Splendid work carried out by Dan& Matt. Both were polite & respectful. They transformed a tired vegetable- growing garden into relaxing social areas (3 levels) complete with summerhouse. Love the paving & curves. Initially had a few hiccups at the start and the weather didnt help but they battled through and we now have lovely areas of the garden to relax and take in the various aspects. Time frame given for completion of project (3weeks) and that was met! Have already recommended them to 2 others. Job well done!

We used Daniel and Matt to remove alot of slate chippings from our garden which had previously been laid and replace with a patio. We originally requested a brick step but they said when they started that they could get a railway sleeper instead which looks so much better. Their attention to detail is fantastic, they matched the lines of the current patio so it looks perfect. They were very responsive on email when communicating with them. The clean up after the skip was removed and the the cement mixer was brilliant too, wasnt just a quick washdown. So impressed with their work and would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Great to find a local small business who actually care about the results and are honest. From my first enquiry to completion of the project Matt was open about the process and always happy to answer my questions, the guys would also make recommendations on how things could be better but still based on my own layout requirements. Although the project over ran due to the poor weather they made sure they always came back to finish up whenever there was a break in the rain and we are delighted with the results. Works included: Full clearance of old fully paved back garden, front lawn, front fence, front concrete paved path, old shed base and garden gate. Supply and install of new sandstone front path, new turf to front, new 15m picket fence. Rear artificial grass, new shed base, new composite deck area (2 of) new side gate and matching fence panel, 2 new sleeper planters. They cleared up what they could each day and left the job clean and tidy on completion. Having had the garden finished for a few weeks now the only issues I have had is with the back gate but this will be an easy fix.

Brilliant landscaping project undertaken by Daniel & Son, to take out sloping garden and level out. Our garden drained so badly on clay base that we could never use the grass untill May thru Sept. Rest of the year it was good for nothing. Had rear deck area extended and artificial grass, plus raised flower beds with railway sleepers. Also had path extended double width. Both really courteous guys, hard working and good attention to detail. Official printed quotes and contract supplied. Recommended.

Having designed the garden ourselves we wanted to be very hands on with the process of transforming our gardens, front and back. Daniel and his son, Matt, made this extremely easy. They were meticulous and thorough with each step, as we renovated our gardens from uneven poorly organised spaces. The back garden is now a tranquil organised space that works for all three generations of our family; whilst the front garden is neat, tidy and easy to maintain. We hired Daniel and Son to install a patio and decking in our garden. They were punctual and prepared upon arrival and worked without fuss or with any issue to us; kept us informed of any developments or changes and used their knowledge and expertise to help us make decisions that we were unsure about. Daniel and his son were amazing from start to finish. I had a new patio laid along with a stepping stone path leading from the patio to the end of my garden plus they fixed a gate post which was damaged. I am over the moon with what they have done! even better than expected thanks to their hard work and ideas. They took into account I already had grey bricks around my garden and incorporated that around the patio so it matched. They kept me posted throughout and I didnt even need to take time off they were happy to just get on with the job. My garden now looks so lovely super happy with the result! Unreliable-avoid! Update- you are clearly lying as you have never seen me! Show me the evidence of a quote. You failed to turn up at an arranged mutually agreed appointment and wasted my time. We were looking forward to meeting you and spending a budget with you. Despite my voicemail and text message you didn t get back to me after missing the appointment. Most people with any manners would simply say sorry which says a lot about you. You clearly don t like it when you have made a mistake and it is pointed out to you. Learn to be self critical!

I used them once. Charged £60.00 for 1.5 hours work. Heaven & Earth charged £15.00 per hour. Go figure.

Polite, friendly, tidy and do an excellent job ...they first came to put up neighbours fence panel that had come down in very high winds and persevered despite finding issues ...asked them to come back to do a couple of things for me ...and have asked for more. I cannot thank them enough....highly recommend them.

Having read all their great reviews, decided to get them do some landscaping for me on my limited budget, described what l wanted done and they carried it out perfectly. They are very friendly and work really hard to get the job done. We were very impressed and intend using them on a regular basis.

Very hard working, Daniel throws himself into any job needing doing. I am disabled so my garden is what he makes of it. He has just laid a new block paving path and patio, the was so broken up it was a danger for me to walk on.

After working with several gardeners, my wife and I are so pleased to have Daniel taking care of our garden. He is very conscientious.
