These people don’t even look before turning right in front of you. One of them was inches from hitting us on Smithville because he didn’t even glance before pulling out (and clearly not yielding). Thank goodness, my partner slammed on the brakes and came to a complete stop because he wasn’t paying any attention at all. A quick glance at reviews tells me there’s a consistent issue with them on the roads.

Mike came out on the agreed upon date and looked at the work I needed done. He also charged me $75 to give me an estimate. Once I received the estimate, I promptly emailed him back and agreed to the estimate and asked to set up an appointment to have the work done. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him. As a result, I hired another company to do the work. They didn’t charge me for the estimate and were very responsive to my emails and 5 days later, completed the work. I would not recommend Joe’s Landscaping unless you enjoy giving $75 away for nothing.

Very poor customer service. Had job quoted in Sept '21 and waited due to lateness of year and their backlog to do project in spring of '22. Call few time and was told we will be starting as soon as feasible due to weather last contact in April '22 and no word for almost 2 months. Ended up canceling project. Would not recommend them.

People were great, service was good, product was terrible. Bought 4 yards of top soil. The soil was full of sticks, roots, rocks, gravel and clay. I complained and they gave me a $20 refund. My plants are struggling to grow and there is a good chance they won't last the summer

We used Joe’s Landscaping for some maintenance work on our property in Lebanon. They arrived promptly, went over the job details with me and did a walk around after the job was completed. They removed all yard waste from the shrub and tree trimmings and even trimmed back a section of my shrubs along my neighbors, which I hadn’t expected. They explained that it was overgrown and felt it should be part of the maintenance they were performing. They took the time to educate me on why they trimmed limbs back the way they did it and why it was important to do it that way. We talked to them about putting some color in for the spring and summer and they had some great ideas on what to plant to have the best results throughout the spring and summer and beyond. We plan to use them for our spring plantings this year. Can’t wait to see what JR, one of their designers comes up with for our property. Thanks to Joe’s Landscaping for their work on our yard, very satisfied customer. You truly aren’t your Average Joe, when it comes to landscaping. Thanks!

I have a landscape design and project management business in Cincinnati and was called upon for assistance by some clients in Oakwood who planned to use Chad and his crew for the installation of this project. I found Chad to be exceptionally easy to work with not only when we first met to discuss the design, but also on the project itself. He sent a full crew from Joe's Landscaping, with all the right equipment to perform the work efficiently. Our clients were amazed by the 48 hour transformation of a very large property. The quality of the trees and shrubs he brought to the job were generously sized and in excellent shape. I plan to call upon him myself in the future when I have clients north of Cincinnati who need his professionalism.
