TerraCare has done a great job with our lawn the past few years. The treatments we receive on our yard keep it wonderful for the kids to play on all summer long!

Great customer service. They are timely and do a great job with the weed and fertilizer applications. Very personable and kind and you feel and know as their customer you are important!

TerraCare has been taking care of our lawn and irrigation system for about a year now. Our weedy lawn was in pretty rough shape but TerraCare worked their magic and now our lawn looks better than it has in years. Erran and his crew are fantastic. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. They have excellent customer service and are great to work with. We highly recommend TerraCare!

Irrigation system installed last week. Works great! I love the smart controller! Schedule won't run if rain is coming & so easy to set up. Jordan did a great job with the install! Highly recommend this company!

Company difficult to get ahold of, days later finally got ahold of someone, she referred me to the Tech. The tech was reluctant in helping on a sprinkler head he put a bandaid on. With all the positive reviews let's hope you don't have my luck if you're seeking their elementary-like customer service skills. Edit: After posting my review, Terracare reached out to me the following day, which was somewhat appreciated and such actions deserve a better explanation for my one star review. If you're considering doing business with them, hopefully they'll conduct a fair and honest transaction so be sure to post a positive review if you have a satisfactory result. However, if you feel you've been mishandled in any shape, form or fashion, then be sure to post your experience. My unfortunate experience involves being referred to the Tech after multiple unanswered phone calls. Granted an employee did call me back after a good week or two (probably hoping I resolved the issue by then so they didn't have to bother themselves with it) only to be referred to the Tech who ignored my text. I then called him days later, he was professional and kind but underneath his professionalism and kind words was a statement that indirectly said, "If you want the job done right, you have to do it yourself." Maybe he did fix the bad sprinkler, maybe the malfunction was on my end because the guy who installed it forgot to put glue on it, but my thing is, he is a Tech that specializes in fixing/troubleshooting sprinkler systems so why is he out of PVC adhesive and had to use the very last remnants of mine and whatever he used to complete the job? He offered suggestions which didn't add up to me, all my zones and sprinkler heads work fine except the one sprinkler. The bad sprinkler worked fine until it didn't, so if glue is all it needed then why is it not working? Paid them $95 to apply an incomplete PVC adhesive that lasted two weeks. Why is it so difficult for companies to provide a simple guide via email on troubleshooting suggestions if they prefer not to pursue the issue? Such business practices would display care as opposed to indirectly saying, "sorry can't help you but please do come again." These are retorical questions and I'm sure you the reader know that carelessness and greed is somewhere hidden in the answers.

We are very happy with the work that has been done on our sprinkler system with TerraCare! They were very professional when working with us on the quote process and billing! The workers that did came out to our home were kind, on time, hard working, and very friendly. We would highly recommend TerraCare to any of our family and friends.

Chase and Erran are the best!! They are passionate for what they do and have a lot of integrity, making sure everything was correct and operational when the irrigation and lawn was completed. Many of my neighbors could not believe how great the quality of work was, and how quickly they completed the project. I would give TerraCare a 10-star rating if I could, they are the best!!!
