They take excellent care of my ash trees treating them for the emerald ash borer

I often feel that SavATree is save me. After having 15 giant trees mowed down in a microburst, they were here for the clean up which was a gargantuan job. After removing the massive trees, a crew was sent to over-seed any where the machines had ripped up the grass. From that day on, my person from SavATree is here the day I call. Krissy suggests only what is needed to address the problem (disease in Crabapple Trees and Boxwood) and no more. No hard sell, only knowledgable professionalism. SavATree is a large company, but the service and concern is what you would wish for in every person who takes care of your home and property.

Used the SavATree Newtown office - Seemed professional until they punched a 1.5 inch hole through my less than 3 year old roof. The workers patched it with a black tar-like material and I was told that their roofer will come out to repair the damage. Several months later (now in late Nov.) I was told that the roofer will be out in early December. Never showed. Finally had our insurance give us an estimate (of $1136 with a $1000 deductible). Tried to have SavATree take off the $1000 off their bill and I just keep getting more bills with a finance charge attached. Tried contacting via email no response just more finance charges. Find someone else.

Have been in my home for 10 years. For the first 9 we just couldnt get the lawn to look healthy. One year with SavATree and our lawn looks fantastic. Highly recommended. And Krissy D has been just terrific to work with. Goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. 5 stars!

Ive had a really good experience working with Red and the local team at Sav-a-Tree. They have successfully saved a dying tree and brought back to life a number of sick shrubs. It is clear that they are very knowledgeable, and Ive found them to be nothing but professional.

We started using SavATree a little over a year ago and we are very very happy. We have lived in our home for 22 years and have bounced around from one outdoor maintenance provider to another. All promising that their services would make all the greenery around our home look spectacular. None of those companies made any improvement to anything. When we approached them for an answer all we heard were excuses. Then we called SavATree. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable and very honest. He was sympathetic to our situation and said he would help as best he could to try and get the lawn shrubs and trees to look happy again. He spent a couple of hours going over what needed to be done. He didn t promise anything, he said we need to be patient and trust that what his plan was would work but patience is the key. A year later my grass is green and my shrubs and trees are HAPPY. Everyone I speak with at SavATree whether on the phone or the techs who come and do the applications are tremendously courteous and polite. We regret that we did not call SavATree sooner. Reasonable prices, given you are getting the best at what they do. SavATree has performed all of my work for the last two seasons (e.g. tree pruning, fertilizer and other applications to make my lawn, trees and bushes healthy/aesthetically appealing). Routinely well done. Also, SavATree has a great portal to monitor pricing, and they send email notifications days before they come out. The greatest value is Redmonds services and leadership, which come included with the above. Multiple times per year he comes out to inspect the lawn, trees and bushes. He routinely gives us recommendations and cautions, and this consulting, in my opinion, adds as much value as the applications themselves. To be clear, this is not an up-sell or any additional cost; Redmond just has pride in the lawns that he covers... a lot of pride. He is an encyclopedia of best practice when it comes to tree and lawn care, down to the species. He provides consulting value in ways that my other vendors do not or cannot. Life-long customer if the prices remain reasonable.

We have used Sav-a-Tree for over 25 years, and later on, their Sav-a-Lawn service. Our lawn is now the best in the neighborhood, and all trees look wonderful. When Hurricane Sandy took down our 75 foot tall Norway Spruce, Sav-a-Tree took it away and ground the stump. All work was done on time and neatly. Ancillary services like their DeerTech spray have completely eliminated deer eating our shrubs, and Tick spray has made things safer on our property. Any tree or shrub problems that need fixing, we call Tom Marino, and the problem is solved. We will continue using Sav-a-Tree as we could never get things to look as good as they do without them.

I am very disappointed with the Service in my area. The sale person gave me advice on treating a small fungus patch on my lawn. Dave s advise was to water each zone for 50mins once a week. Several weeks later my whole lawn has fungus damage. Ken who service the lawn for SavATree told me i was given bad recommendation. I called twice to speak with the supervisor, Fance about my issue and she has yet to return my call. I am about to cancel my service with your company. SavATree was always conservative in their approach to our yard. I never felt like they wanted to do work, just to make money. And we definitely got quotes from some arborists who would have cut down every tree in our yard. Last year after a major storm, with roads closing off access to many houses, our representative walked his territory to see who needed tree removal.

I have been using Integrity Tree Service since 2011. They have done my trees every year. This is when the original owner, John, had the company. Always excellent service. It is not cheap. But I want it done right by a company whos people are professionals. The company sold a few years back. I was able to keep the guy who has always done my trees which is what I want because he learns my yard and learns how I like my trees trimmed. Has a great crew and they do a great job. That changed this year. Put someone new on our area. Trees were done in March. Did an okay job but not as good as the previous crew I had always had. We have a large Ironwood in our backyard and is a staple of our landscaping. It had one area that was stripped of all its leaves. Now, we had had 2 really high wind storms and we assumed the wind had caused the leave loss due to the wind sheer. Tree was trimmed a little that day. After a few weeks and I noticed the tree continue to loose an unusual amount of leaves than it should at this time of year I called Integrity to come out and check it out again. They sent the new person they have assigned to our area. She explained it was getting over-watered and was going to basically take out the entire landscaping I had been putting in for two years to remove all the dirt from the tree trunk. At the cost of nearly $2000. This tree has been in the landscaping since 2005. I could not understand her theory on the tree and asked a well known landscaper here to please come by and look at tree. It took the landscaper 5 minutes to tell me the tree had bores. There are holes all throughout the tree. Integritys person never got close enough to tree to see the holes. The landscaper told me a product to put on it and we have been doing what we can to save it. Half of the tree has died. We do not know if we can save it and not have to take it down. We learned our neighbor has a tree 25 yards from this tree and she has been dealing with bores for 3 years on that tree. They must have spread to our tree. Here is the part I am upset about . When I notified Integrity about the bores and told them I wanted them to give me my original guy back to care for my trees they have never got back to me. It has shown me my loyalty and all the money I have paid to their company over the years has meant nothing to their business. This is not how John would have handle the situation. I will be switching my service.

We also use their lawn fertilization and treatment services. Again the work is expertly done and Michael Leonard on top of the situation.

I don t often write reviews but our service from Savatree and Michael Leonard in particular is worthy of praise for the attention they have given us, not only this past winter but for the past seventeen years. Michael has always taken good care of our trees through annual feeding and maintenance but this year we had extra demands. Last fall an aged willow tree fell over in a wind storm. No big deal except it fell across the river and the river is over 5 feet deep. Needless to say a tough job to get it out of the river but Michael and his crew at Savatree knew exactly how to do it, even in freezing weather in the middle of February. Cudos to the crew. They did a magnificent job not only cutting the tree apart and clearing the river flow, but making sure the lawn was completely clear of debris when they were done. Stacey at SavATree was very responsive and extremely helpful. She was able to identify all the problem trees on our property and form a plan to address them as economically as possible. The crew made quick work of the trees and left me with firewood and mulch that will go to use immediately. I would not hesitate to call her again.

Our property has 3 legacy trees, huge, towering ones, a cedar, pine and a spruce. We wanted them to be fed, protected from insects and generally cared for. We invited the 3 largest tree companies and their arborists for opinions and estimates. Until we met with Sav-a-Tree we were very discouraged. Their arborist, Stacey Parthemore, was the first one to actually touch the trees. (no, the others did not, imagine that.) Stacey was thorough, knowledgeable, and understandable. We put our trees in her care last year and have never been disappointed. She responds quickly to our concerns and the Sav-a-Tree services we scheduled through her have been effective and economical. Krissy and her SavATree team helped us change the whole complexion of our yard. They carefully brought down trees killed by emerald ash borers, pruned others to open up sunshine for the lawn and gardens, and effectively solved our tick situation. I called for an estimate and they were unable to accomadate me for 2 weeks just for the estimate. My trees are small and easily accessible and I offered to send detailed pictures and they still could not accomadate me.

We scheduled work 7 months out and showed up as scheduled and crew , David discussed my pruning expectation of our fruit trees and walked me through best practices to help with future healthy growth. Left property clean from backyard to street.

I would highly recommend Integrity Tree Service. I had been using a different provider for over 12 years. Andy is a great Arborist. He showed me that I was over trimming my mesquite trees in fear of breakage in a wind storm. His solution saved me a bunch of money and they look great. First class crew as well.

This company is one of the few that come out to Gold Canyon. They did an excellent job from start to finish. We had done some homework before they came, and found they are BBB rated. Andy (licensed arborist) came to do the initial estimate, described what his recommendation was, and showed us some areas of damage from previous issues we had not been aware of. He was very good at explaining everything, and answering all our questions. His focus appeared to be on the health of the trees. We never felt pressured to do anything other than whatever we decided was necessary for us. The crew came yesterday and were able to trim 5 trees total. Four of them were large mesquite trees, and they did some clean up of a desert willow. The crew appeared to be very safety conscious, and were good about cleaning up branches and leaves. As expected, they couldnt possibly remove every stick and mesquite leaf, but we were satisfied with their cleanup. Fertilizer and treatment of one diseased tree was completed today. Andy is scheduled for a follow up visit in several months, to evaluate how the trees are doing after trimming and treatment. So far, we have been very happy with Andy and everyone at this company, and would use them again.

I have had Integrity tree services out 2x now, and both times the experience was amazing! The team is friendly, knowledgeable and works hard. They do great work together, and get along really well too!! Special shoutout to Chris, who climbed my very high, dead Eucalyptus tree, and cut it down piece by piece! The price is right too!! Roy came out for a free estimate and worked with me to get everything done on my budget! I highly recommend this company. They are AWESOME!!

Crew #1 Sal,Val & Keeve actually showed up a little early which was great. They did a fantastic job. They were very polite and helpful to neighbors trying to maneuver around all the equipment they had taking time to move a vehicle when needed. In less than 3 hours they had completely removed 3 trees and left my front yard cleaner than when they got here. The stumps are scheduled to be ground next week I m sure that crew will also do a great job.

We have used Integrity for many years for pruning and for the removal of large sized trees. The crews have always been on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We would not use anyone else.

Impossible to deal with the company for an insurance claim. My neighbor had work done on their property by SaveATree (SE PA branch). A limb fell onto my property and damaged an exterior lighting fixture. I provided two quotes for the repairs back in May 2018; one for work by the electrician, and one for the cost of the new fixture. I emailed them several times and all I was told was that the claim had been submitted to insurance. When I finally called the SE office I was again told that insurance had the claim and that I would get a call back with an update. I must have called them five or six times for updates and only received one call back stating that, again, they were waiting to hear back from the insurance company. I eventually decided to call the main office in NY. It took a few calls but I finally did get a check in the mail, but ONLY for the electricians work; they did not reimburse me for the replacement cost of the fixture. I have since called the SE PA office several times and have NEVER received a call back even though I was told more than once that I would hear back from someone by tomorrow I have no idea if SavATree does quality work since I did not hire them. What I do know is that they do not follow up when contacted and they (so far) have failed to pay on what is, frankly, a minor insurance claim. I do not consider them to be an honest or reliable organization and would recommend that you look for a more reputable company.

My husband and I are very pleased with the work provided to us by IntegrityTree Service. Roy, the arborist who came to give us the estimate, was very knowledgable and thorough. He answered all of my questions in detail. The work was scheduled for Jan. 2nd and again, Roy was there to make sure the crew were tuned into what was to be done. The crew was also professional, pleasant and left our property and the street in impeccable condition. The communication between the company and us was excellent from the first contact right through the job and follow up email. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Integrity is not the lowest priced service, but they are far and away the best. They know what they are doing. We changed once, but came back, a mater of quality service

I received wonderful service from the first contact with Integrity Tree Service. Sarah came to my home and looked at the very overgrown Palo Verde and said that it would not be a problem to take care of it and getting it to look nice again. She gave me a full written quote and explained with the various sections meant on the quote. When the crew came to perform the work, they looked at the tree in conjunction with the quote to make certain of what they needed to accomplish. Then the entire crew began to move all the furniture and/or statues out of the way. What a whirlwind! The work started on the tree and was done in no time! They were polite, courteous and receptive.
